Il a attendu 20 minutes pour être check-in. Ce qui était trop long parce que je prépayais en ligne. Ils ne croyaient pas que je prépayais pour l'hôtel en ligne et il était très stressant de tenter de vérifier en traitant avec le dite “manager”. J'ai pu leur prouver qu'il était déjà prépayé. Mais une situation très stressante je me suis senti offensée, ils ne me croyaient pas. J'ai ruiné ma nuit de date et je me suis senti ciblée comme une minorité. Je ne suis peut-être pas revenu à cet hôtel.

Le centre de la ville de Saskatoon, où vous avez été accueillis, vous avez été accueillis avec un sourire et votre petit déjeuner a beaucoup de choix sains. La chambre qui était là est vraiment belle et propre. La piscine et le tube chaud sont vraiment propres et bien entretenus. L'hôtel semble nouveau. Une chose que j'ai remarquée est que tout le personnel de l'office frontal, de la maison et du petit déjeuner se souris et se félicite des invités. Ils ne marchent pas juste par les invités. Nous serons sûrs de retour et nous dirons probablement à mes amis de tenter de rester ici aussi.

I stayed at this hotel with three other friends and we were all disappointed.Whenwe made our reservation we informed them there would be four adults in the room but the stocked articles in the room did not reflect our reservation ie just one bottle of water,two glasses,one face cloth etc.When we requested additional supplies the staff were happy to provide them.The beds were very comfortable but the bathroom was not the cleanest. The lobby had a lemon water dispenser that remained empty from 2pm Saturday to when we checked out around 11:30.Aroma restaurant was a disappointment,the wait for our food was excessive on Saturday night.The restaurant was not busy when we arrived.Sunday morning three of us ordered eggs Benedict and we had to send the first plate back as the potatoes and the eggs were not hot.When they were replaced the plates were hot but the food was just warm.The hollandaise sauce was rather tasteless and scarce.We were given a 25%discount which we appreciated,however we are not likely to return. When we were given our bill there was a 38 dollar charge for parking which we were surprised by as we had not been told there would be a charge.When we complained this charge was removed and we thank you for that. Given the rather steep charge for the hotel room we were expecting a better experience.There are other hotels that offer similar amenities for less money and we will patronize them in the future. The staff were pleasant .

Mon FB et son frère ont réservé deux chambres pour un funéraille familial. Mon autre frère BF et son gf, qui est arrivé un jour après nous, ont demandé une chambre à proximité. Ils ont simplement été dits «non». Non « Je suis désolé, il n'y a rien à disposition. » Juste « non ». Ils ont également été facturés 13 $ pour le parking alors que nous n'étions pas là! Vous pouvez le dire un hôtel plus ancien mais a été bien rénové. Il était très propre et le lit était confortable, ce qui est le plus important. Nous n'étions pas dans l'Aile occidentale, mais dans l'hôtel principal. Il était aussi calme, aussi important. Nous avons trouvé la chambre chaude mais vous ne pouviez pas ouvrir une fenêtre. Juste une petite barre pouvait être ouverte au fond de la fenêtre. Il n'a pas fourni beaucoup de soulagement, mais nous étions assez confortables. La salle de bain n'a pas de fan ! Le restaurant est très bon, mais il n'a pas été impressionné par le traitement de notre autre membre de la famille, donc il ne resterait plus ici.
