Let me start with the thing that made us leave asap: there was dried up urine all over the toilet seat and floor. I have been travelling a lot and have over 100 hotels only on *********** and probably an other 100 hotels through work and other agencies. And from those 200 hotels this is the fist time I have arrived at an hotel and just walked out and decided to stay in an other hotel. We did arrive at the hotel and the parking is just in front of the hotel, there are no safety measures, there are no gates or fences or lights, so your car is not any safer here than next to the public road. But nevertheless the hotel asks a fee of €10 for parking there. The lobby of the hotel feels like an 80's techno club: dark, black&red painted and decrepit. So after checkin we arrive at our room and put all our suitcases down (didn't felt safe to leave anything in the car) and we sit down at the bed for a moment. At that moment I noticed a black hair next to the pillow. So we take the sheets of the bed and there are multiple hairs all over the sheets. the sheets looked clean at first sight, so I don't know if it were the housekeepers hairs or the previous guest. So we clean the hears from the bed ourselves and I went to the toilet, the toilet cover was down, but the seat of the toilet was full of yellowish dried-up urine. Not just a few drops that somebody could have missed cleaning, but at least 20% of the seat was covered. This made me almost puke and I did notice that the ground was covered as well. I went to the reception, but they clearly don't like to deal with complaints, because they wouldn't help us. When I felt that the discussion was going nowhere and the receptionist was getting angry we just left and tried to contact the hotel via ***********. I've had a great experience with the customer care center of ***********, but unfortunately even they never got any response from the hotel. to the point that they even gave me the direct contact information of the hotel. I'm not a difficult person, mistakes can be made and everybody deserves a second chance, so the thing that bothered me the most was just that there never came any response or excuses from the hotel. Not to me or to their partner, ***********. there are plenty beautiful places and hotel in the Black Forest, enjoy your time there, just go in a large circle around this hotel.

L'hôtel est situé au bord du village. À partir de la route principale, vous devez vous rejoindre à droite (ou si vous venez de la ville à gauche), une route mortelle. Voici vous pouvez garer la voiture ou si vous passez un peu plus loin à gauche sur un parking. Vous pouvez également parker dans le garage, contre un paiement. Nous avons été aimables à la réception. Notre chambre (106) était (encore) dans la partie ancienne. Vous pouvez l'atteindre à la fois à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Nous disposions d'une chambre spacieuse avec un coffre-fort, un bureau, un siège, un lit double, y compris un lit supplémentaire, une terrasse (avec siège) et une salle de bain spacieuse avec toilette, douche et lave-linge. Il y avait également des chambres avec balcon (avec une vue magnifique sur la forêt noire). Lorsque vous entraissent à la réception, vous êtes allé au-delà de la piscine intérieure et de la sauna. Tout cela semble bien et bien soigné. La piscine est assise et dispose d'une chambre pour les gentilles et les dames et de deux douches. Le restaurant est aussi agréable (nous avons pensé à l'Autriche, en raison de la boisson). Le dîner était aussi bon et semblait bien soigné. Le petit-déjeuner est composé d'un buffet (extensif) et se trouve également dans le restaurant de l'hôtel. Le personnel est très aimable et ils font tous leur possible pour rendre le séjour aussi agréable que possible. Dans l'environnement, vous pouvez marcher bien et / ou visiter l'un des villages.

Tout d'abord, parlons de l'emplacement de cet hôtel. Dans les montagnes de la Forêt-Noire, il est actuellement hors saison. Il est possible que les installations de l'hôtel ne soient pas pleinement utilisées. Le signal WI-FI est parfois absent. C'est peut-être lié au sol de la pièce qu'il m'a donnée. Le signal WI-FI au deuxième étage est très bon, mais le WI-FI au troisième étage est vraiment mauvais, presque équivalent à ne pas l'avoir. J'ai changé deux chambres. L'hôtel dispose d'un restaurant, mais je suis désolé, leur restaurant ne fournit pas de services, à l'exception du petit-déjeuner (disponible séparément : 12 euros/personne). Le soir, la température dans les montagnes est de 5 degrés ou moins. Il n'y a pas de chauffage dans la chambre, j'ai donc appelé la réception et la réception est sortie et n'était pas disponible. Après des plaidoiries répétées, je l'ai finalement ouvert et maintenu au chaud pendant 2 heures. Il a été éteint entre tôt le matin et 6 heures du matin et j'ai attrapé un rhume tôt le lendemain matin; il n'y avait pas de bouilloire électrique dans la chambre, je voulais aller à la réception pour une tasse d'eau chaude, désolé, non !
