Very clean, nice renovated rooms with all amenities including microwave. Very comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of luggage space. Coffee/tea/sugar and biscuits. Each room has it's own designated parking. Reception woman was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying again soon

The hotel itself perfectly blends heritage charm with modern practicality. While the building is historic, the interior is well-maintained, cozy, and comfortable. My room was compact but spotlessly clean, featuring all the essential amenities needed for a relaxing stay. It included a very comfortable bed, a tidy en-suite bathroom, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi that worked flawlessly throughout my visit. Though some of the hallway decor feels slightly dated, it genuinely adds to the classic, old-world character of the property rather than detracting from the overall guest experience. One of the standout features of The Victoria Hotel is its excellent guest facilities. After a long day of exploring the city's sights, having access to an indoor heated rooftop pool, a spa, and a fitness center was an unexpected and delightful bonus for a budget-friendly hotel. Furthermore, the on-site restaurant and bar, Mister Munro, provides a lovely, relaxed atmosphere with a great selection of delicious food and beverages. The hotel staff also deserve a very special mention. From a smooth, welcoming check-in process to providing helpful local sightseeing tips, the customer service was consistently polite, efficient, and highly professional. Overall, The Victoria Hotel offers outstanding value for money. It provides a comfortable, safe, and incredibly convenient base for anyone wanting to experience the best of Melbourne without breaking the bank. I highly recommend this wonderful accommodation and would gladly stay here again

Beautiful souls 🤍 I recently stayed at Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport and wanted to share my experience for anyone travelling in or out of Melbourne. We have stayed here a number of times, the first time was because we had flight delays and didn't want to head home to return the following day. It made sense and ever since then we have used it as our little night before we go on the next adventure stop over. So if you are like me, and you’re looking for something close, easy, and stress-free before a flight… this place really delivers. The location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from the airport, and the shuttle service makes everything feel seamless especially when you’re travelling early morning or arriving late. That alone takes so much pressure off. And if you are like me and need to have a change of suit case for clothing it makes a great base between flights and countries. The rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable. Not overly luxurious, but they have everything you need for a short stay. It feels more like a practical stopover than a holiday destination and that’s exactly what it’s meant to be. What I appreciated most was the ease of everything… No overwhelm, no complications — just a place to land, reset, and move on with your journey. If I had to describe it energetically… it feels like a “pause point” between destinations. A couple of things to note: It’s more of a classic, older-style hotel, not modern luxury but its a great base and we leave our car there for convince. Dining options can be limited depending on timing, but we ate next door a Sheesh and plan to go there again. You may hear a little airport noise (as expected) But overall, for value, convenience, and simplicity, it does exactly what it promises. We will definitely stay again when I need a smooth airport stopover, like in September with a group of travelers heading on.a cruise. The place suits business, family, couples, solo and groups. great location and facilities, but be prepared for significant noise both early in the morning and late at night. Be randomly arranged units in 889 or 883 Collins st. the noise situation seriously affects the stay. There are several construction sites nearby, and work starts around 7 a.m. every day. The drilling and machinery noise is very loud, making it difficult to sleep in. At night, the problem continues as car enthusiasts often race along the nearby roads, and the engine revving can be extremely disruptive.

La vue de la fenêtre était juste à côté du site de construction. C'était vraiment mauvais. La cuillère de toilette n'était pas propre (comme il est montré dans la photo). La salle de bains et la salle de toilette est si proche que l'espace est si petit quand je utilise la salle de bains c'est si inconfortable. Il n'y a pas de porte de lit à la salle de bains.

L'emplacement est excellent, la chambre était très propre et le matelas très confortable, dépassant mes attentes pour un hôtel économique. J'étais un peu surprise par les nombreux commentaires négatifs, pensant qu'il y aurait beaucoup de marches à l'entrée, mais il n'y en avait que quelques-unes. Un panneau latéral aurait été parfait. L'excursion d'une demi-journée en train à vapeur que j'ai réservée avec l'hôtel était d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix ; le trajet n'était pas long et n'a pas perturbé ma promenade en ville au retour. Le service était professionnel et les pourboires n'étaient pas acceptés. 👍

J'ai adoré mon séjour ! Les lits et les chambres étaient très confortables et accueillants, et j'ai beaucoup apprécié les espaces communs et la grande cuisine. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

We loved our stay at RNR apartments. The apartment was very quiet and had everything we needed for a week long stay. The amount of glasses, cutlery plates etc was perfect. The lady at the front desk was so helpful and funny. The room was very clean - we can’t fault it.  Washing machine in the room was so ideal! Less than a 10 min walk to the free tram zone.

Холодильник и чайник. 👍просторный душ, хороший напор воды. 🤔одинаковый завтрак каждый день - яйца, бобы, тосты, сок. 😔чистота оставляет желать лучшего 😔возврат залога - неделя

Un court séjour au calme. La chambre est très propre. Je ne resterais pas en été car il fera très chaud. Climatisation bruyante. J'ai eu de la chance que le temps soit frais. L'emplacement était parfait et le tram à la porte. Un gars sympathique à la réception. Il y avait quelques problèmes dans la chambre mais ça valait le coup pour les nuits et les courts séjours. 😊
