J'ai manqué mon vol à l'aéroport de Sofia, j'ai dû réserver un hôtel pour une nuit. Je suis allé à un hôtel de mi-chemin. C'était mieux que demi-chemin. Le personnel de la réception est très agréable, avec un prix abordable avec un rabais ....payé 68 euros pour un grand lit royal avec salle de bains suite. Le lit confortable, les pigeons frais (et les cuisinières très élégantes) et un canapé de plaisir à l'angle, une télévision raisonnable et tout était vraiment propre. Il est très chaud et je n'ai pas pu revenir, alors j'ai dû dormir avec le frigo hte ouvert pour se refroidir, car l'aircondition n'a pas fonctionné. Ils ont fait une pick-up aéroport, mais pas une chute et cela m'a presque arrêté de réserver, comme ils auraient dû me le dire au début, mais ils ont été sauvés par le fait que le métro était 4 arrêts à l'aéroport et me coûtent 1.60 leva, Le restaurant est très bien situé, mais il est très bon de rester dans le métro. Et ils ont eu ces belles lumières à la couche comme des lumières latérales, quelques touches très jolies, des feuilles de crisp propres, des serviettes douces et des savons bons, etc. et ils ne vous demandent pas de quitter jusqu'à 12 heures de déjeuner.

Salut, je m'appelle Peter, un pensionné, d'Angleterre. La clinique dentaire (dans laquelle je suis patient) m'a réservé à Grami, que je décris comme un hôtel d'affaires. J'ai trouvé le personnel de la réception si bien éduqué, parfois je me demandais si j'étais invité ou étudiant ! Les patients dentaires sont principalement originaires d'Allemagne, de France, de Belgique, d'Italie, d'Espagne, de Grèce et de Grande-Bretagne. Les cuisines offrent des pommes de terre chaudes ou du soupe de poulet et du pain ou du prunet pour les sans dents (y compris moi), qui est étonnant de considérer que nous ne pouvons pas parler. La chambre de volley-ball est très confortable et très confortable. Quelques jours mes feuilles ont été plongées dans le sang de ma jaw sans dents ....like a scene from a Hitchcock horror film. No problem for the housekeeping team. My room was cleaned daily, with disinfectants. Please have sympathy for the shower extractor fan! Le petit déjeuner est l'attraction étoile du restaurant. Le personnel fera des bananes et du miel pour les indentaires qui ne peuvent pas manger de chaud (sous commande du chirurgien). J'ai souvent servi plus vite que un SMS 5G dans le bar Sky. Les salades étaient ma préférée, régulièrement servies dans un jiffy, il y a aussi un hummus avec du pain que vous devriez essayer. J'ai senti en sécurité dans cet hôtel, probablement parce que je ressemble à Dracula. Les alarmes de fumée sont installées dans toutes les chambres et les extincteurs dans les corridors. Je n'ai jamais vu de crime dans l'hôtel ou dans la région environnante. Les systèmes de climatisation et de pipeline sont bruyants 24/7. Le boulevard de Malinov est une piste de course pour les gangs de vélo et de voiture pour brûler du caoutchouc les week-ends. J'ai vu un Porsche 911 terminer le tour en 9 secondes. Les fenêtres doubles verrées ferment le raquet, mais j'aime l'air frais. Prenez le pied en bas pour atteindre les centres de commerce, qui ont une variété de magasins, y compris une pharmacie. Mladost est une zone agréable d'affaires et industrielle. Lidl supermarché est à 200 m de Grami, un centre commercial et la station de métro sont à 600m. Très de machines à sous - À proximité.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans l’hôtel. Il vient d’être reprit par la chaîne Accor/All et revient de loin… très loin. Les Renovations principales ont été faites par contre tout ce qui concerne les finitions dans tous l’hôtel (parties communes et chambres) laissent très clairement à désirer. On est pas au standing attendu d’un 5 étoiles. Le personnel se donne du mal mais je pense que beaucoup étaient là avant la transition et forcément le niveau d’un MGallery n’y est pas encore mais ils sont sur la bonne voie c’est certain. L’hôtel a beaucoup de chambre maison d’accueil pour voyageurs demi-aisées dans un pays de l’Est et ça marche !! La réception est spacieuse est agréable l’espace bar et la réception sont bien distant avec une vue plongeante sur la salle de restauration qui elle aussi a son bar. Le top de l’hôtel est l’espace détente avec sa piscine magnifique et son espace détente salle de repos et sauna/hammam. Le parking est payant compter 10€ par jour. C’est une catastrophe on se gare ou l’on peut a droite de l’hôtel à gauche ou même en sous-sol. Quelque soit le parking il est jonché des vestiges de l’ancien hôtel et des détritus (pas glam du tout et limite voir même inadmissible pour un 5 étoiles). Les chambres sont bien et la literie au top mais sans charme particulier. Ça fait l’affaire honnêtement. Le petit déjeuner est bien il y a ce qu’il faut quelque soit l’heure. Les plats à la carte sont correct. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Attention c’est un peu loin du centre mais le bus est à côté et rejoins le métro (les transports sont au top).

