Hôtels 4 étoiles à Washington D.C.

Mixed feelings. The hotel is well located, with Washington Union Station nearby. The rooms are average; they’re clean, but a bit outdated and musty. The reception staff looked tired and unbothered. The hotel seems to operate only under daily timings; I was not able to get cleaning later on the day. The safe was not working and I had to wait until the next day for someone to come check it, same case for broken light in the bathroom. The fitness is well equipped. The hotel was not able to accommodate my request to cancel the last night, even though I was moving to another Hilton. Not necessarily the kind of service you’d expect from them. Amenities were available upon request, there’s a mini fridge in the room. There was no kettle available. Overall, for the price, you can get better in Washington DC.

En tant que membre d'honneur Hilton, je fais confiance aux normes de qualité Hilton dans le monde entier et n'ai jamais eu jusqu'à présent une expérience décevante. La station Washington Hilton est bien située et la structure globale est belle. Mais le niveau de nettoyage des sols est inférieur à la moyenne, et pour la première fois je vois le garde-fous juste mettre des serviettes fraîches dans la chambre et un sac en plastique avec des fournitures de café, sans faire letterllement rien. Le service de la chambre est également une livraison rapide dans des sacs en plastique et des boîtes en papier. Sur ce dernier, ils facturent obligatoirement 25 $ par jour pour la consommation d'hôtel, qu'elle soit utilisée ou non. Une expérience très décevante. Le personnel du bureau et le Concierge étaient très aimables et professionnels, donc la mise à niveau des étoiles de service.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à moins de 10 minutes de la gare Union Station et du Capitole. Les environs sont sûrs et calmes. Les installations de l'hôtel sont très récentes, les chambres sont grandes et très modernes. Le hall d'entrée propose des jeux interactifs, le lit peut être ajusté automatiquement et il y a même des lumières d'ambiance avec des couleurs au choix. Le seul inconvénient est le petit-déjeuner, il faut aller à Union Station pour l'acheter.

Le Marriott Marquis Washington a été un hôtel traditionnel à plein service qui offre une expérience assez standard. Service : J'ai demandé un couvercle et une chaudière, et alors que les articles ont été livrés, il a fallu presque une heure, ce qui a semblé un peu lent pour un hôtel de ce calibre. Le petit déjeuner est un des points de départ de mon séjour. Le petit déjeuner était varié et délicieux, avec beaucoup de choix pour satisfaire les différents goûts. Valeur: L'hôtel repose sur le côté des prix, surtout quand il fait des frais supplémentaires pour les services. Le Marriott Marquis offre un séjour solide, si conventionnel, idéal pour les voyageurs qui apprécient une position centrale et une large gamme d'options de petit déjeuner, mais qui ne peuvent pas impressionner ceux qui attendent un service de stationnement.

Overall was a great stayed. Walked in the hotel right hand side was a bar. Also a restaurant on the main floor. The hotel offered valet parking for a fee. (Shop around for parking near by) I picked this hote was walkable and near by Foggy Bottom Metro station very convenient. Uber took about fifteen minutes to Washington DC museum area. Check in was very efficient. Unfortunately we got in some issues regarding for this booking. Long story short, a manager Mahmoud C was very patient and professional to resolve the issues for us. It was not what we wanted but there was no other better choice. We only stayed one night in The Melrose Georgetown Hotel. The room was spacious and well maintained. It was very comfortable.

Booked this hotel with the understanding there is an option for buffet breakfast at $10/person as stated in trip.com. Request for this at check-in but hotel declined stating that they only serve ala-carte breakfast. Called trip.com support to resolve issue. However, trip.com unable to solve issue and offer to compensate with trip coins instead and the value of trip coins offered is for 1 person instead of 2 persons as booked for this room. One of the 2 bedside lamps is not in good working condition - light goes out when there is vibration/contact with the lamp. Reported to front desk but the fix was no good. Problem recurred intermittently. A bit of mould on bath tub grouting.

Отель мне не понравился. Впечатление было испорчено при регистрации. Во-первых грубое обслуживание на ресепшене, во-вторых гиганские очереди на регистрацию. Передо мной было 5 человек! У номеров уродский дизайн, на полу ламинат без ковра. Звукоизоляция плохая - было слышно, как у соседей лаяла собака. Уровень обслуживания и комфорт в номере не соит уровня 4 звезд и тех денег, которые за него приходится платить.

I stayed two nights on a business trip, and overall it was great. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming, and helped me with a few things throughout the stay. The lobby's nothing special - just a desk and a few steps to the elevator, and there's an underlying smell from the gas heat. The rooms themselves are great. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and I was given a room facing the back of the hotel so it was very quiet (I'll always choose quiet over view). There's a Welcome Hour every evening from 5-6 where you can get a glass of wine/beer or cocktail for free, which is a nice touch, and there are water refill (still or sparkling!) and ice stations on every floor. Overall, it was a great stay.

This was such a great discovery. Within easy walking distance of Union Station and Capitol Hill, I arrived after midnight, but the 24 hour concierge was on hand to welcome me, and quickly assist when I realised I was missing an email with door entry codes (resolved with one phone call to a 24/7 support line.) The suite itself was vast, light and airy, spotlessly clean and well equipped with mostly brand new cooking utensils, silverware, etc. All you could need from the kitchen, and a relaxing lounge area. The roof of the building boasts a pool large enough to do lengths, and the gym, shared with the Marriott Hotel next door was enormous, and well equipped with fully functioning equipment - rarely occupied by more that 6-8 others when I used it. Several local supermarkets are within 5 mins walk, and the receptionist was more than happy to let me leave my bag for the day after checkout and work from their relaxing lobby space.
