Tout va bien, la réception n'aime pas parler, demander à la réception, ne demander à la réception, ne pas dire à la réception, comment aller le chauffeur, où manger le petit déjeuner, le serviette de bains envoyé n'est pas mentionné, demandez-vous à vous-même, l'hôtel a un bon sens de l'âge au début, les autres sont bien, ils vivront encore

Wellness and feel good oasis in Shenyang We combined it with a night in the hotel. Underground parking. The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss. The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“. There they inform you that: - The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm. - Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am. - If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day. - To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card. - You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male. - You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free. - You will be led into gender separated changing areas. - You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how. - Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how. - Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked. - Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area. - It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. - Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour. - Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options. - Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm. - Level 4 is for private treatments. In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold. We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful. Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel. All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.

來個各方面都真實的點評吧。 我是11月份去的北湯温泉，在工作日週一去的，人挺少的。 設施方面：整體並沒有想像中那麼大，如果有去過清河的可以想象一下，大概是清河的四分之一大小。一共三層，實際設施基本都在一樓和負一。電梯設定的比較亂（有的電梯沒辦法到指定樓層）水療區很多設施是壞的。 温泉方面：是真温泉，分室內和室外，温泉沒有太多花樣，比如什麼花瓣温泉牛奶温泉是沒有的，基本上都是原湯。室內温泉很集中，就是一個大的區域，分了幾個池子，温度不高。室外温度，温度又稍微高了點，而且比較分散。建議大家要泡室外温泉的話，先圍浴巾轉一圈看看，選擇好泡哪個再下水，不然下去之後再想站起來選別的，走的比較遠會挺冷的。 吃飯方面：週六週日才有自助，工作日衹能單點。單點味道不差，但是口味會比較重，價格也算合理。酒店贈送的自助早餐在工作日也是單點，但是不需要額外付錢。 住宿方面：我在攜程定的家庭房，房間在温泉外面，需要穿好衣服拿好行李，離的不遠大概200多米。可能是工作日人少的原因，分到了一個很大的房間。房間裏有兩張單人床一張榻榻米，和衞生間。之前看評論説房間很小，我可能是很幸運，我住得那間特別大。在房間可以點到外賣。 其他方面：需要注意吃早飯之後還想泡温泉，就要在10點前退房，避免折騰，可以在8點之後再去吃早飯，吃完早飯下樓可以直接辦理退房兑換進温泉的票。
