L'hôtel est proche de l'autoroute. Il est malheureusement situé dans une zone industrielle, mais très agréable pour 1 nuit si vous passez. La réceptionniste était extrêmement amicale. Elle a expliqué les choses bien. Et elle était très utile pour commander des aliments. La chambre 4 personnes était très belle. Luxeuse et propre. Les mattresses sont super! Si nous conduisons en Italie de nouveau par voiture, nous resterons certainement à cet hôtel de nouveau. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le petit déjeuner, nous ne pouvons pas commenter cela.

Un très bel hôtel avec un bon emplacement comme point de départ pour la randonnée et le vélo. L'hôtel dispose de toutes les facilités pour se sentir zen, faire des vélos et de passer le temps d'une manière très active. Nous avions une formule demi-pension avec de délicieux petits déjeuners et dîners (entièrement gastronomique :-). Nous avons pu déguster d'excellents vins locaux. Le personnel du restaurant et bar est très gentil et serviable, en particulier Alfredo. Salutations cordiales de la Belgique et à bientôt :-)

Stayed at Luise 5 nights. Brilliant location. Short 5min stroll to the Lake and beach area via lovely park opposite hotel and a further few mins dander you're in the heart of RIVA. We stayed in Map Room with balcony 3rd floor with breathtaking views of those mountains WoW! Room well appointed, bed very comfortable. Total sound proofing to all glazing. Breakfast amazing 👏 We also ate 2 eves in restaurant because both the food and table service were perfect. Everywhere is spotlessly clean! Surprise complimentary acknowledgement of our wedding anniversary really touched us. The hotel team at Luise are special people. Thank you All!

La porte arrière de l'hôtel est le lac de Garde, où vous pouvez nager et faire de la planche à voile, et il y a une école de planche à voile dans l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est assez copieux en Europe, et le service est conforme aux normes élevées du nord de l'Italie. Les styles des chambres du nouveau bâtiment et de l'ancien bâtiment sont assez différents. L'hôtel ressemble à un grand parc, avec un bon aménagement paysager végétal. Le seul problème est que les animaux sont autorisés dans l'hôtel. Beaucoup de gens restent avec des chiens et ils vont uriner partout. Si les particuliers aiment aussi les chiens, ils s'inquiètent aussi de l'hygiène intérieure et extérieure de l'hôtel...

Nous étions à cet hôtel en août 2022 pour 6 nuits. Désolé, mais jamais encore!!! Pourquoi dois-je payer un supplément pour un petit déjeuner supplémentaire à un prix moyen d'environ 150€ par nuit? Le petit déjeuner ”a la carte” n'est plus moderne aujourd'hui. Nous avions une ”chamelle des vignobles”. Très vieux, épuisés et nous avions remonté aux années 60. Le prix d'une telle chambre est totalement surpris. DÉSIGNEMENT nécessitant une rénovation!!! Les photos sur Internet (des ”chamions de vignes”) du fournisseur ne correspondent pas à la réalité, comme les chambres en réalité. Oui, c'est généralement pas vrai, mais pas tout particulièrement ici. Nous nous sentons trompés.
