Stayed here for 1 night (fri-sat) on the 23rd Feb. Reception staff were helpful with car park check in, and the booking in process was very easy, knowledgeable and quick. Key information was given regarding health and safety (fire exits etc) The reception area was clean and tidy as was the the rest of the communal areas on the way to the room. Upon arrive to the room, the room was warm, welcoming and inviting. Plenty of clean towels, the bedding was clean and fresh and the bathroom had been cleaned to a very high standard. I had requested something prior to arrival to be put in the room which the hotel staff had no problem in doing. A massive shout out to 2 very helpful members of staff in the housekeeping department that I believe helped with the request. I believe their names were ”steph” and ”charlene”. It's very clear the hotel is well looked after by staff and cleaned to a very high standard by the housekeeping staff. The reception is open 24 hours a day so you can go and come as you please. Check out was by 12 which is plenty of time to wake, shower etc before leaving. And whilst thinking about the shower......that is a very good shower system in the rooms. Hot, powerful and amazing water pressure!!! Always a win when visiting hotels. A very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again in the future. Staff brilliant, rooms brilliant, location brilliant and very quiet considering that the M40 is so close and the services are next door. 10 stars all around!!!!

Bel intérieur et la chambre était très agréable - déçu de ne pas avoir de bain mais n'en a pas non plus demandé. J'ai dû prendre un taxi pour aller à Oxford, ce qui était dommage et à notre retour, le bar avait fermé tôt et on ne nous l'avait pas dit. Cependant, ils nous ont donné une bouteille de vin à ramener dans notre chambre, donc vraiment gentil de la réceptionniste. Je n'ai pas eu le temps de réserver la salle de gym / spa (dommage que nous ayons dû réserver à l'avance) mais nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

La chambre est bonne, la chambre est très grande, les installations sont complètes, c'est que le bord de la route est un peu épais, rien n'est à proximité de la nuit, il n'y a pas de problème majeur de dormir. Le petit-déjeuner est riche, mais la chambre que nous avons payée porte un petit-déjeuner, l'autre est un peu coûteux pour 15 lits. Le service est OK, il y a un peu de route du centre de Oxford. Beaucoup de gens sont venus ici pour dîner la nuit.

Je suis très heureux de vous voir, mais je vous ai vu en visite. Le personnel de la bar était très aimable mais je voudrais mentionner en particulier Lauren qui m'a servi avec un sourire et était très efficace en raison de la façon dont la maison était occupée. bar était. Très bien et très satisfait.

Nous avons choisi de passer notre premier anniversaire de mariage à Oxford. Après avoir séjourné dans les hôtels Macdonald, nous avons pensé que nous allions avoir un séjour de qualité. Malheureusement, cet hôtel n'était pas à la norme. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. À 1 h, la fête est revenue à l'hôtel et tous sont assis dans la cour et sont louds et si méprisables à d'autres invités. Il n'y avait pas de sécurité sur le site, nous sommes restés réveillés jusqu'à 3 heures du matin, parce que le bruit se répand autour du jardin. Le petit déjeuner était moyen et le service était un peu délicat.

La chambre est fondée en 1496, mais très proche du palais de Brentheim, un petit hôtel à visiter à la famille, le petit déjeuner est très bon.

La chambre était petite et confortable et le personnel était très bienvenu.
