L'hôtel que j'ai réservé sur Ctrip était principalement pour son emplacement en face de l'hôtel se trouve Raffles City sur le North Bund et la station de métro Tilanqiao. Service : Il existe de nombreux types de petit-déjeuner et ils ont tous l'air très exquis. Je pense que cela vaut le coup. L'attitude du personnel envers le service est très bonne, polie et courtoise. Je ne trouve aucun défaut. Je donnerai c'est cinq étoiles.

La chose la plus satisfaisante ici est qu'ils lavent les vêtements, et c'est gratuit. Que vous les laviez vous-même ou que vous vouliez sortir et jeter les vêtements là-bas et leur demander de vous aider, c'est gratuit. Je suis allé dans de nombreux endroits et j'ai séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels, et celui-ci est le seul à proposer ce genre de service.

Le personnel avait l air blasé et peu sympathique.
Les chambres sont tres mal insonorisées. Nous avons eu un souci de ventilation toute une nuit, ce qui nous a empêché de dormir. Aucune solution n a été trouvée, ni meme des excuses.

Facile à déplacer, le personnel était vraiment sympa et nous a permis de nous enregistrer tôt, nous a également aidés avec le Didi et le plan de voyage avant de partir pour l'aéroport.

L'emplacement est excellent et c'est pratique pour aller n'importe où. Pour un voyage en famille, j'ai choisi une chambre avec trois lits. La chambre est globalement propre et hygiénique. Cependant, la salle de bain est un peu petite. on se lève, on se bouscule facilement. Le prix est plutôt bon pour cet endroit. Comme je ne suis resté qu'une nuit, j'ai choisi une chambre sans fenêtre, ce qui était économique.
La chambre est juste à côté de l'ascenseur. Il y avait des gens qui parlaient dans le couloir la nuit, et l'effet d'isolation phonique n'était pas idéal, et il y avait des enfants et des parents qui parlaient dans la pièce voisine. et ils pouvaient être entendus clairement. C'est pratique de manger en bas et il y a une collation spéciale ”Xiaoyang Shengjian”. Les amis qui viennent à Shanghai pour la première fois peuvent l'essayer. Dans l'ensemble, je suis assez satisfait.

IInvitéL'hôtel est très proche de la ligne 8, de la ligne 10 du métro et du jardin Yuyuan. Cela prend environ dix minutes à pied et est très pratique pour se déplacer. Le hall de l'hôtel est très attentif dès que j'y entre. Il y a des collations et de l'eau gratuites. Il offre un grand espace de repos pour les clients à l'enregistrement et au départ. L'aire de repos est très chaleureuse. . Quand j'arrive dans la chambre, je me sens très confortable et spacieux, propre, sans odeur, j'ai des exigences d'hygiène relativement élevées, donc chaque fois que je séjourne dans un hôtel, la première chose que je fais en entrant dans la chambre est. Je l'ai d'abord essuyé avec des lingettes désinfectantes, mais cette fois, il n'y avait vraiment aucune tache sur les lingettes. Les installations étaient relativement avancées, y compris les toilettes intelligentes. L'attitude du service était très bonne. Enfin, parlons-en. la mouche dans la pommade. Le réseau 🛜 est un peu lent. Dans l'ensemble, je suis très satisfait de mon séjour. J'espère également que l'hygiène et le service pourront être maintenus.

IInvitéJ'ai réservé cet hôtel à l'avance pendant les vacances du 1er mai et j'ai été très agréablement surpris. L'hôtel est plein de design et de style shanghaien. Les chambres sont confortables, spacieuses et lumineuses, avec de très grandes baies vitrées, une grande. baignoire et articles de toilette haut de gamme. Après une journée passée à l'extérieur, je suis rentré à l'hôtel Service très relaxant et attentionné !

IInvitéJ'ai toujours fait confiance à Novotel. Les installations de l'hôtel sont très récentes et le service est rapide. La chambre était propre et le petit déjeuner était très copieux. C'est très pratique pour aller à Disneyland. L'hôtel se charge de venir chercher et déposer les enfants. Si les enfants sont fatigués de jouer la nuit, ils peuvent se rendre directement à la navette de l'hôtel. , ce qui est sûr et pratique. Un merci spécial à sœur Zhang, la guide de la navette qui a récupéré et déposé Disneyland, pour nous avoir aidés à planifier l'itinéraire, ce qui a rendu l'ensemble du voyage rapide, économisant du travail, du temps et de l'argent. L'heure et l'itinéraire de chaque activité sont planifiés de manière très raisonnable, et l'itinéraire peut être modifié de manière flexible en fonction du flux de personnes sur place. Économisons de l'énergie, du temps et de l'argent. C'est l'expérience Disney la plus sans soucis que j'ai jamais vécue. Je reviendrai au Novotel Sichuan et je reviendrai voir sœur Zhang. Je remercie sincèrement sœur Zhang pour son service excellent, chaleureux et attentionné. !

DDKWL'emplacement de l'hôtel est très pratique pour tous ceux qui souhaitent prendre l'avion depuis l'aéroport de Hongqiao ; cela ne prend que quelques minutes pour y arriver.
Le service fourni est très bon. Des produits essentiels tels qu'un shampoing, un après-shampooing, un gel douche, une lotion pour le corps, une brosse à dents et du dentifrice sont fournis. J'ai réservé une chambre avec petit-déjeuner inclus, ce qui était un excellent choix. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner propose des tonnes d'options parmi lesquelles choisir.
Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Srui Tong a trouvé une chambre avec une fenêtre pour mon séjour. La chambre est très propre et calme ; Deux bouteilles d'eau gratuites sont fournies.
J'ai passé un agréable séjour, je reviendrai bientôt.

