Meilleurs Hôtels de Santa Marta, Colombie

Il est très agréable de rester dans le Tamaca Beach Resort pendant 3 nuits. Je voudrais remercier en particulier Milli.. un représentant du service client qui a aidé à obtenir covid-19 résultats de tests après avoir vérifié le jour précédent. Sans les résultats des tests, je n'aurais pas pu revenir aux États-Unis. Le centre de la ville est situé dans une zone de la ville, où les habitants de la ville sont très proches de la ville. Ils ont un bureau de tours à côté de l'entrée.

C'est la deuxième fois que je visite l'hôtel et que nous avons tant aimé que je l'ai réécrit sur TripAdvisor. La plage tranquille, bien que les vendeurs locaux soient assez, la nourriture est très bonne et variée pour tous les goûts. Les boissons incluses dans le plan Irotama très riches, les massages du spa sont professionnels. Les installations sont en bonne santé, j'espère revenir bientôt.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel n'est pas mauvais, le petit déjeuner est moyen, probablement je ne m'adapte toujours pas au petit déjeuner sud-américain ! Cependant, il est beaucoup plus fort que les États-Unis ! Le service de l'hôtel est très bon ! L'isolation acoustique est également OK!

This hotel was a great choice as a solo traveler. Location was spot on and easy for me to find when lost in the midst of shopping and eating in the plazas around. Security guards the elevator which is convenient and offers a sense of safety throughout the day. 3rd floor check in was a dream coming in. They have a small shop for your essential needs ( water, snacks, beverages. Check in process was easy. If you don't know Spanish, do not worry. Most people speak to you in English unless you start conversations in Spanish. I booked a ocean view king size and I was thrilled on how my room was. Bed was comfy, the view of the harbor was fantastic ( especially during sunset). Bathroom had an enormous shower which I took advantage of, most places are small so I felt like a king. The room and all throughout the hotel was clean. I was amazed how everything looked. Only thing that was a con for the room was how thin the walls were on the hallway. You constantly hear people opening and closing their doors. I am happy that is the only noise I heard, still it was quite annoying. Then again it is a Hilton, which hosts many people. Still for peace and quiet at night I knew when people left and when they arrived. Breakfast restaurant was beautifully set. The servers were friendly and accommodating. I was bummed that they didn't really offer a lot of food choices. Most food I felt also didn't cater to the Colombian culture. I felt I was eating a buffet a an American hotel. If eating cereal, fruits, omelette, waffles, and maybe one or two Colombian dishes is enough for you then cool. For me however, I found more choices outside from the food vendors sellings arepas, empanadas, and tequenos. Gym was minor, for a quick pump it does well, but mostly catered to people who just want to do cardio. It only offered one bench chair to use dumbbells. Roof top bar was incredible. Great view and service from Luis was great. He's very friendly and easy to talk to. I'm happy that he was there since his level of service boosted up stay at Hilton. I definitely would be back, the location is the best and the little things like the people who work there outweigh more than the minor cons. Great job everyone!

Tout très Madame, attention, nettoyage

Le lit et la salle de bain sont incroyablement propres. Le lit est très confortable et les feuilles sont propres. Les toiles sont fournies. Le personnel était très gentil à tout moment, l'un des membres du personnel du bar/restaurant était si gentil, me donnant des conseils sur le thé pour boire pour mon estomac, quel doux chéri. Le petit déjeuner est également très bon - il est inclus dans le prix pour les chambres privées ou est à un prix pour les chambres partagées. Ils ont du lait à base de plantes qui est si rare à trouver dans les auberges colombiens! Je recommande. Je comprends que le groupe d'âge cible pour cet auberge est probablement très heureux de fêter jusqu'à minuit, mais il peut être un problème si vous voulez avoir une nuit précoce.

Cet hôtel est situé à quelques pas de la plage avec une vue très belle sur les montagnes et la mer , mais le plus incroyable est leur personnel , incroyablement utile et toujours prêt à m' aider et à ma famille . Nous avons voyageé dans un groupe de 12 familles avec notre fils de 7 mois et ma grand-mère 89 et le personnel des hôtels étaient toujours enclins à aider à répondre aux besoins de mon fils et de ma grand-mère . L' ensemble du personnel - bureau frontal - restaurant - nettoyeurs - bar personnel était toujours ami et très confortable .

Für den Preis war das Hotel richtig gut! Zimmer sind einfach aber haben alles was es braucht, Klimaanlage funktionier und ist auch sehr wichtig, Bad ist ganz schön und sauber war auch alles. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut aber wenn viele Leute da sind sollte man sehr früh hingehen da man sonst leicht einige Zeit warten kann. Vor allem das Personal fanden wir super nett, haben uns mit einigen Anfragen ohne Probleme geholfen :) Einziges Manko, etwas abseits also in das Zentrum geht man ein bisschen (so 5-10 min). Trotzdem, für den Preis absolute Empfehlung !
