Un conseil prendre une chambre avec jacuzzi car la piscine n’est pas très grande et les transats sont les uns sur les autres. Par contre il est appréciable de ne pas avoir les transats réservés par des personnes qui ne viennent pas de la journée! Le staff y veille. Un très bon séjour avec une équipe attentive et réactive.

Hôtel pris dans un package vol+hotel. La localisation est parfaite pour se rendre à pieds dans la vieille ville pour flâner et profiter des ruelles typiques de Rethymnon ! L’hôtel et tous ses membres sont d’une gentillesse rare! La bienveillance est de mise, les serveurs et serveuses sont aux petits soins. Le service de nettoyage est au top! Même celle qui venait refaire la chambre reposait les doudous de notre fils avec imagination et délicatesse. Le manager du restaurant fait son job parfaitement ! Tout est fait pour passer les journées dans une plénitude totale où seul compte le confort des clients!

Il y a pleins d’activités aquatiques et terrestres en place. Nous avons été reçu par l’agent Kapa sur place, Anne une personne bienveillante qui vous aidera dans votre séjour, elle est très disponible pour ses clients c’est une vraie pépite. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, je valide et recommande cet hôtel.
