We got married here at Salobrena Suites last weekend and we had the most amazing time. The hotel staff were fantastic, the food was fantastic and the views were amazing (see photos). The sunset over the terrace on the wedding evening, and on most evenings, was surreal. The sea most days was like a tranquil pond and we were even lucky enough to see dolphins on 2 occasions. The hotel is reasonably priced which meant it didn’t cost a fortune for our guests and they could stay a bit longer than just 1-2 nights. Most of our guests stayed 3-5 nights and they all had a great holiday. It was nice to have everyone in same hotel, and it worked really well on the day of the wedding for people to easily pop back to their room in the case of the more elderly guests and children. The hotel catering was excellent and they can easily accommodate wedding parties or family occasions. They took care of everything from the flowers to the menus which had a picture of Salobrena castle. The rooms were all a good size and well presented, including the standard rooms all with nice large bathrooms. The beds and pillows were really comfy too. Our guests all said it was one of the best weddings they had been to. We were all slightly surprised at the 3.5 rating, given the overall experience and ambiance. Possibly it is because the outside of the building is a little tired but for us it added to the traditional feel and there are some beautiful plants and trees around the hotel. It’s a short drive out of town but you can get a taxi for about €9. The breakfast is well worth it, with so much variety and the quality of food and catering is very good. I felt we were in good hands for the wedding as the team are obviously experienced and worked hard to ensure it was a great day. I would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone. They especially excel in great catering in a perfect setting so fantastic for family occasions too. They have a plan B for if the weather is bad (probably very reasonably priced too) so for winter weddings I imagine it also could work well. Even the plan B is a great option with indoor restaurants with lovely views/balcony. We will certainly be going back for family holidays to Salobrena Suites.

Il était si bon que ce soit un auberge à ce prix. Il y a deux bains de soleil et jacuzzi (baignoire à tournesol) sur le toit, et la bière froide sur la machine de vente de boissons est également un prix raisonnable Le personnel est amicale et la chambre est très propre et bien faite

J'ai eu la CH.306- 23/9 : 1 grand salon avec frigo,TV int. , penderie et balcon. Vue vers la montagne.La déco date un peu mais c'est confortable et vaste Une grande chambre avec lit double d'excellente qualité, penderie, lumineux., SDB vaste, marbre, bain - douche-bidet. Accueil : la dame à l'accueil était multilingue et TRES agréable tant à l'arrivée qu'au départ. Bar : accueil tout aussi agréable. Repas du soir : avons pris le buffet, nourriture en abondance et diverse, relation qualité/prix : excellent. Carte de vin : très bien. Petit déj : buffet, grand choix. Bon accueil au bar et au buffet. Piscine : belle piscine, zône un peu petite en saison mais comme l'immense plage de Poniente est en face cela se justifie. Il y a une piscine couverte mais je n'y suis pas allée.Parking - peu cher- à l'arrière du bâtiment. C'est hôtel est pour les séjours et pour le business. Pour moi se fut un stop over des plus réussi , à refaire.

Location of hotel is perfect go out the gate down the slope and you are on the beautiful beach of santo Tomas had a issue with the air conditioning in the room which took 2 visits to correct but give the hotel credit it was fixed which was surprising as this hotel is having a refurbishment and will be TUI Blue next season. Check in quick deposit for pool towels taken like alot of hotels,grounds are lovely spent alot of the time in garden area clean and tidy. Food ok but we are not fussy eaters the restaurant had no atmosphere more like a school or work canteen and the main issue with hotel is the tracing paper they call walls between rooms,during the refurbishment I hope the put in soundproofing as you can hear your neighbour's sneezing. We went all inclusive and had a reasonable selection of drinks but I feel the snacks should be covered to stop the large amount of flies landing on them needless to say we did not partake in snacks. Rooms tired and in words of estate agent compact with a large bathroom and adequate terrace.
