Hôtels 4 étoiles à Erevan

I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

Un bon hôtel. Idéalement situé en centre-ville, mais donnant sur des cours intérieures, il est très calme. Inconvénients : TripAdvisor indique qu'il est juste à côté de l'opéra, alors qu'il se trouve rue Pouchkine. Autre point négatif : la cour est entourée de barrières sur trois côtés et il faut appeler la réception pour qu'une navette vienne directement à l'hôtel. Cependant, si vous n'avez pas de bagages lourds, la distance est courte. L'endroit est très calme. La rue Pouchkine, quant à elle, est très animée toute la nuit. Avantages : Emplacement central, tout est accessible à pied. - Calme, propre et très confortable. Le ménage et le changement des serviettes sont effectués quotidiennement. Le petit-déjeuner est un buffet simple mais varié. Digne d'un 5 étoiles.

Le meilleur hôtel que nous avons séjourné dans le Caucase ! Le service professionnel est très propre, les chambres sont très propres, le petit déjeuner est étonnant et après 2 jours de petit déjeuner à l'hôtel, le personnel très attentif de la zone de petit déjeuner remme même mon nom de famille ! Il a été très malheureux de partir.

Замечательный отель! Удобное расположение в самом центре. До любой локации удобно добираться пешком. Очень чисто, убираются на совесть! Вежливое обслуживание! Администрация также всегда на связи, быстро отвечает на вопросы. Нужно учитывать, что в некоторых номерах окна замурованы со стороны улицы, то есть там стена, а окно формальное. У нас было такое в спальне, поэтому не критично. Небольшое пожелание насчет подушек, хотелось бы подушки побольше и не по одной на человека, чтоб был выбор. В целом проживанием остались довольны! В следующий раз возможно также остановимся здесь!

Great location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done. I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience. The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break. We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.

Excellent location close to Republic Square in the heart of Yerevan. Clean and comfortable room. Staff are very helpful. I would stay  here again because it’s good value. The road outside the hotel can get congested at peak weekday travel hours, but clear on weekends - my taxi trip to the railway station was under 10 minutes. Good choice of food for breakfast.The only minor thing regarding facilities was that the heating is centrally controlled and although my room was too warm, opening the room windows solved this problem. Tip - if you are arriving at night you need to know the street number because the hotel name is not illuminated and is difficult to see in the dark.

Выбирали отель в центре, хотелось новый с хорошим сервисом. Угадали на 100%. Отель рекомендую, расположение 10 из 10. Северный проспект, Площадь республики, куча хороших ресторанов, супермаркет и алкомаркет с армянским вином и коньяком, всё в пешей доступности. Все новое, брали номер улучшенный на 9-м этаже возле СПА, отличный вид из окон. Да, номера не большие, но все что необходимо есть. Убирают хорошо, в ванной халаты и тапочки, косметика, каждый день бутилированная вода и кофемашина в номере. Есть гладильная доска и утюг. В номере тихо. Лобби небольшое, но с каким-то модным баром, в выходные дни вечером куча молодежи. Отличное обслуживание, девушка с красивым именем Мариам Яиз, подготовила сюрприз на День рождения, в номере нас ждала бутылка игристого, открытка с пожеланиями на русском и тортик. Приятно. Большим плюсом считаю наличие кафе Paul внизу отеля. Вход прямо из лобби, можно оплатить картой. На завтрак в отеле не ходили - долго спали, ходили в Paul, отличный кофе, сендвичи, круссаны, свежевыжатый сок. Отель рекомендую, персонал - молодцы, с удовольствием посетим еще раз.

Останавливалась в номере стандартной категории с видом на бассейн. Из плюсов: - Кровать очень большая и удобная - Ежедневная уборка со сменой полотенец и пополнением воды/чая/кофе - В номере есть все необходимое из гигиенических принадлежностей Из минусов: - В ванной нет НИ ОДНОГО КРЮЧКА, НИ ОДНОЙ ПОЛКИ. Куда вешать полотенце или ставить шампунь, зубную щетку? Непонятно . Также в ванной нет вытяжки и сушилки для белья. Впервые такое встречаю. - Персонал не особо приветлив, до ресепшена сложно дозвониться из номера, трубки не берут. В мои даты проживания (конец мая) бассейн уличный не работал, потому что «холодно» и он не подогреваемый. Бассейн внутри отеля вполне комфортный, есть небольшое джакузи. Завтраки вкусные, но однообразные . Можно заказать у повара омлет с любым овощным наполнением.

La chambre est spacieuse, le lit est confortable, la salle de bain est propre. Ne vous attendez pas au style le plus moderne, à la fin le moins important. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et très bon pour nous. La location n'est pas la meilleure. Il est à 40' de l'aéroport, et à 20' de la ville. Le trafic à Yerevan est chaotique et des accidents se produisent régulièrement, alors gardez cela à l'esprit si vous vous déplacez de la ville ou vers celle-ci. Vous pouvez aussi aller à pied à la ville, mais il est assez dur de revenir. La perle est la piscine. Et ils ont aussi un restaurant, si vous vous sentez laissée sortir ou si vous ne voulez pas commander avec Yandex.

Отель соответствует заявленной цене проживания, но не соответствует заявленному количеству звезд. Впечатление хорошее, но отсутствие чайных ложек на завтраке создает некоторое неудобство.
