Tout était parfait à DormyInn, mention très spéciale à l’ensemble du personnel ( réception, personnel du petit déjeuner, femmes de ménage, masseur) leurs gentillesse et bienveillance ont rendus ce séjour à Sendai merveilleux . Quoi dire de l’Onsen 😍🥰 fantastique et la petite attention avec la glace gratuite post bain et les nouilles offertes la nuit ….meilleur séjour au Japon . Un grand merciiiii

Location is a bit away from JR Station. Hotel is small but busy. Breakfast with good food choices but like the rest of the hotel, cramped. Onsen facilities are good

Free soba and hot onsen on night really appetizing during winter. Full facilities such as laundry, free ice cream, and enjoy comic lounge. Breakfast like a local. Surely would come again in the next trip⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hotel is approx 5 mins walk from Sendai station. Follow west exit. My single room is a bit small but spacious enough for a solo. Room was clean and linen crisp. 1 bottle of water provided each day. Onsen is small with one outdoor. Over my 2-day stay at most I bumped into another person in the onsen. 2 washers and dryers in the onsen facility. Wash is free (30 mins standard) but dryer is charged 100 yen for 20 mins which is enough to 80% dry a small load. Night ramen was delicious and I appreciate the ice cream and Yakult at the onsen. Family mart is 20 steps away. Didn’t try the breakfast. And it’s actually very near the Miyakoh highway bus centre.

Nice hotel and onsen bath. Got supper noodle which add values to customers. Nice experience and will revisit soon! Happy to have stayed at this hotel. Enjoyed lot. Onsen is their own which is nature, rarely available from else where. Good branding and happy with it. Love Dormy Inn group and will recommend to others too.

the room itself it’s a bit old and Japanese vibes , but I love the onsen and free food after that ! The staff are helpful !
