Hôtels 3 étoiles à Melbourne

Very clean, nice renovated rooms with all amenities including microwave. Very comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of luggage space. Coffee/tea/sugar and biscuits. Each room has it's own designated parking. Reception woman was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying again soon

Super équipe, super hôtels, lavé régulièrement mais fréquentations intenses, donc les équipes font ce qu'elles peuvent pour passer derrière les résidents un peu moins propres. Rien à redire malgré une fréquentation, plutôt jeune et des petits groupes qui monopolisent presque tout l'espace, sans respecter l'interdiction de nuisance sonore après minuit. Tout ce qui concerne le reste, je n'ai absolument rien à redire. Merci !

great location and facilities, but be prepared for significant noise both early in the morning and late at night. Be randomly arranged units in 889 or 883 Collins st. the noise situation seriously affects the stay. There are several construction sites nearby, and work starts around 7 a.m. every day. The drilling and machinery noise is very loud, making it difficult to sleep in. At night, the problem continues as car enthusiasts often race along the nearby roads, and the engine revving can be extremely disruptive.

super lovely staff, let me check in abit earlier and plenty of space in the room with comfy bed :) right near tramline and 15ish min walk to palais theatre where i had a concert so super convenient! no elevator incase you have big luggage but it was fine for me and super cool artwork around the place. thanks!

J'ai séjourné dans une chambre simple, très confortable, avec de grandes fenêtres et suffisamment de lumière. En dessous se trouve la célèbre rue des cafés, très animée. Il y a aussi de nombreux endroits où manger à proximité, notamment des gares, des arrêts de tramway, des fast-foods ouverts 24h/24, etc., ce qui est très pratique. Le logement est en cohabitation et il y a des activités tous les jours. Les salles de bains communes sont généralement mouillées après chaque utilisation, mais on voit souvent du personnel de nettoyage les nettoyer. L'emplacement est en plein centre ville, très pratique pour aller n'importe où.

Chambre de personnel très propre aurait pu avoir un table latérale à côté des deux côtés du lit grand prix

Pleasant reception on arrival and provided with drink and discount cards that could be used at any bar in the venue. The room was comfortable and clean, however the soap, shampoo and conditioner containers were all empty. We were staying overnight due to attending a function at the venue. Sadly the drink cards were refused, even though I was told they could use them at any bar???? And drinks were being served at bar prices on the night. Then, being coeliac, the host had discussed with me the option of gluten free/ gluten friendly platter as you like to call it these days. She then ordered a gluten free platter to cater for my needs. She also advised that she had pointed me out to the waitress so that she could bring the gluten free platter to me. As I had been drinking I was looking for food, trays were coming out for others but no sign of the gluten free tray. After asking several times and being told it was coming, by 9:30 it hadn't showed. Normally I would have just let it go but I knew it had been ordered and at a heafty cost. It took some pushing to finally get a proper response from the supervisor, the platter had been delivered to the wrong room! They were putting one together asap and it would be delivered soon. It finally did come and was more than adequate, however disappointing that it had to be chased and for the host to find out how much trouble I had.

Very convenient location as it just 10mins walk to Melbourne central. The rmit university and swanston tram station right in front of the hotel building. Don’t have enough time to enjoy pool and sauna as it opens from 7am-9pm only. The only dissatisfied is I don’t know that the room service is provided. On the 4th night of our stay while we entered the room after one day trip, we realized that the cleaner has actually entered and cleaned our room without asking our permission. Imagine what if our goods have went missing, can the hotel management beared the cost of our loss? Please do not enter the room without inform customer, customer will ask for room cleaning if they really want the service.

👍заселили пораньше 👍вежливый и внимательный персонал на ресепшен 👍рядом с метро и с парком, где живут поссумы и стоит домик Кука 👍милая общая зона, лестница 👍цена 👍можно открыть окно в комнате, но есть и кондиционер. Холодильник и чайник. 👍просторный душ, хороший напор воды. 🤔одинаковый завтрак каждый день - яйца, бобы, тосты, сок. 😔чистота оставляет желать лучшего 😔возврат залога - неделя
