Hôtels 3 étoiles à Melbourne

I stayed in Box Hill motel between 3rd of Nov'23 - 5th of Nov'23. My husband and I arrived at Box Hill motel around 12-1pm. We were so exhausted as we took turn driving from Sydney - Melbourne. We drove from Sydney past midnight. Upon calling if we would be let in early, surprisingly it is allowed. Otherwise we would have slept in the car until check-in time if the room isn't ready yet. We got room no.1 and it was very clean. I didn't use the towel as I prefer to use my own towel, my husband also use his own towel. One of the hanging towel though had a snot on it and I put that towel aside despite we didn't use it. There were 3x plates in total and one of the plate was dirty and I assumed previous guest must have used this 1 plate and didn't wash it but instead just slipped it in between the clean plate. We used 2x plates for ourselves but I washed the 3x plates myself. Great Wifi speed too as I was able to complete a little bit of work from Room no.1. My parents always taught me to appreciate and respect people's places. Upon checking out, I saw Carol and OMG, she is so kind, friendly, down to earth and helpful. She was busy rolling people's luggage to their room. I remember my father always taught me the great businessman is not the one who always wanted to be served but the one who knew how to serve others first. There's a saying about ”servant leadership”. A great leader know how it feels to be at the bottom to observe, learn and serving others as well as better appreciate the top and experience various roles to understand the duties and responsibilities of each roles. THANK YOU Box hill motel team and Carol too for allowing us to stay at your beautiful clean and tidy place. We were able to sleep very soundly, hope nobody can hear us snoring :) I highly recommend Box Hill motel, Melbourne to anyone on a trip to Melbourne.

great location and facilities, but be prepared for significant noise both early in the morning and late at night. Be randomly arranged units in 889 or 883 Collins st. the noise situation seriously affects the stay. There are several construction sites nearby, and work starts around 7 a.m. every day. The drilling and machinery noise is very loud, making it difficult to sleep in. At night, the problem continues as car enthusiasts often race along the nearby roads, and the engine revving can be extremely disruptive.

J'ai adoré mon séjour ! Les lits et les chambres étaient très confortables et accueillants, et j'ai beaucoup apprécié les espaces communs et la grande cuisine. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

super lovely staff, let me check in abit earlier and plenty of space in the room with comfy bed :) right near tramline and 15ish min walk to palais theatre where i had a concert so super convenient! no elevator incase you have big luggage but it was fine for me and super cool artwork around the place. thanks!

Pleasant reception on arrival and provided with drink and discount cards that could be used at any bar in the venue. The room was comfortable and clean, however the soap, shampoo and conditioner containers were all empty. We were staying overnight due to attending a function at the venue. Sadly the drink cards were refused, even though I was told they could use them at any bar???? And drinks were being served at bar prices on the night. Then, being coeliac, the host had discussed with me the option of gluten free/ gluten friendly platter as you like to call it these days. She then ordered a gluten free platter to cater for my needs. She also advised that she had pointed me out to the waitress so that she could bring the gluten free platter to me. As I had been drinking I was looking for food, trays were coming out for others but no sign of the gluten free tray. After asking several times and being told it was coming, by 9:30 it hadn't showed. Normally I would have just let it go but I knew it had been ordered and at a heafty cost. It took some pushing to finally get a proper response from the supervisor, the platter had been delivered to the wrong room! They were putting one together asap and it would be delivered soon. It finally did come and was more than adequate, however disappointing that it had to be chased and for the host to find out how much trouble I had.

Les vibes, les zones frigorifiques, les bars et les événements de la communauté, plus le personnel, surtout le beau gars qui m'a réservé, étaient étonnants. J'avais une nuit dans une belle chambre féminine que je n'ai même pas vu quand j'étais en dehors et j'ai essayé de se reposer à une 2e réservation qui est poussée dans un sommeil bruyant mixte parfumé bizarre sur un bunk avec ****** couper sur la porte à tous les heures, un gars snorring et un autre twat sur le Téléphone que j'ai dit. J'ai été stressant et j'ai pas eu une douche chaude dans une salle de bain fonctionnelle en 2 jours. Ne rentre pas. Si vous aimez des touristes bruyants et des anciens bâtiments sans ascenseur portant vos sacs partout et sans douches, grand!

Very convenient location as it just 10mins walk to Melbourne central. The rmit university and swanston tram station right in front of the hotel building. Don’t have enough time to enjoy pool and sauna as it opens from 7am-9pm only. The only dissatisfied is I don’t know that the room service is provided. On the 4th night of our stay while we entered the room after one day trip, we realized that the cleaner has actually entered and cleaned our room without asking our permission. Imagine what if our goods have went missing, can the hotel management beared the cost of our loss? Please do not enter the room without inform customer, customer will ask for room cleaning if they really want the service.

👍заселили пораньше 👍вежливый и внимательный персонал на ресепшен 👍рядом с метро и с парком, где живут поссумы и стоит домик Кука 👍милая общая зона, лестница 👍цена 👍можно открыть окно в комнате, но есть и кондиционер. Холодильник и чайник. 👍просторный душ, хороший напор воды. 🤔одинаковый завтрак каждый день - яйца, бобы, тосты, сок. 😔чистота оставляет желать лучшего 😔возврат залога - неделя

Perfectement bon hôtel et l' un des plus chers dans la région de Dandenong pour sûr ..... oui , il n' est pas parfait , cette région de Melbourne a de haute criminalité grâce à ***** et des étrangers de pays du monde triste qui y vivent, vous pouvez dire en regardant juste la terrible La situation des voitures dans le parc de voitures de l' hôtel est cependant assez bon et la chambre est fine pour que vous puissiez vous plaindre
