I spent 2 nights here. When I first arrived, they gave me a free upgrade, which was nice. However, the location is very noisy. There is a lot of traffic noise. But is also a large construction site next door which had digging noises from sunrise to sunset every day. My room was ok, but the wifi signal was quite poor, and dropped often. On the 2nd day, I returned from dinner to find housekeeping cleaning my room after 7 pm, which is ridiculous. In their rush to finish, they forgot to replace the bath towels that they removed, and left their master keycard in my room. A half hour later, they were knocking on my door to retrieve the key card. This was a minor annoyance, more than anything. The issue that was not minor was how they treated me when I asked if they could print my departure COVID19 test result. At first they agreed, but the print out was extremely poor quality (it looked like a bad photo copy). When I requested that they try a different printer, they insisted that there wasn't one. When I asked where I could go to print myself, they called their manager. He agreed to print in his office (clearly the claim that there were no other printers in the hotel was a blatant lie). I waited in the lobby for the manager to return. After waiting 20 minutes I gave up, and returned to my room. Thirty minutes later they brought a good printing up to my room. This process should not have been so difficult. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well. The underground parking garage was nice too. I doubt that I will return, when there are so many other options in Riyadh.

Oui bien sûr c'est un hôtel haut de gamme, orienté business. Mais par comparaison avec d'autres hôtels de la même gamme, j'ai trouvé que les prestations n'étaient pas à la hauteur du prix (380 € par nuit sans petit déjeuner en période de salon international, nous avons été upgradé gratuitement dans un mini appartement avec cuisine et lave-linge, pour ceux que ça pourrait intéresser). D'une manière générale cela manque un peu de chaleur, dans les parties communes et les chambres. Les chambres étaient plutôt pas mal et bien équipées, mais la décoration tristounette, et le lit un peu dur. La zone sauna/hammam n'est pas du tout cosy, la piscine extérieure est au milieu des buildings du quartier. La zone du petit déjeuner est petite et moins appétissante qu'ailleurs. On ne peut pas mettre les consommations des repas ou du bar sur la chambre car ce sont deux managers différents. Enfin le wifi galérait pas mal. Il y a une business center et un bar à chicha sympa et moderne. Le personnel fait le taff mais sans plus. Bien pour être tout au nord de Riyadh et rapidement en sortir vers les nouvel Exposition Center mais on n'y retournera pas.

I spent three nights at the hotel and I would like to acknowledge the service provided at the reception by the staff in general and Menahi in particular. The breakfast and diner buffet was also plentiful and varied.

5 stars luxury hotel, European design with the local touch was super creative, they have indoor and outdoor lobby 24 hours Staffs are friendly and always helping Food was super good and the drinks was amazing Butler service is included in this hotel Thank you for the great host 🙏

The hotel is very nice and it has a lot of facilities. The staff are very welcoming and are always ready to assist guests. My hotel room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and clean and I am glad it came with a bath! The resting area where the swimming pool was, was a very relaxing area. The only negativity I would hold is that the wifi is not very reliable and it always cuts out. I had a business meeting in my hotel room. I was able to complete it but with difficulty. Luckily I had topped my phone up with data, so I was able to use that. The breakfasts are mediocre as the cuisine primarily caters Arabic cuisine and western choices are very scant. The food was nice enough though. Thank you very much once again for everything.
