Hôtels 2 étoiles à Hangzhou

Un point d'une propreté exceptionnelle, et c'est le moins qu'on puisse dire ! Même les toilettes, à n'importe quelle heure de la journée, on voyait une ou deux femmes de ménage en train de nettoyer et désinfecter. Les poubelles étaient vidées régulièrement, j'espère que cela continuera ainsi ! Les toilettes proposent des toilettes à la turque et des toilettes intelligentes pour satisfaire tout le monde. La salle de bain est spacieuse avec des cabines séparées pour une séparation sèche/humide, le design est très bien pensé. Il y a un casier pour les livraisons à emporter, donc pas de risque de se tromper de commande. Le marché de nuit de Wulin est juste en bas, et le lac de l'Ouest est de l'autre côté de la route, ce qui est très pratique pour les visites. C'est un peu loin de la station de métro, ce qui n'est pas très pratique avec des bagages.

I had a truly delightful stay at Wanju·Jijian Lingyin Homestay (West Lake Lingyin Branch). This charming 民宿 offers a perfect blend of comfort, warmth, and tasteful design, making it an ideal retreat near Lingyin Temple and the scenic West Lake area. You can walk to the Lingyin Temple from the 民宿. The hospitality here is exceptional. The boss of the 民宿 was incredibly warm and thoughtful — every night, they prepared small, comforting desserts for guests, and every morning, they served a simple yet delicious breakfast. The staff were equally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any request. On our last day, they even kindly helped us carry our luggage to the car that was taking us to the airport, which was such a thoughtful touch. The 民宿 itself is incredibly cozy, with a dark-wood interior that gives it a warm, intimate, and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, perfectly complementing the serene surroundings. It was the perfect place to unwind after exploring West Lake and the nearby temples. The location is both convenient and something to plan around. The 民宿 is situated within the Xihu (West Lake) scenic area, meaning many attractions are nearby. However, traffic within this zone can be very heavy, especially during peak hours or weekends, so travelling in and out can sometimes be challenging. Once you're settled in, though, the proximity to major sights is a big advantage. Overall, I would still highly recommend Wanju·Jijian Lingyin Homestay (West Lake Lingyin Branch) to anyone visiting Hangzhou. The heartfelt service, thoughtful touches, cozy dark-wood setting, comfortable rooms, and serene environment made our stay truly memorable. I would definitely return on my next trip.

Équipements : modernes et épurés. Propreté : bonne, les salles de bain communes sont très propres. Ambiance : confortable et bien rangée. Service : excellent. C'est surtout la propreté et la bonne gestion qui sont appréciables et dignes de confiance. J'ai déjà séjourné dans leur hôtel à Ningbo, et celui de Hangzhou est également très bien !

Les chambres sont bien équipées et la salle de bain est séparée (douche/baignoire). L'insonorisation n'est pas très bonne, on entendait bien les conversations des voisins le soir, ce qui était assez bruyant. La petite sœur de la réception a été très chaleureuse et serviable. Elle nous saluait à chaque fois qu'on sortait ou rentrait. Quand nous lui avons demandé des itinéraires de transport, elle nous a aidés avec enthousiasme à les chercher sur son téléphone, résolvant rapidement nos problèmes. Il y a un arrêt de bus juste devant l'hôtel, ce qui est très pratique pour se rendre aux différentes attractions du Lac de l'Ouest. La sortie A de la ligne 1 du métro n'est qu'à 300 mètres de l'hôtel, c'est vraiment très pratique. Juste une petite suggestion pour l'hôtel : ce serait bien de changer de marque pour le shampoing et le gel douche, l'expérience utilisateur serait meilleure.

Les transports sont très pratiques. Il y a un arrêt de bus juste devant et une station de métro à gauche. Une pharmacie et un supermarché se trouvent en bas. La chambre simple que j'occupais était équipée d'une table et de chaises, d'un plan de sécurité derrière la porte et d'un miroir en pied au mur. Le couloir était étroit, à peine assez grand pour y mettre une valise de 50 cm. Pour accéder au lit, il fallait grimper assez haut (je mesure 1,54 m et le lit était plus haut que moi), alors soyez prudent en entrant et en sortant. Les repas étaient servis dans l'espace commun. L'expérience était excellente et semblait adaptée à un séjour de longue durée. Malheureusement, je n'avais qu'une journée avant de partir.

Cet hôtel offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Il y a aussi de nombreux bons vendeurs de fruits, des boutiques de petits pains (baozi), des boulangeries et des cafés à proximité. La propreté est impeccable.

Hôtel très bien placé dans le centre historique. Petite chambre, matelas confortable mais il y a une fenêtre donnant sur le couloir = lumière dans la chambre. Beaucoup de bruit dans le couloir y compris la nuit, aucune isolation sonore. Possibilité de laisser son sac pour la journée à la réception.

Location is very good. There is a big mall across with an MRT station at its basement and another mrt being built directly across. There is cafes, bakeries and restaurants below and around the whole building and far more across the streets including fruit stalls and wet markets. Staff is very helpful and kind enough to let me upgrade to several rooms of my choice for free. Staff also helped me change cash into wechatpay and helped me call the deliver when my online purchase was sent to the wrong address. I never find staff this nice anywhere else in several countries. The apartment rooms and furnitures are not very new, not old, but they are very well taken care of. My room was very bright, comfortable and clean. My bed, sofa and office chair were very comfortable. Aircon and fridge were very cold. Washing machine is good but no dryer option. Detergent and dish cleaner was given upon request. I wish there was a microwave and clothes iron in the hallway and at least a small table mirror in the room. Some areas need to be cleaned better, because the bed headboard, hook tray stand and kettle tray had a lot of dust. The gap (where we insert our fingers) of the fridge door, the washing machine door and trash can lid needs to be cleaned. The shower was clogged and the water went down very slowly and flooded easily. Amenities wise, generous, everything was provided from towels, comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, bodywash to room slippers and shower slippers. Bottled water, some coffee and tea were provided in the room. My nice room is directly at the entrance facing the lift. If you don’t like the noise of people coming from the lift or talking at the lift, try to request rooms further away. I like my room more than other rooms so the noise was worth the comfort. Two months in China and this is the best place I ever stayed.

Hôtel vieillot, pas très propre Ouvrez la porte et sentez l'odeur de cigarette. La moquette du couloir est sale. Dans la chambre, les objets anciens ne sont pas très propres. Bon emplacement, non loin du métro Xihu et des attractions touristiques. Je suis sorti et j'ai vu une personne qui fumait une cigarette. Demandez à l'employé si vous pouvez fumer. L'employé a répondu que oui, dans la chambre, on peut fumer, dans le couloir, on peut fumer. Il y a un panneau d'interdiction affiché.
