Great customer service, I should have written this review a year ago. I stayed here for ten days or so. Went home and had to come back due to a family member being in the hospital and later passing away. Staff was so helpful, I stayed for a month on second visit. They were very kind to me and when I was going to have to change rooms; worked out a solution. Treated me with great care and allowed my dog. There is a pet fee now but they were so helpful with everything and I wanted to thank them again. This was our third year in a row and we plan on visiting again at the end of the month.

Nous avons séjourné dans 6 hôtels IHG (sur un long voyage) et puis celui-ci parce qu'il a été choisi par un membre de la famille de la ville que nous visitions. Ils vous demandent d'utiliser une carte clé pour entrer dans une porte de sécurité alors que la porte avant est restée ouverte - à environ 20 pieds de là. Le petit déjeuner (ce qui était de lui) était si terrible. Un disque sec d'œufs et pas beaucoup plus. Notre groupe a mangé dans un restaurant après avoir pris le petit déjeuner le premier jour. Le baignoire est à la porte quand vous entrez. Tout corps dans la zone peut vous voir au baignoire quand la porte est même fracturée. Très petite salle de bain. Il n'a pas eu le sentiment de professionnel. Vieux, daté.. ne se tenait pas. Nous ne reviendrons jamais.
