La piscine est un vrai plus. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel : choix +++ Les professionnels sont souriants et aux petits soins pour leurs clients. Bon emplacement.

Stayed for 4 nights in 2 rooms, unfortunately not a great experience. Hotel is extremely hot due to lack of air conditioning throughout. Our room was very clean and recently painted but with no air conditioning unbearable to sleep in. We had 2 portable fans to try and assist with the heat but was not a pleasant experience. In the room there was no fridge,ironing facilities,USB charging point,trouser press and no view. Second room had air conditioning and trouser press and a good view. As I had booked both rooms disappointed to be treated differently Breakfast experience not pleasant staff were miserable and did not smile, head of restaurant was rude and unhelpful. As there was no coffee and tea service you have to join a queue to use a machine which then blocks people trying to get breakfast. Only eggs on show were scrambled and not very tasty, you could pay extra for a full breakfast,this should be included with the original room cost. The croissants on offer were the smallest I have ever seen. So very disappointed with this essential holiday activity. Drinks prices were high and then they add a 10% service charge. Swimming pool and spa facilities were very good but the lady on reception was rude and disrespectful. This could be a good hotel if air conditioning is installed throughout and staff are given training in manners and attitude. Unfortunately due to our experience we would not comeback and return to the Grand hotel which was far superior.

À 15mn du ferry, très bien insonorisé malgré sa proximité du port, un hôtel propre et joliment décoré. Avec son copieux buffet au petit-déjeuner, le tarif reste cependant raisonnable. On peut regretter le choix très limité pour y dîner après 20h ou 20h30, alors que la quasi-totalité des restaurants du centre-ville ont déjà fermé leurs cuisines...

Le séjour parfait à Jersey! Nous avons pu entrer tôt, l'appartement était prêt, et nous avons eu un séjour très agréable dans l'ensemble. la situation est tout simplement parfaite, très central, mais sur une rue calme. L'appartement est bien équipé, nous avions tout ce qu'il nous fallait

We just returned after 8 nights. Travelled with my husband and son and stayed in a one bed with a pull out sofa. The apartment had everything we needed and was spacious and the location was just perfect. Super quiet, we heard a little from the nightclub entrance one evening but that was all, and it was Christmas Eve and nothing that was an issue, and apart from that it was super quiet. The staff were all brilliant, always very helpful and super nice (thank you!). We all agreed we would stay here again.

Le salon de la baie a été très bien placé et il a été un rêve de réveiller le son des vagues chaque matin. Il est impossible de battre la position et il y a plusieurs restaurants à proximité ainsi que les hôtels qui étaient vraiment confortables pour des boissons au soir et pour un déjeuner rapide entre les sessions de plage. Tout était propre et calme et le service était amiable et même appelé à nous dire que notre chambre était prête plus tôt que prévu.

A lovely 2 night stay, great location between the town centre and the seafront and all the staff were lovely! I wouldn’t say it’s a 5 star hotel but more a lovely 4*. The pool was lovely and great to have in the hotel and the breakfast was lovely too. The staff a very friendly and super polite and happy to help. The room was very comfortable, the bed was huge and the chaise longue was a wonderful additional seating spot. The shower was great and the Elemis toiletries too! We did have a few negatives that hopefully could be easily avoided in the future. 1. The automatic doors didn’t work one evening so we got stuck outside. We rang the bell which doesn’t seem to work. Thankfully people were exiting so we were only waiting 3-4 mins in the rain/cold. Perhaps the door bell could be fixed? 2. We had dinner in Bohemia which was DELICIOUS but surprisingly there was a misspelling on the menu - easily fixed with a proof read and reprint. 3. My biggest concern, I ordered an alcohol free cocktail (mocktail) and was very clear it was a mocktail, when I checked when it arrived at the table, I was very glad I did because it was alcoholic! There was also multiple spelling mistakes on the drinks menu - easily fixed but also easily avoided and not expected in such a nice place. Overall would recommend if you fancy a bit of a relaxing weekend away with some very good food and drink!

Accueil rapide et simple pour obtenir l’unique clef de la chambre. La chambre est classique avec 2 lits simples et 2 lits superposés. Décoration simple mais propre. Vue sur les toits de l’hotel en travaux. D’ailleurs dès 7h50 ils font du bruit sur les échafaudages juste sous nos fenêtres, on a connu plus calme. Sans les travaux c’est calme. La salle de bain est assez grande, assez propre, rien de particulier à part qu’il n’y a rien pour suspendre ses serviettes quand on est quatre. Le petit chauffage de la chambre est un peu limite malgré un voyage début mai. Le vrai calvaire de cet hotel c’est le parking. Il est minuscule et mal organisé. Et des gens se permettent de bloquer les voitures sans se préoccuper des autres. L’hôtel est près de la mer mais aucune vue sur la mer et une route passante devant avec des bâtiments. Le petit déjeuner anglais : beans, sausage, eggs, potatoes, ham, céréales, pain et quelques viennoiseries. Des yaourts et des fruits. Assez basique mais complet. La salle est assez grande pour tout le monde s’est agréable. Il y a une piscine intérieure. Un peu sombre mais on peut y nager tranquillement. Le jacuzzi est froid, pas agréable. Au final le prix est un peu élevé mais on est à Jersey.

Nous avons eu un double d'or. Il était propre, spacieux, serviettes et toilettes réservées. Aucune vue mais nous le savions. La nourriture était excellente et environ sur le par pour d'autres repas. Grand emplacement, le personnel était efficace et poli. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et bien organisé, il semblait être un restaurant et pas un cantine. Une suggestion, quelques rouleaux de pain, parfois fancié un bacon ou un sauce sarnie à l'opposé d'un petit déjeuner complet et un peu d'eau chaude pour le thé. Bon d'avoir des œufs frais cuits. Le spa était magnifique et le visage de Valentine était bien valu l'argent. Il est très traditionnel, mais j'aime ça.
