Hôtels 4 étoiles à Funchal

La location, le cadre, les installations et la nettoyage sont assez bons. La question est de leur service. Nous avons essayé de téléphoner à la réception pendant les heures de travail et il n'y a pas de réponse. Ils ne nous ont pas non plus appelés. Si nous avons de la chance, nous verrons un personnel et obtiendrons une aide. Il est important d'avoir une voiture de votre propre, sinon il est difficile de se rendre dans le resort. Le total que l'hôtel est beaucoup plus que ce qui a été montré sur le site de voyage. Il est important de donner une vue claire sur le montant total de la réservation. Pour le faire, il y avait presque 150 euros de différence entre ce qui a été montré sur le site Web de Trip et le montant final que j'ai payé à l'hôtel. Et bien sûr, ce n'est pas ce que je veux avoir une première expérience d'utilisation du site Web de Trip. Cela doit être regardé.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à Baia Azul. Cet hôtel a tout ! Des vues magnifiques depuis le salon, un joli bar avec des animations le soir, un excellent service, de belles chambres confortables et une très belle piscine. Nous n'avons rien à redire ! Le petit déjeuner était également délicieux. J'y retournerais sans hésiter !

The staff is friendly, the room is a good size and everything was clean. The room has a mini fridge, slippers and robes. They also provide pool towels. There is a cleaning service everyday and they change all the towels, including the ones for the pool. The bed was not the best as it was quite hard and had a spring mattress. We enjoyed the indoor pool, the jacuzzi and sauna. We haven't tried the outdoor pool as we only spent time there in the evenings. The breakfast was good. I'd come back as it was a nice experience overall.

We stayed in the hotel with group of friends. The experience was really nice — rooms are clean and design are interesting and cozy. You will have breakfast in the other hotel next door and it’s delicious. Also you can use territory of other hotel — there are really nice lounge zone, pool and sea-view. We enjoyed. Only one thing was disturbing — if you want to sleep with open windows it can be really noisy. Because of the buses (going from early morning) and loud people (who were singing and screaming drunk). But if you close the window everything is perfect. Thanks

Charming hotel with spacious and bright rooms, a well-kept garden and a wonderful view over Funchal. The property is original and very interesting, though perhaps in need of some care. The available parking is a real plus. Quiet location yet close to the city center, with always friendly staff. Relaxing atmosphere, highly recommended for a pleasant stay.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The lady at reception was very helpful, easy to talk to, and explained everything clearly from the moment I arrived. The room was amazing, with a beautiful view that made the experience even more special. All the staff were excellent and friendly. The two girls working at the bar in the afternoon were wonderful — unfortunately I forgot their names, but one of them was Venezuelan. They were both very welcoming and professional. The breakfast team was always respectful and ready to help. One lovely lady was so thoughtful that she prepared my outdoor table setup in the morning before I had even picked my food. The gentleman who seemed to be the manager handled the staff and operations very smoothly — you could really feel how organized and professional everything was. I also noticed the lady who I believe is the GM. She looked incredibly hardworking, present during the afternoon, evening, and morning, always supporting her team. I even saw her celebrating staff birthdays with them. This is exactly how true leadership should be. Anyone looking for real hospitality should visit this hotel. As a Hospitality GM myself, I can confidently say this is an approved place to enjoy a wonderful experience with your loved ones. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay.Keep it up

Я выбирала отель с видом на океан по доступной цене. В итоге, нашелся отель с очень просторными номерами, панорамным окном, кофе/чай, удобной ванной комнатой с биде, большим балконом. Единственные моменты: раздельная кровать для пары и слабоватый душ. Шум ночных волн на любителя:) Нам пришлось закрывать дверь на балкон, хотя и так было довольно шумно. Сервис очень дружелюбный.  Завтрак вкусный и свежий. Много выпечки, напитки, нарезки и горячее.  Не ожидала, что будет бесплатный трансфер до центра и обратно. Абсолютный плюс этого отеля, потому что находится он не в шаговой доступности от центра.  Виды, чистота возле отеля, свой пляж - это потрясающе.  Далее мы проживали в частном секторе и много что посмотрели на острове, но первые две ночи в Orca Praia остались в нашем сердечке💘 С уважением,  Елена из России

A experiência no Pestana Ocean Bay foi bastante agradável, os colaboradores foram sempre muito simpáticos e atenciosos, ajudaram sempre que foi necessário, têm sem dúvida uma equipa preocupada com o hóspede, atenta, empática, senti-me muito bem recebida… num questionário que respondi a meio da estadia, mencionei que nos buffets poderia haver uvas (isto porque a minha filha gosta muito, e as uvas eram uma fruta que ainda não tinha surgido), fiz essa observação pensando que nem ia ser lida, no entanto, no dia seguinte ao chegar ao quarto tínhamos um belo prato de uvas, nesse momento, sentimo-nos acarinhadas como se estivéssemos em casa, foi um gesto de cuidado que nos deixou sensibilizadas, estão de parabéns por isso e por, efetivamente, lerem os questionários, que muitas vezes achamos que ninguém vai ler e importarem-se com o que lá se escreve. Têm uma boa organização, apresentação e logística de tudo o que envolve uma estadia: refeições, animação ao fim do dia, saídas/passeios, etc. Continuação de um trabalho de excelência ☺️ obrigada.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel à Madère et nous nous sommes trouvés bien dans l'ensemble. Nous avons aimé la chambre et la position, confortable pour atteindre facilement les principaux points d'intérêt. Les services offerts par la structure ont également été satisfaisants et ont fait du séjour agréable. Le seul aspect qui nous a déçus était la nettoyage, qui a malheureusement été inférieure aux attentes, surtout en raison du niveau général de la structure. Dans l'ensemble, il a été une bonne expérience et, avec une attention accrue à la nettoyage, le séjour aurait été vraiment excellent.
