Overall is good. Space for their breakfast is limited although breakfast is included but you have to seek for seats even when you go earlier for the breakfast. Location is very good, out of the crowded area but within walking distance to the historical city center. West Lake is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The street in which the hotel is located has many shops, restaurants and eateries. The hotel is new and well maintained. Sound-proofing is good, there is no noise from the street. Reception staff is efficient and kind, both check-in and check-out have been smooth. Considering the price, facilities are very good. Wi-Fi is working very well, stable and fast. No any negative aspect, just a suggestion for improvement: there is a small but quite well equipped gym room, however some equipment is out of order. A little effort on maintenance would be a chance to earn full marks... :)
