L'hôtel est très bien situé ! Il se trouve juste à côté de Capitol Hill, à 15-20 minutes à pied. Les attractions de Washington sont relativement concentrées. Vous pouvez visiter gratuitement de nombreuses attractions à proximité, telles que la Maison Blanche et le Lincoln Memorial. Cependant, certains endroits peuvent être visités gratuitement. gratuits et nécessitent des réservations, comme le Capitole, la Bibliothèque du Congrès et le Pentagone. J'ai vu le mauvais endroit avant et après beaucoup de rebondissements, l'enregistrement s'est bien passé. Le hall d'entrée est luxueux et calme. Les chambres sont également bien. Vous pouvez admirer le Capitole directement depuis la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner occidental est vraiment intéressant ! Parce que je ne comprenais pas la langue, après quelques gestes, un oncle qui ressemblait au parrain de Marlon Brando a dit avec enthousiasme « Bonjour » en chinois. Vous fait sentir plus amical😄 Dans l’ensemble, cet hôtel convient aux voyageurs solitaires venant à Washington.

The hotel was conveniently located near many Washington, D.C. landmarks. The staff were all extremely cheerful, knowledgeable, and exceedingly helpful. Rooms were in very good condition and housekeeping kept the room refreshed every day. I needed to arrange for a late check-out and I was accommodated with no problem. I highly recommend.

Breakfast took a time to wait! The Beer lab waiters and waitresses were very rude

Je n'ai pas eu le plaisir d'utiliser les installations, mais je dois féliciter le personnel pour avoir toujours été utile et ami pendant toute ma séjour. Je recommande que le personnel soit conseillé sur un plan d'urgence ou lorsque des coupes de puissance sont intervenues dans la zone afin d'atténuer tout malaise et inconvénient vécu par les invités. Malheureusement, pendant mon séjour à l'hôtel, la puissance a été sortie de 4h00 jusqu'à ce que je vérifie à 2h00. Il aurait été bon d'offrir de l'eau bouteilleuse, des taux réduits, des coupons ou une aide aux clients qui étaient à l'hôtel pour améliorer la situation désagréable d'être sans pouvoir pendant une période aussi longue. En plus de cela, je pense que l'hôtel est dans une bonne position et est facilement accessible en fonction de vos besoins en DC.

Отель мне не понравился. Впечатление было испорчено при регистрации. Во-первых грубое обслуживание на ресепшене, во-вторых гиганские очереди на регистрацию. Передо мной было 5 человек! У номеров уродский дизайн, на полу ламинат без ковра. Звукоизоляция плохая - было слышно, как у соседей лаяла собака. Уровень обслуживания и комфорт в номере не соит уровня 4 звезд и тех денег, которые за него приходится платить.

Guest rooms are very spacious. Location is great: walking distance to Georgetown and five minutes to the DuPont Circle Red Line station. Check in and check out were fast. The fitness center equipment was upgraded during my visit. The pool was, however, closed for the duration. Staff were friendly. The business center’s printer’s toner needed to be replaced but wasn’t during my visit but front desk staff helped me with printing. Housekeeping staff are nice but sometimes maybe too busy and can forget to replenish everything, such as paper cups for the coffee machines. Generally very good value hotel.

O hotel é histórico e muito charmoso, o quarto é confortável e eles disponibilizam ”complementary coffe” pela manhã, com café, leite e chá apenas, acho que deveria ser 24h pelo valor cobrado de taxas. Não tem café da manhã incluso na diária, pegamos uma tempestade de neve no dia seguinte ao nosso check-in e tivemos que tomar café no restaurante do hotel, ao custo de aproximadamente US$ 40,00/pessoa. A localização é excelente, próximo ao metrô e ponto de ônibus, além de mercado e se encontrar no bairro mais charmoso de Washington.

I stayed two nights on a business trip, and overall it was great. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming, and helped me with a few things throughout the stay. The lobby's nothing special - just a desk and a few steps to the elevator, and there's an underlying smell from the gas heat. The rooms themselves are great. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and I was given a room facing the back of the hotel so it was very quiet (I'll always choose quiet over view). There's a Welcome Hour every evening from 5-6 where you can get a glass of wine/beer or cocktail for free, which is a nice touch, and there are water refill (still or sparkling!) and ice stations on every floor. Overall, it was a great stay.

This was such a great discovery. Within easy walking distance of Union Station and Capitol Hill, I arrived after midnight, but the 24 hour concierge was on hand to welcome me, and quickly assist when I realised I was missing an email with door entry codes (resolved with one phone call to a 24/7 support line.) The suite itself was vast, light and airy, spotlessly clean and well equipped with mostly brand new cooking utensils, silverware, etc. All you could need from the kitchen, and a relaxing lounge area. The roof of the building boasts a pool large enough to do lengths, and the gym, shared with the Marriott Hotel next door was enormous, and well equipped with fully functioning equipment - rarely occupied by more that 6-8 others when I used it. Several local supermarkets are within 5 mins walk, and the receptionist was more than happy to let me leave my bag for the day after checkout and work from their relaxing lobby space.
