The hotel and its staff were excellent. They were always willing to meet your needs. The rooms were very well designed and clean, especially the bathroom. The location was great. You can reach Princes Street in just 25 minutes on foot. The bus stop was very close to the hotel. we could even say it was directly in front of it. By bus, you can reach almost anywhere in 10 minutes. The rooms were quiet and warm.

Tout d'abord, c'est un hôtel très proche de la gare et il y a aussi un joli centre commercial à proximité. Deuxièmement, le lit de l'hôtel est doux et confortable, et le personnel de la réception est également très sympathique ! Le seul bémol est que la climatisation de la chambre ne permet pas de régler rapidement la température, et il fait un peu froid pour dormir la nuit. La variété du petit-déjeuner est également un peu monotone, mais le rapport qualité-prix reste très bon

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel that other travellers should know what to expect. I stayed in a single room on the top floor and was very disappointed, especially considering the price. The room was much smaller than I had expected and felt rather cramped. I paid £136 through Trip.com, even with a discount, and I simply did not feel that the room offered value for money. The room looked tired and dated. The carpet did not look very fresh, the furniture was old-fashioned but not in a charming or historic way, and there were marks on the walls that could easily have been touched up. The bedside lamp also appeared to be damaged, as the lampshade was noticeably crooked and could not be adjusted. I would also like to mention that the room and bathroom were clean, and the bed linen was fresh and clean. I knew when I booked that the room did not include a safe or a fridge, as this was mentioned in the description. However, for a four-star hotel at this price, I still feel that a safe and at least a small fridge should be provided. The television was also very small, and overall the room felt very basic for the price and hotel rating. The bathroom itself was a reasonable size, but it was not very practical. There was no shelf above the sink for toiletries, which was inconvenient. In the shower, the large shampoo and conditioner bottles were placed on the floor of the shower, meaning I had to keep bending down to reach them. I would also like to mention that access to the upper floors involves a very steep spiral staircase. I was aware that there was no lift, but I did not expect the staircase to be so steep and difficult to climb. As I was not comfortable in the room, I asked whether it might be possible to move to a different room. Unfortunately, there were no other rooms available. I had originally planned to stay in Edinburgh for another night, but I decided to move to a different hotel instead. The location of the hotel is good and convenient for Waverley Station, and the staff were polite and friendly. However, my overall experience did not meet my expectations for a four-star hotel, especially at this price. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Le seul reproche que je ferais, c'est que la couette n'est vraiment pas de très bonne qualité. Le drap et la doublure ne sont pas parfaitement enveloppés ensemble, ce qui donne l'impression évidente qu'il n'y a qu'un drap fin pour dormir et que la doublure est ailleurs, ce qui est un peu fin pour l'hiver. Le petit déjeuner est absolument copieux, avec une grande variété d'options et un rapport qualité-prix très avantageux. Édimbourg elle-même n'est pas très grande et se trouve à quelques pas du château, de Princes Street, etc.

La chambre d'hôtel est grande et l'environnement est bon, mais le seul inconvénient est que le matelas est un peu vieux. Il convient de mentionner que le personnel du service hôtelier est très enthousiaste et professionnel. Lorsque nous nous sommes enregistrés l'après-midi du 11, la réceptionniste était une grande fille très attentionnée qui a surclassé notre chambre.

L'emplacement est très agréable, mais la propreté laisse à désirer. Le dessous du canapé-lit et des chaises est assez sale.

L'hôtel est très proche de la moyenne. Réception e-mailée 3 fois avant l'arrivée, pas une réponse. La chambre était belle et moderne. Le lit était confortable et la douche était forte. Windows était seulement verrouillée et regardé sur la gare qui signifie qu'il était bruyant même pendant la nuit. La salle de bains n'est pas vraiment une salle de bains. Il est juste la salle de petit déjeuner. L'offre était assez fondamentale. La machine à café n'a pas beaucoup fonctionné pendant notre séjour. Sur le sol inférieur, donc pas de fenêtres. La vieille salle de bains était beaucoup mieux. Clarement couper le coup sur ce qu'ils offrent pour économiser de l'argent. Le petit déjeuner était clairement conçu pour le marché américain. Encore une fois, les machines à café n'ont pas été commutées sur le café et le thé standard, pas de cappuccino, etc. Il y a beaucoup d'hôtels à Édimbourg qui offrent une valeur beaucoup plus élevée pour le prix payé.

L'hôtel accepte les chiens. Un grand pré est à disposition pour les promenades matinales et nocturnes de notre chien. Une poubelle à déjections canines se trouve à côté du parking, ce qui est idéal pour les propriétaires d'animaux. L'hôtel est situé un peu à l'écart du centre-ville, mais juste à côté du centre commercial Gyle.
