Horrible experience. Poor customer service by Iris. Stayed for a local youth soccer tournament. Arrived late around 11pm Friday night after long drive. Checked in and when attempted to enter room key didn't work. Came back down. New keys provided. After entering the room the room had very strong odor. Came back down to front desk they offered the clean room but that would not eliminate the odor. Requested another room. Hotel rep stated another Queen was not available. They then reluctantly offered a single King room for 3 people. I explained that this was not large enough for us and neither of the 3 of the party could sleep on a sofa sleeper. Front desk clerk Iris was very irritated with us not sure why. Was not empathic to our situation. I then suggested 2 King adjoining rooms so we could have 2 beds and still be together. Even though it did show as available Iris stated she couldn't do that. Finally they did provide this option and provided the keys to the 2 adjoining rooms. My wife and daughter entered one of the rooms and there was someone already sleeping in there. She was shaken up. After going downstairs once again to front desk Iris didn't seem concerned by this mistake or even apologize. This is a serious safety issue. We could have been harmed. She kept typing things into the computer without even explaining what actions she was going to take to correct. Eventually she said she couldn't give us 2 Kings once again. She said she couldn't help us and would just cancel our reservation. I said no and she needed to help try to resolve. Then she said she would just call the non-emergency police line even though we did nothing to threaten anyone. The other desk clerk told her it was not necessary. I explained to her we were here with a large group for the youth soccer tournament. She didn't care. She then proceeded to talk about me in front of me to the maintenance employee. Staci then offered to help and suggested 2 kings that were not adjoining. This wasn't ideal since I didn't like being separated from my family but we took this option. Staci suggested working it out with manager in morning. Staci was helpful and trying to solve our problem but Iris didn't have any empathy and just wanted to get rid of us even though it was the hotel's fault. Iris needs to be retrained on customer service and customer empathy. Our group had other issues with this hotel as well including 4th floor smelling like ****, Doors not working on one hotel room where door had to be taken off, Being told by a worker not to let our teenagers be alone in hotel lobby as there were homeless people, and loud young guests drinking and smoking. Majority of our large group left the next morning due to all these problems. Discussed with manger the next morning (Ashley) and she was apologetic and did assist in finding us another hotel to move to. This was not what we expect from Marriott hotels.

Nous avons été ici parce que nous rénovons ma maison dans la région. Lorsque nous avons fait un voyage au magasin de maison pour prendre des choses à 14 h, nous avons décidé d'arrêter et de s'enregistrer pour obtenir les clés, afin que nous les ayons plus tard, puisque nous avons 2 chambres différentes et nous retournerions à l'hôtel à des moments différents. Il a dit qu'ils n'avaient pas d'autres chambres avec un lit de taille royale dans lequel j'avais réservé, mais j'avais une chambre avec deux doubles dans laquelle il était médiocre dans la propreté. Les vents d'air étaient froids et n'avaient jamais été poussières, les cheveux attachés au mur au-dessus de la douche, la nourriture ou les peintures sur le mur, etc. Tout simplement vraiment gros ! J'ai pris ça parce que j'étais fatigué, que nous travaillions et que nous avions peint, etc. toute la journée et que je voulais juste doucher et dormir. Elle a pardonné, ils ne faisaient que supposer que leurs gardiens font leurs tâches, mais ils ne faisaient rien pour nous, mais offrent de faire quelque chose la prochaine fois si je la vois. Quelle est la réponse, il n'y aura pas une prochaine fois dans cette installation. Pas de rabais sur la chambre, pas de points supplémentaires, etc. pour mon inconvénient pour leur échec à faire leurs devoirs. Je suis membre de récompenses Elite Platinum et utilise régulièrement les hôtels Choice. Je suis très déçu. Ce n'était pas à leurs normes et le service et l'attitude de ses employés ont su dire le moins.

Nous cherchions un hôtel près de notre famille. Nous avons reçu une suggestion de Trip.com pour prendre un gêner à La Quinta Inn & Suites Sea World. Le prix offert pour notre séjour de longue durée était invincible ailleurs. Je l'ai lu et j'ai eu quelques inquiétudes, mais vous ne savez pas. Maintenant, ce que je vais mentionner, je ne dis pas légèrement parce que je voyage en grande partie. Nous avons été accueillis par une jeune dame nommée Samantha. Elle était probablement la meilleure clef de bureau que j'ai jamais rencontrée. Elle était invitante, respectueuse et bienvenue à La Quinta. Elle a demandé comment était notre jour et nous a assuré que notre séjour serait aussi confortable qu'elle le pouvait. L'hôtel était propre et sûr. Je me suis réveillé pendant la nuit et je regardais dehors de la fenêtre pour vérifier mon véhicule. Le café et la chambre sont les deux fois chauds et froids. L'hôtel était un hôtel non-fumeur, mais je jure que quelqu'un avait déjà fumé dans la chambre. L'arôme n'était pas trop mauvais, mais je pouvais le dire. Il était tolérable mais malheureusement. Vous avez confiance dans les visiteurs pour suivre les règles, mais pas tout peut être contrôlé. Merci beaucoup à la meilleure clef de bureau Samantha qui nous a achetés pendant notre visite de semaine.

From the time we were greeted at the front desk till we checked out 4 days later, the motel did not disappoint. The entire property was clean and well maintained. Hot breakfast every morning. All staff were pleasant and knowledgeable and neatly dressed. Hard to say enough about this great stay. This is the type of place you except from the Higher Priced motels.

The toilet had poop on the bowl and the bottom of seat, there was urine and dirt behind the seat, the lid had urine on it. There was part of a watermelon in the fridge. The bedside tables were sticky. The floor was so dirty that a clorox wipe would only clean 2-3 tiles before it had to be thrown away. There were stains on the bed spread (hope they were stains) The ceiling had dirt and dust bunnies hanging. There was water and hair in the tray that holds the ice bucket and the sealed plastic glasses had water inside. Twice we asked them to come clean the room and they never showed up. In addition there is a $40 cash deposit and the smoke detector is not present and the phone did not work