IInvitéC'est très proche du Bund. Vous pouvez voir l'Oriental Pearl Tower quand vous sortez. Il y a le bus n°64 sur le côté gauche de l'intersection. C'est très pratique pour aller au jardin Yuyuan et au temple Chenghuang. C'est plus pratique que de prendre un taxi. La rue piétonne de Nanjing se trouve sur le côté droit de l'intersection. Elle est très pratique pour amener les personnes âgées et les enfants. Si vous rencontrez des problèmes, le magasin les résoudra dans les plus brefs délais. L'enregistrement est très fluide, vous pouvez stocker vos bagages et il y a des restaurants à proximité, ce qui est très pratique.

UUtilisateur anonymeIl n'y a pas beaucoup de touristes qui viennent ici après le Nouvel An. L'hôtel a amélioré les types de chambres, ce qui est formidable. La chambre est propre et spacieuse, avec une belle vue nocturne à l'extérieur de la fenêtre. Les installations matérielles et l'environnement sanitaire de l'hôtel sont tous très bons, et l'eau de la douche est également très grande. Le seul point négatif est le service. Tout le personnel de service est très indifférent et leur attitude est extrêmement impatiente et superficielle. Au début, je n'ai pas réussi à trouver le mouchoir en papier dans la chambre. La réception m'a dit qu'ils m'en apporteraient une boîte, mais le papier n'est jamais arrivé jusqu'à ce que je quitte l'hôtel. Lorsque j'en ai parlé au personnel de la réception lors du départ, ils n'ont pas semblé s'en soucier. Il est difficile d’imaginer que c’est l’attitude de service d’un hôtel cinq étoiles. Ce séjour aurait dû être satisfaisant à tous égards, mais ce genre d'attitude de service rend impossible de donner à cet hôtel une évaluation parfaite. Je peux seulement dire que les personnes soucieuses de l'expérience du service devraient choisir cet hôtel avec soin. Le service est très inconfortable.

AAlfonsoJe suis resté 4 nuits. Dans l'ensemble, ce fut un séjour agréable. J'ai deux suggestions : 1) ma chambre était nettement plus petite que le séjour précédent et j'ai été un peu déçu. C'était peut-être clair dans la description lors de ma réservation, mais j'aurais volontiers surclassé pour une chambre plus belle et plus large. 2) à mon étage, le 14ème étage, il y avait une forte odeur de fumée et même quelques cigarettes à l'étage près de l'ascenseur. Personnellement, je choisirais un autre hôtel si la fumée est autorisée dans l'hôtel et certainement s'il est permis de fumer à mon étage. Veuillez considérer ce qui précède car je ne reviendrais pas s'il est permis de fumer. J'apprécie le bon service à l'arrivée et au départ ainsi que le concierge pour le stockage des bagages. J'ai également apprécié la commodité offerte par le distributeur automatique au rez-de-chaussée.

IInvitéI was staying in Shanghai for Disneyland and wanted a reasonably priced hotel that’s near a Metro. I found the Hanting Hotel on Google, but it says the nearby Pusan Road station is ‘permanently closed’ which isn’t true at all! The station is fully operational so Google is wrong.
As a traveler, use exit 2 of the Metro, because that’s the only one that has an elevator to the street. Nobody wants to schlep 2 suitcases up the stairs. Once you check in and stow the luggage, use exit 4 of the metro on your next trips to avoid crossing streets because Chinese drivers are *******.
The staff at the Hanting are really nice, but don’t speak English. So pre-load Google translate in advance and download Chinese Simplified language. Type your message to them in English, Google will translate it and the staff will reply on their phones using a translator. It works. And btw, Google does not work in the PRC which is why you have to do this ahead of time.
My room was advertised as non-smoking, but clearly a smoker used it before because the evil smell of cigarette smoke hit me the moment I walked in. Luckily the windows open in the room, so the smoke smell was mostly gone after 2 days except for the bathroom. So the air filter in the bathroom must be jammed with smoke particles, because it never went away even though housekeeping sprayed disinfectant. The rest of the room became acceptable.
The air conditioning unit was thankfully working, so I kept the room at a nice 21 degrees Celsius. Some hotels disable the A/C in the cooler seasons and force you to accept a centralized temp, so I was happy that Hanting allowed me to set the temperature of my own choice.
The room was generally nice (aside from the cigarette smell) but I was really puzzled about the lack of a dresser or a closet or anywhere to store clothing. There is also no clock in the room and no refrigerator or access to a microwave.
The amenities were standard. Wi-Fi (the staff has to help you set this up), hair dryer, US compatible outlets.
The best part: free breakfast! Westerners might be dissatisfied with just toast and OJ but Asians would love the breakfast spread of vegetables, sausages, fried rice, steamed buns, corn, steamed sweet potato, congee, tons of toppings and flavorings for congee.
The surprise was full access to a washing machine and dryer for FREE! The machine provides soap, so all you need to do is load and press the buttons. The staff is willing to help. So after a long day at Disneyland, just load up the washer, take a shower, go back down and use the dryer and everything is fresh for the next day at Disney.
I suspect that the hotel is not truly aimed at Western tourists. It’s a little off the beaten path, and it seems all of their guests are Asians. I am mostly satisfied, but damn, that cigarette smell.
