Je suis membre du Bonvoi Titanium, j'ai séjourné dans cette propriété une douzaine de fois au cours des trois dernières années - depuis la prépandémie jusqu'aux jours les plus durs et jusqu'à aujourd'hui. Ils continuent à présenter une grande valeur propre, courtoise et bien située, et restent mon hôtel de choix dans la région. Le petit restaurant/Starbucks dans le hall est ouvert à nouveau pour le petit déjeuner et l'heure heureuse, qui est agréable dans une propriété sans salon. Et facilement et facilement à pied dans un magasin de produits, un théâtre et un magasin de drogues. Assurez-vous que vous demandez clairement de recevoir le service de garde-fous si vous le voulez. Il m'a fallu 36 heures pour recevoir juste des serviettes propres - probablement un problème de personnel/communications plutôt qu'une grave défaillance, Le service est très bien à la fin de la journée.

I stayed at this hotel in Silver Springs on Colesville Rd in March 2023. Both nights of my stay, I was not able to sleep because of the group next door. The second night, I called downstairs twice, after I was not able to sleep because the group next door kept banging on my door, yelling on the floor, and partying. Both times, I was told that even though the hotel has a policy stated on all floors that the hotel was quiet as a mandate from 11pm-7am, there was nothing they could do. I’m not a particularly light sleeper either. This led to me not being able to sleep all night both nights, it ruined my stay, and it is simply not acceptable to run a hotel where management denies guests the basic right to sleep in the hotel because they can't manage other guests. When I went downstairs in the morning to follow up, the person at the front desk seemed confused and told me that the standard response is to send security to manage the group. This was never offered, nor what the person at the front desk did. I find all of this unacceptable. I was staying there for a conference and I was not able to do the work I should have reasonably expected to be able to do because I was exhausted from travel and unable to rest. I think the very basic function of a hotel and the reason people stay at hotels is that they expect to be able to sleep in the room that they have been assigned. If you can't provide that, then I don't know why you offer people rooms at a price.

C'est un long moment de venir. J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel en janvier juste pour une nuit. J'y ai séjourné avant, mais il ne semblait pas être enregistré. Mais en tout cas, j'ai été check-in par l'Éthiopie et elle expliquait l'hôtel et je l'ai mentionnée. L'hôtel est très bien, je suis très bien surpris. C'était un service clientèle incroyable!!! Alors, encore une fois, kudos en Éthiopie!!
