UN HOTEL CON TUTTO E DI PIù. Al centro di San Martino di Castrozza ad un passo da tutto. L'hotel ha delle camere stupende con viste mozzafiato sui monti circostanti. All'interno, la sala colazione è ampia con grandi vetrate e un buffet fornitissimo per la colizione dolce o salata...Una splendida terrazza solarium... Il ristorante una delizia per tutti i palati.. veramente tutto buonissimo dalla carne al pesce e il personale gentilissimo e preparatissimo. La SPA divina, con saune, bagno turco piscine interne ma soprattutto ESTERNE e dico esterne perchè farsi una sauna su una Botte di legno vista Montagne innevate non ha prezzo o farsi un bagno con idormazzaggio all'aperto guardanto il cielo ed i monti è favolosoooo... Ci ritorneremo sicuramente... e poi per chi ha bamini piccoli c'è anche il servizio di animazione che segue i bambini mentre i genitori si rilassano o fanno la spa in relax. UNA VACANZA INDIMENTICABILE

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet hôtel il y a 3 semaines et voici nos réactions : LE POSITIF : Bien situé / belle chambre / propreté / serviettes changées chaque jour / mini bar dans la chambre. / bon petit déjeuner (sauf le café) LES POINTS FAIBLES : Bruit non stop circulation sur la nationale (autos/motos/camions etc) / salle de bain trop petite / pas été prévenu que le restaurant était fermé (en travaux) / aucune explication en français / vers 8h30 plus de croissant / une serveuse pas très souriante / étanchéité de la douche écoulement pas assez grand donc plein d'eau dans la salle de bain pourtant une douche italienne ! ! / Et le pompon, c'est le service du café au petit déjeuner ! ! Pas de machine à café ! C'est un serveur qui apporte les cafés à table sur un plateau parfois une petite tasse c'est NUL et après avoir demandé des grands cafés on m'a servis des cafés de + en + petit C'est RIDICULE. une note 5/10

I stayed at Diamant Hotel for 3 days and really loved it. The room was very clean and comfy. It had a lovely balcony overlooking the river nearby. The food was absolutely excellent and the restaurant staff was professional and friendly. I think I've gained a couple of kilos during my stay at Diamant Hotel because I really couldn't say no to those delicious desserts! You must try their crepes suzette if you get the chance to! The weather wasn't that great, but we still managed to do tons of fun things and we certainly enjoyed the hotel spa. Hands down this is the best hotel in the area.

Premesso che questo è un hotel residence veramente grande dove immagino la difficoltà di gestire così tanti ospiti, devo accettare con delusione che ci si sente spersonificati e svuotati nella folla e anche presi in giro soprattutto quando si arriva alla SPA (12 euro) e si apprende che l’utilizzo della vasca prevede altri soldi in gettoni..assurdo..che anche gli armadietti della piscina vogliono 1 euro, piscina sottoposta a prenotazione! Quindi insomma vuoi andare in piscina? CODE. Vuoi fare la lavatrice? CODE, una sola lavatrice per tutti! Insomma prezzi alti per quanto in alta stagione a fronte del servizio offerto. Le note positive però ci sono: ristorante con qualità colazione ottima e personale mediamente molto gentile.