We stayed in this hotel when our flight was delayed. Organised by the tour company at very short notice. The group was karge, approx 50 rooms booked, we arrived at around 4am and the hotel would have had very little notice of the group arriving. We cannot fault the hotel and the way the staff dealt with tired and cross cystomers was exceptional. Very patient and dealt with everyone as quickly as they could. We were give 2, twin rooms, very clean, great size rooms, no problems with heating ir aircon and we were able to open the window to let in fresh air. No issues with traffic noise though it was Sunday morning, may be different at other times. Bathrooms were modern and clean, with shower over bath, no issues. Breakfast was buffet style, very good selection of cereals, toast, pastries, bacon and egg, fruit, yoghurt, nuts, juice and hot drinks. Staff serving breakfast friendly. Lovely hotel, would definitely stay here again.

La première fois que je suis venu à sofia, j'habitais à Metropolis et j'y suis resté plusieurs fois. Des boissons sont disponibles, ce qui est mieux. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Il n'y a pas de petit-déjeuner particulièrement adapté aux chinois, mais il est acceptable.

We stayed with two young children for 4 nights whilst we attended a wedding in Sofia. The hotel is in a quiet location with parking. The staff on arrival are friendly especially George he made us feel very welcome and helped with our luggage. We stayed in the family room. The room was nice big and spacious. It is in need of a few repairs and upgrades. The sofa is dipped in the middle, the corners of the bathroom are grubby, the bath has jets that need gutting and the door to the balcony is hanging off and doesn’t close properly which is a safety concern. Breakfast is simple and not a lot was out although hot food is made at your request and room service is available. The breakfast staff were lovely. A young man called Alex was very impressive, polite and diligent. Such an asset to the company to have staff like Alex. An incident with the cleaner ruined our time here. We returned to our room to get ready for the wedding that we went to Sofia for to find the cleaners had turned the room upside down. They had pulled the sofa out and the larger lady with short hair yelled at us because there were crumbs from our children eating biscuits. She was very rude and refused to leave so that we could get ready. This made us late for the wedding. And it left us feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. My husband complained. And it was explained to us that they just want us to keep the room tidy. It was tidy there were just a few biscuit crumbs on the sofa and floor. We paid for house keeping and it was unreasonable of the cleaners to expect to clean already clean rooms. The fact that we were shouted out by the cleaner is outrageous. The lady with the short hair is a liability. You cannot shout and be rude to guests over crumbs on the floor and sofa. I don’t want to penalise the rest of the team for one hostile cleaner. The rest of the staff were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. The outside area is beautiful especially at night. Lots of fairy lights. The staff are easy going and there is a play area in the gardens including a huge trampoline. There is a well which is covered so just beware to watch young children. The pool looks nice but is deep and cold. It would have been nice if it was heated but in September it was too cold to enjoy. Food is good and room service was great. Overall it was a comfortable experience and cost effective.

Séjour du 14 au 18 au 11 étage Chambre vieillotte , fenêtres mal isolées le Vent entrait pas de chauffage branché mais qui ne fonctionne pas Couverture en laine 3 pour avoir chaud . Bruyant du au tournoi international des courses ds le couloir à minuit aucun responsable qui intervient . Petit déjeuner correct sans plus pas de fruits . Café mauvais . Personnel peut accueillant Belle vue , proximité métro , et pas loin de l’aéroport Hôtel qui a besoin d’être rénové. Douche bizarrement construite . Lit non fait pendant le séjour Drap changé la veille du départ Quel intérêt 🤔🤔pas de tapis de sol pour la douche

J'ai vécu l'une des meilleures expériences de ma vie! Je recommande fortement l'hôtel Europe à Sofia, en Bulgarie ! Si vous voulez avoir une vue magnifique, si vous voulez être dans un excellent emplacement, c'est chez vous. De plus, le personnel était incroyablement poli. J'y suis allé pour les vacances avec ma famille et ce ne sera pas le dernier.
