Il est très proche de l'aéroport de San Francisco et une navette circule toutes les heures. C'est très pratique. Les environs sont légèrement monotones. Il se trouve à 10 minutes en voiture du centre de San Mateo. C'est très pratique pour manger et faire du shopping.

Holiday Inn & Suites San Mateo - SFO, an IHG Hotel

I am a long time Holiday Inn member and this is the first time I feel bad from staying in a Holiday Inn. My complaint centers' on the staffs and just the lack of professionalism. First of all the staff don't even greet you when you walk in , the first thing that came out of this male staff was ” what's the name under in your reservation ” and then drivers license and credit card. There was no smile or just act courteous. I am very surprised at the lack of training for these staffs working for a large international hotel chain !! The staff looked like they were required to work as part of a work release program from the county jail because there were no incentive for them to do anything else !! My wife came down the next evening to ask for an additional tea bag for the room and the same male evening staff told her with a stone cold face NO and walked away !! We were just dumbfounded and had to double check the building signage outside if it did really say Holiday Inn !! We had better service from an independently owned roadside motel than this !! We were fortunate that we only stayed for 2 nights. I understand that it's so difficult nowadays to hire people to work but these staffs here at this particular Holiday Inn is really scrapping the very bottom of the barrel !! We'd stayed on a previous trip at a nearby Holiday Inn on Belmont, CA just a few blocks away from this location but just didn't have vacancy for the days we needed. We checked out and there was no basic courtesy like ” thank you for staying with us and have a nice trip ”. The fact is you'd get better service even from the average Walmart store. I expect better staff service coming from an international hotel company like Holiday Inn.

L'hôtel est très proche de l'export à grande vitesse, pas loin de l'aéroport de San Francisco, environ vingt minutes de voiture. La chambre est large, la maintenance est très bonne et le personnel de service est très amiable. Il n'y a pas de supermarché autour des seuls défauts, l'hôtel

Conduire environ 15 minutes à l'aéroport, prendre UBER environ 25 USD, le transport est pratique. À environ 5 minutes de marche du dernier lieu de vente, la vie est bonne. L'hôtel est proche de la PCR et il est très pratique pour les passagers de l'avion. Il y a beaucoup de stationnements sur la place environnante et pas de frais supplémentaires. L'attitude de service du personnel de la réception est très gentil et peut résoudre les problèmes des propriétaires. Si le service de transfert aéroportuaire est fourni à l'avenir, il est parfait.

Le motel est situé juste à côté de la route 101. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Piscine et spa disponibles. Les laps sont possibles dans la piscine et le spa était chaud et relaxant! Le petit-déjeuner continental gratuit a eu plusieurs options et était un excellent moyen de commencer la journée! Le personnel du motel est très agréable et confortable.
