Hôtels 5 étoiles à Dambulla

L'hôtel est très situé et vous pouvez voir les phoques. L'environnement est bon, les phoques, les oiseaux, les poissons, etc. sont entourés de biologiques. La plupart du temps, le premier jour, tout le restaurant a été entouré, le serveur a commandé le sac, un peu mieux, mais encore beaucoup, les deux jours suivants semblent avoir amélioré (peut avoir pris la drogue), mais le repas est en haut, il y a encore du sac, il ne se sent pas très bien. Il y a aussi quelques trucs dans la chambre, et le truc est éliminé. Le service du serveur est bon, l'enthousiasme et la précaution sont à la fois opportuns et méritent de l'élogement!

Je peux rester dans le désert, le service est excellent, mais le déversement de l'eau de l'hôtel de maison n'est pas tout à fait utile, et l'eau est sortie de la salle de bains. Heureusement, il y a un autre salle de bain, donc j'essayais d'en utiliser, mais je pense qu'il ne s'améliorera pas si je ne reprendre le travail d'officier gauche sur le sol du parking. En outre, quand j'ai lavé la cave à minuit, l'approvisionnement en eau s'est arrêté soudainement, donc j'ai lavé le coffre avec de l'eau minière. Si ça ne s'est pas amélioré demain matin, je voulais dire à la réception, mais je suis sorti demain matin.

This is a very nice hotel that is light and airy, and gives you a sense of being in the country. The staff are wonderful and make the experience what it is. Breakfast and dinner are very good, although it would be great to see more variation. Dambulla town has quite limited food options, so hotels like this are often the only choice for guests. The location is good - near to Dambulla, Sigiriya and only 1.5 hours from Anuradhapura. It would be nice to go for walks near to the hotel including to the lake. It is possible but there are guard dogs for the homes on the path to the hotel which makes for a less than relaxing walk. Overall, an excellent hotel

シギリヤロックの観光のために2泊しましたが、広い森の中に佇む素敵なリゾートホテルでした。 お部屋はコテージ風の二階建てで、私達の部屋は1階でした。上の階の人たちの足音が朝の4時過ぎからドタバタ聞こえてきたのがうるさかったのと、排水口の匂いが気になりましたが、ご飯は美味しかった（朝食はあまり変わりばえしませんでしたが）のと、爽やかな風が通るプールの前のレストランで気持ち良く食べられたのが良かったです。近くにレストランもなかったので夕食もつけましたが、一泊目はアラカルトメニューから選び、二泊目はビュッフェでカレーとデザートが豊富でした。二日目、ネットワーク障害で１日Wi-Fiが使えず困りましたが、翌朝には直りました。 スタッフの方も皆さん親切で笑顔で感じよかったです。ホテルが人里離れた所のため、シギリヤロックまでの往復と、ピドゥランガラまでの往復のトゥクトゥクをホテルに頼んでアレンジしてもらいましたが、2回とも4800ルビーと言われました。2日とも同じドライバーさんが来て、良い青年でしたが、この価格はその辺りで捕まえるトゥクトゥクに比べるとだいぶ高いと地元のガイドさんが驚いていましたので、利用される方はお気をつけください。

The hotel is nice, spacious beautiful room at check in we were treated to a refreshing juice. There is a big pool on the grounds and a big jacuzzi with hot water in the room.  Minuses of the hotel: Far from the attractions. Taxi from the center only go there for the price of pick me x2. Hotel taxi are 3 times more expensive. There are no stores and restaurants near the hotel, so inside the hotel prices for food x3, Also after 6pm it is dangerous to be outside because elephants are walking around. Now let's talk about the premium status and the five races. In 7 years of traveling, this is the first hotel that did not have a bathrobe, slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. The plumbing in the shower leaks, and the doors creak so much that you could call the spirits at night. Regarding the attention to the customer. I mentioned my upcoming birthday in conversation with the manager, but this fact was not used in any way to show any form of attention from the hotel. This is a huge miscalculation on the part of the staff at a premium hotel. We also had a late departure and our request to delay in the hotel for a couple of hours was refused. This was not due to the arrival of new customers, as the manager offered to extend our stay for a fee. For future customers this fact may be decisive in their choice. In general, the hotel is not bad, but the service and flexibility of the staff, as well as individual approach to customers, does not correspond to the premium level and requires improvement.

Kalundewa Retreat has an amazing concept and a beautiful, secluded location that really stands out. The surroundings are peaceful and unique, making it a lovely place to disconnect. That said, there are visible signs of wear and tear in certain areas, and some aspects of property maintenance could be improved. However, what truly made up for this was the hotel team — their service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food was excellent and clearly prepared with care, which added greatly to the overall experience. With better upkeep, this place has the potential to be exceptional.

L'environnement est super, un grand jardin de manguiers, l'hôtel n'occupe qu'une petite surface au milieu, se promener tôt le matin et le soir au milieu de l'herbe verte, des singes courant autour de l'hôtel, ou se détendre sur une chaise longue dans le chambre avec balcon la nuit Boire une source claire. Le buffet du dîner est très copieux, et les repas du midi sont également très bons. La piscine est en bas, profiter de la nourriture tout en surplombant la verdure, les manguiers, les cocotiers et la piscine, c'est vraiment agréable. Personnel de service de l'hôtel Le service est également très professionnel.
