L'une des meilleures expériences de séjour dans la propriété Marriot Bonvoy à Westin Surabaya. L'élite titane a ses pertes (salle de mise à niveau, accès au salon de club, check-out tardif, cadeaux de bienvenue, points de bonus, etc., etc.). La liste va sur et sur .... Mais ce qui l'a fait spécialement, c'est la population. Ils ont fait de notre expérience encore plus belle. Il reflète la gestion très forte de l'hôtel lui-même. Kudos à la GM qui gère cet établissement. Merci spécial Pak Eka, Bu Cindy et Pak Beri qui ont fait notre séjour encore plus agréable. Une fois de plus, fier d'être un membre élite de Marriot Bonvoy où vous trouverez votre maison loin de chez vous ... l

Ascott waterpalace hotel lobby is located in front of PTC west lobby. I entered the wrong lobby, apartment lobby so need to turn around. After taking the parking ticket, I parked my car near lobby and started started the check-in process. The check-in process takes about 30 minutes because it explains many rules that must be obeyed and the procedure for replacing the parking ticket with a parking card after check-in and replacing the parking card with a parking ticket at check out. Fortunately, the check-in process was carried out in a sitting position with a comfortable and soft chair. The hotel lobby is on the left while the apartments are on the right. The interior and furniture are still very well maintained and good even though the corridor leading to the room feels stuffy and hot. Executive rooms have kitchen facilities, living room, dining table, bedroom and bathroom. Cooking utensils and cutlery are very complete. Microwaves, electric stoves, sinks, dispensers, kettles, pans, plates, glasses, spoons, forks, soup bowls, and washing machines are all complete and functioning properly. The room is really suitable for gatherings event and cooking together. There are 2 TV's in the living room and bedroom. Wifi and TV service is also very good. Amazingly, I paid close attention to the cleanliness in my room, with a large room size, I didn't find any dirty or stained parts at all. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower. Amenities are produced by Budi Jaya Amenities which contain 100 ml (normally only 30-40 ml). the sachet uses brand twinnings. The public facilities are top-notch and very complete, starting from a clean kids club, a special hotel pool complete with a gazebo even though the pool size is not too big, a business center, a gym with a life fitness brand and complete equipment (although a bit dark), and there are 4 pools available integrated with apartment facilities (1 pool is being renovated, rotating pool, kids pool, and standard pool). I think they should improve the breakfast quality, taste are pretty below the standard and the food variants are also very minimalist. Even though coffee uses a coffee machine, there is only black coffee. Others are pudding, cake, cereal, juice (orange and kiwi). Sausage, vegetables, noodles, fried rice, chicken, fruit slices, soup, porridge, omelette. I've only tried a bit of everything and have no interest in adding more. On the other hand, the lack of breakfast is very reasonable because the price difference between breakfast and room only is only Rp. 40.000,00

Il a eu de la chance d'être mis à jour au Executive Club pour mon séjour de 14 nuits et il faut admettre que nous avons fait le meilleur de cela. Petit-déjeuner préparé pour commander, thé du après-midi, vin à 6 heures et une grande sélection de plats cuits, fromage, gâteau/puddings, etc., ce qui signifie que nous n'avons pas besoin de dîner. La chambre était bonne avec une télévision moderne avec beaucoup de canaux et une vue intelligente sur le téléphone mobile/table (internet était fort dans l'hôtel). Le lit était vaste et confortable, les curtains de désertification et une lumière souple pour permettre le sommeil à tout moment et l'aircondition fonctionnait parfaitement et tranquillement. Les restaurants étaient un peu coûteux, mais il est un hôtel 5 étoiles qui est à prévoir. Cons: Le bar Desperados dans le fondement avait de bonnes musiques en direct mais était très décevant (meilleur évitée si vous ne vous êtes pas dans un groupe).

I stayed here when my cousin get married on March 2021. Verwood hotel located in the very strategic area which near to toll, restaurant, public facility, etc. Guest only need to walk less than 5 mins to reach many restaurant around there : Warung Sederhana (Padang Restaurant), Ayam Bakar Prima Rasa, Boncafe, etc. This hotel divided into hotel and apartment. I stayed in the hotel because it already been renovated. Room Spacious enough and covered by carpet. Completed by sofa, desk, and chair, and also other amenities : mini refrigerator, TV, coffee/tea maker. This room looks like already being renovated. Bathroom Bathtub and shower is not separated. Need to pay more attention on the cleanness. Amenities was complete Pool I was asking for swim towel to reception, but they said that I can use towel in my room and they could change it if I want. No staff on the pool. Breakfast Standard variant menu for 4 star hotel : Indonesian menu, omelette, noodle, salad, dessert. We were waiting for several minutes to have fried rice while being refilled. Only less staff standby on the restaurant. Overall this is a good hotel because of their location. But, because this is not a new hotel, they need to have good maintenance to ensure that all facilities in a good condition.

J'ai séjourné à cet hôtel 14-15 jan 2022. Cependant, cet hôtel ancien a une bonne maintenance. Chambre supérieure était si petite et un peu odeur. Oubliez la chambre. Le moment étonnant et mémorable à propos de cet hôtel était le restaurant de café. Place cozy n ambiance classique. J'étais là. Et le menu bfast était OK. La piscine était assez propre. Bon choix pour rester ici. Vous reviendrez ici.
