L'hôtel est très bien situé ! Il se trouve juste à côté de Capitol Hill, à 15-20 minutes à pied. Les attractions de Washington sont relativement concentrées. Vous pouvez visiter gratuitement de nombreuses attractions à proximité, telles que la Maison Blanche et le Lincoln Memorial. The hotel was conveniently located near many Washington, D.C. landmarks. The staff were all extremely cheerful, knowledgeable, and exceedingly helpful. Rooms were in very good condition and housekeeping kept the room refreshed every day. I needed to arrange for a late check-out and I was accommodated with no problem. I highly recommend.

I stayed at the Marriott Marquis Washington for four nights and found it to be a traditional, full-service hotel offering a fairly standard experience. While the overall stay was comfortable, there were a few aspects worth noting. Service: I requested a blanket and a kettle, and while the items were eventually delivered, it took nearly an hour, which felt a bit slow for a hotel of this caliber. Breakfast: One of the highlights of my stay. The breakfast was varied and flavorful, with plenty of choices to satisfy different tastes. Definitely worth trying if you enjoy a hearty start to your day. Value: The hotel leans on the pricier side, especially when factoring in the additional costs for services. The service was decent, but it didn’t quite match the premium pricing. Overall, the Marriott Marquis delivers a solid, if conventional, stay. It’s ideal for travelers who value a central location and a broad range of breakfast options, but may not impress those expecting standout service.

Demande pour cela à l'enregistrement mais l'hôtel refuse de déclarer qu'ils ne servent que le petit déjeuner ala-carte. Appelez trip.com appui pour résoudre le problème. Cependant, trip.com ne peut pas résoudre le problème et offre de compenser avec des pièces de voyage au lieu de et la valeur des pièces de voyage offertes est pour 1 personne au lieu de 2 personnes comme réservé pour cette pièce. L'une des 2 lampes à coucher n'est pas en bonne condition de travail - la lumière sort quand il y a vibration/contact avec la lampe. Rapporté au bureau avant mais la réparation n'était pas bonne. Le problème récurrent. Un peu de moule sur le tube de bains de grossissement.

They provided us with a handicap room without informing us upon checking in. As the rooms had all the required facilities like hand rails etc. the mattress is also sinking especially on the left side not the Marriott standard. We had prepaid the room for 4 pax but only provide 3 pax bath towels, request the 4th pax bath towel after checking in, need to request again after we came back late night for the shower. The location is nearby the metro station.

Guest rooms are very spacious. Location is great: walking distance to Georgetown and five minutes to the DuPont Circle Red Line station. Check in and check out were fast. The fitness center equipment was upgraded during my visit. The pool was, however, closed for the duration. Staff were friendly. The business center’s printer’s toner needed to be replaced but wasn’t during my visit but front desk staff helped me with printing. Housekeeping staff are nice but sometimes maybe too busy and can forget to replenish everything, such as paper cups for the coffee machines. Generally very good value hotel.

O hotel é histórico e muito charmoso, o quarto é confortável e eles disponibilizam ”complementary coffe” pela manhã, com café, leite e chá apenas, acho que deveria ser 24h pelo valor cobrado de taxas. Não tem café da manhã incluso na diária, pegamos uma tempestade de neve no dia seguinte ao nosso check-in e tivemos que tomar café no restaurante do hotel, ao custo de aproximadamente US$ 40,00/pessoa. A localização é excelente, próximo ao metrô e ponto de ônibus, além de mercado e se encontrar no bairro mais charmoso de Washington.

I stayed two nights on a business trip, and overall it was great. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming, and helped me with a few things throughout the stay. The lobby's nothing special - just a desk and a few steps to the elevator, and there's an underlying smell from the gas heat. The rooms themselves are great. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and I was given a room facing the back of the hotel so it was very quiet (I'll always choose quiet over view). There's a Welcome Hour every evening from 5-6 where you can get a glass of wine/beer or cocktail for free, which is a nice touch, and there are water refill (still or sparkling!) and ice stations on every floor. Overall, it was a great stay.

This was such a great discovery. Within easy walking distance of Union Station and Capitol Hill, I arrived after midnight, but the 24 hour concierge was on hand to welcome me, and quickly assist when I realised I was missing an email with door entry codes (resolved with one phone call to a 24/7 support line.) The suite itself was vast, light and airy, spotlessly clean and well equipped with mostly brand new cooking utensils, silverware, etc. All you could need from the kitchen, and a relaxing lounge area. The roof of the building boasts a pool large enough to do lengths, and the gym, shared with the Marriott Hotel next door was enormous, and well equipped with fully functioning equipment - rarely occupied by more that 6-8 others when I used it. Several local supermarkets are within 5 mins walk, and the receptionist was more than happy to let me leave my bag for the day after checkout and work from their relaxing lobby space.
