We arrived late at night, about 10pm. I had tried to call to find out reception times but had had no luck getting through. Thankfully reception was open until midnight and check in was fast and efficient. The amenities where spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The accommodation pods are on stilts and there is some movement if people are walking around but it didn’t bother us at all. Our room (king bed) had a nicely appointed bathroom, nothing huge but still spacious enough, a large cupboard and an area with tea and coffee making facilities , the bedroom was huge with one whole wall of sliding glass doors which in summer would be amazing for opening up to the veranda which is full length. Fantastic views of the animal paddock and the ocean. All the staff we dealt with where so friendly and helpful. My only complaints are that the website has no contact phone number details that I could find and the number I got through Trip.com didn’t seem to work, just went to message bank, and there was no details on the website about reception times. The blinds in our room have a reasonable gab between them so a fair bit of light came though in the morning. I’m a light sleeper if it’s not pitch black so I woke early but nothing too concerning. Both easy fixes for the company to make. The accommodation pods have five rooms in them, so excellent for extended family vacations where everyone gets their own space but are all close by. The restaurant and cafe have fantastic views. There is a huge kids playground but I only saw it from a distance. It looked very nice from what I could see. There is animal feeding tours which would great for young families and grandkids. Highly recommend for a lovely quite holiday. Also on the plus side, very close to the airport and Hobart.

Richmond est vraiment un trésor, la ville est belle! Plus de nourriture! Ce jardin est également la plus satisfaisante de notre voyage à la maison de l'île de Ta. Les enfants adultes se sentent particulièrement bien. La chambre est super grande, le canapé est super confortable, le revenu de la garde-robe est rapide à 20 mètres carrés. Les enfants aiment jouer aux cachettes. Ils ont l'impression de rester une nuit plus quand ils vont. L'hôte a élevé de nombreux animaux, deux chevaux, des chevaux, trois chiens et des poulets qui vont. La mère du chien est appelée Molly et elle est particulièrement chaude pour jouer avec les enfants, le poupée est appelé Bobby et la grand-mère de trois pieds. Il y a beaucoup de panneaux historiques, de grands chaussures en bois, de coffres et de disques. La chambre dispose d'un WiFi gratuit et vous recevrez également des messages chauds de plusieurs propriétaires pendant votre séjour. Le serveur peut ne pas être aussi enthousiaste que le pays, c'est le Tchou, vous pouvez y loger.

Je ne suis pas habitué à écrire des commentaires négatifs, mais je pense que les choses doivent être améliorées. Premièrement, les photos des sites de réservation ne reflètent pas l'apparence de ce cottage maintenant. L'extérieur est très intime, les jardins et les prairies sont morts. La table et les chaises extérieures étaient sales, la BBQ était pleine de graisse. La petite fourne de la cuisine n'était pas propre, il y avait des crampes sur les étages et sous les chaises, évidemment, des clients précédents. Il est annoncé comme un petit déjeuner complimentaire que vous trouverez dans un tube en plastique avec 4 coupes de pain dans le réfrigérateur dans des sacs de fermeture à bouchons. Nous ne sommes pas trop fous, mais ce chalet a besoin d'un bon nettoyage. Une bonne a été l'hôte était magnifique.
