Was a lovely place to stay clean spaces rooms a manager that couldn’t do more for us we ha 6 people 3 couples a room each couple , you had everything in the room you could ask for .Close walking distance to everything bars food scenic walks it had it all great place would go back just for the extras in the room it’s a must stay if up that way

We booked her for our wedding accomodation but did not get married on site ( thank goodness ). Completely misses the mark of luxury accomodation. We paid for the Romance package - wine was simply in the fridge - had to hunt around when we couldn’t find it ( we had to ask for a chilled bucket ). We were asked on check in if we’d like anything done for when we get back from our wedding in our room - rose petals , spa run, candles lit - we answered yes - and then paid $100 for the privilege. We asked if breakfast ( included ) could be made up and bought to our room the first morning ( 100m walk ) as my husband was getting ready on his own and would be really rushed that morning ( mid morning wedding )- answer no. Could we order ahead and he come pick it up as soon as you start breakfast? Answer no. Apparently you need to be present in the dining room to get breakfast. So far, not a great first impression. We later found our from others that breakfast is terrible so glad we decided not to bother.Thankfully the room is amazing - high ceilings, beautiful view into rainforest, nice bed, nice tv, fake but nice fireplace and spa. Missing that luxury feel with cheap soaps and toiletries and no room service or room attendance for the duration of your stay. First night we walk to lobby just after 5pm to ask if we can have a drink in the lobby bar - to be told the person with the RSA has gone home for the day. I have stayed at cheaper , better accomodation on the mountain and regret booking this for such a special occasion. I feel like management has changed or this place has been sold, as you could feel the cost cutting at every corner. We currently are in our destination honeymoon hotel and walked into a bottle of wine , chocolates, bath bombs, rose petals and card from staff - not expected but highlights the extreme differences in service and guest relations. There are zero amenities at Pethers- and the staff we met don’t seem to love it there either. Read the latest review and stay anywhere else.

Nous avons été rencontres par un personnel amiable et nous avons montré notre chambre. La principale raison pour laquelle nous sommes déçus de la chambre qui nous a été montrée est qu'il n'y avait pas de garde-robe ou de frigo et il était juste un lit dans la chambre avec aucun autre meuble et une salle de bains standard. Nous avons demandé si il y avait une chambre avec quelque part pour tenir nos vêtements au moins et il a été suggéré qu'un chapeau puisse s'adapter ! Nous avons demandé si il y avait des chambres avec un garde-robe et nous avons été montrés une autre chambre qui avait vraiment un garde-robe mais pas de hangers ! ....qui voyage avec des hangers de vêtements ? ! ! J'ai fait beaucoup de voyages et j'ai vu de nombreuses chambres d'hôtel, mais jamais sans une personne sans avoir penché vos vêtements. Nous avons été montrés une chambre plus grande avec un stand de chapeau, mais pas de garde-robe et parce qu'il avait un table, cuisine et réfrigérateur nous avons demandé si nous pouvions réserver ça mais nous avons dû payer un autre $390 pour les cinq nuits. Nous avons accepté avec réticence ce coût supplémentaire...pas encore de garde-robe ni de place pour mettre des vêtements!!! ...pas même un ensemble de tiroirs. Le café, le thé, les biscuits, les toilettes et les serviettes n'ont pas été remplis et les caisses n'ont pas été vides. La plupart des hébergements aurait offert un hébergement pendant un séjour de 5 nuits. La nuit dernière nous étions là nous n'avons pas beaucoup dormi comme d'autres patrons étaient très bruyants jusqu'à 4.30a.m. dans la chambre commune qui est à côté des chambres... pas échapper au bruit comme il est sur le même étage!!! La nourriture était bonne et le jardin est grand dans les soirées. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas disponible à l'hôtel mais quelques excellentes cafés à proximité. Désolé, il n'y avait pas de touches de finition, car cette évaluation aurait pu être très différente.

Nous avons séjourné à la ferme paradisiaque pour une nuit. C'est la première fois que nous vivons dans une tente. Ça fait du bien. Nous sommes trois de notre famille cette fois, un peu effrayés, mais dans l'ensemble c'est plus sûr et on peut vivre dans une cabane. Il est recommandé que plusieurs familles puissent vivre ensemble dans la tente et se sentir bien. Si vous y habitez, vous pouvez nourrir gratuitement les petits animaux le soir. C'est le vrai contact étroit avec les animaux. Le kangourou touche assez, le koala est trop, et le vieux s'emmêle avec vous, car personne n'en fait l'expérience Particulièrement bien. Ma fille a dit que le voyage en Australie est la ferme préférée au paradis. Le lendemain matin, vous pourrez suivre gratuitement le lait du fermier, nourrir les vaches et lécher les œufs. De plus, la salle de bain est grande et propre, bien que non indépendante, elle reste tout de même très pratique. Je n'ai pas besoin de réveil le matin, toutes sortes d'oiseaux crient, je vais vous réveiller, mais les enfants ne se réveilleront pas quand ils dorment bien.
