Hôtels 4 étoiles à Erevan

I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

Un bon hôtel. Idéalement situé en centre-ville, mais donnant sur des cours intérieures, il est très calme. Inconvénients : TripAdvisor indique qu'il est juste à côté de l'opéra, alors qu'il se trouve rue Pouchkine. Autre point négatif : la cour est entourée de barrières sur trois côtés et il faut appeler la réception pour qu'une navette vienne directement à l'hôtel. Cependant, si vous n'avez pas de bagages lourds, la distance est courte. L'endroit est très calme. La rue Pouchkine, quant à elle, est très animée toute la nuit. Avantages : Emplacement central, tout est accessible à pied. - Calme, propre et très confortable. Le ménage et le changement des serviettes sont effectués quotidiennement. Le petit-déjeuner est un buffet simple mais varié. Digne d'un 5 étoiles.

L'hôtel est situé dans une grande localisation.La chambre est spacieuse, propre et offre un service de garde-fournir quotidien.Nous profitons du petit-déjeuner buffet, la dame de la cuisine et la cuisine sont très agréables et attentives.Le personnel de la réception est tout à fait poli et ami. Je vais réserver cet hôtel et je le recommanderai à ma famille et à mes amis.

Great location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done. I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience. The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break. We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.

Excellent location close to Republic Square in the heart of Yerevan. Clean and comfortable room. Staff are very helpful. I would stay  here again because it’s good value. The road outside the hotel can get congested at peak weekday travel hours, but clear on weekends - my taxi trip to the railway station was under 10 minutes. Good choice of food for breakfast.The only minor thing regarding facilities was that the heating is centrally controlled and although my room was too warm, opening the room windows solved this problem. Tip - if you are arriving at night you need to know the street number because the hotel name is not illuminated and is difficult to see in the dark.

Le courtier de Marriott Yerevan est une excellente option si vous cherchez un séjour confortable et bien situé à Yerevan. L'hôtel est très confortable et confortable. Le personnel était très gentil, très attentif et très prêt à aider à tout moment, ce qui a fait le séjour particulièrement agréable. The photos don’t do this place justice! It’s really lovely and fresh, and it seemed like our room was freshly renovated or very well cared for, and the room and bedding were spotless. The room was very spacious and well equipped. As was the reception area. The staff are lovely and very helpful (we had some issues with loud neighbours and they delicately assisted). The pool is really big and nice with lots of deck chairs and amazing views of Mt Ararat. Breakfast was great, freshly prepared and good options. The hotel is not in the centre but we found the location still convenient, we would walk into town and then Yandex back (Yandex is typically 1600AMD). We would stay again!

Un hôtel formidable, idéalement situé. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est délicieux, la connexion internet est rapide, la décoration est magnifique et les chambres sont impeccables. Nous le recommandons vivement ; nous avons adoré notre séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! 👍🏼

Отель соответствует заявленной цене проживания, но не соответствует заявленному количеству звезд. Впечатление хорошее, но отсутствие чайных ложек на завтраке создает некоторое неудобство.

L'hôtel est très mixte. Il était énorme, il était certainement chic avant. Il est écrit qu'après la rénovation, il a été bribé. En fait, les chambres sont vieux, seulement serviettes et savons. La chose la plus surprenante est le petit déjeuner, il serait mieux de ne pas être: une tortue, une crème, des sauces cuites en cellulose, omlet, sauces bon marché, et la seule chose qui change est un riz décortiqué avec des carottes et des pommes de terre. Les boissons ne font qu'une chaîne d'eau chaude et froide, café soluble. À propos des légumes et des fruits, on peut oublier - c'est une honte! J'ai sauvé le bar dans le lobby. Le prix est légèrement inférieur au marché, mais il serait mieux d'ajouter un peu au prix et de réparer la nourriture, ou d'exclure la nourriture et ne pas être honteux.
