Avis : Crowne Plaza Resort Guam

I booked this hotel for 7 days and I do not recommend this hotel. 1. Food The breakfast menu of this hotel has been almost the same for 7 days. Later, I lost my appetite just by looking at the same ham. Coffee, coffee cups, plates, fruits, and food disappear quickly. The line to enter is long and I already have to wait a long time, and there is no food, so I have to wait again. The food came out so slowly that my family just ate bread and cereal. The menu is horrible for 7 days stay. 2. Room Cleaning Except for the first day, the room cleaning was always done late(4-5pm)in the afternoon, and even that was done only after I complained. One day, I got so angry because the cleaning lady just passed by after seeing the room cleaning note that was posted from 9 o'clock, so I complained to her (8th Floor- Jessy). The cleaning lady told me to wait because she had to clean the room of the guest who was arriving first. Oh please, hire more staff. If the existing guests have to wait because there is no hotel cleaning lady, I think that's already been said. The fact that I have to wait is due to the hotel's internal situation, and the hotel should apologize to me for this kind of service. However, I had to see the staff's annoyance and rudeness. 3. Room & Swimming pool & Service The bed is noticeably smaller than the double beds in other hotels. So I asked the hotel front desk as soon as I arrived if I could pay more and stay in a larger room for a few more days during my stay. The hotel front desk said there were no rooms left. After 3 days, the air conditioner in our room broke down and we were so hot. We had to move all our luggage out of bed at midnight. The room we were moved to was slightly bigger than our original room. What the heck? Did we have a room from the beginning? Swiming pool has nothing but small. Food menu was same as in room dining menu and it is just so so. I feel like i am eating breafast again. Oh i do not want to think about breakfast any more. Before we moved, there was hair conditioner in the bathroom of our room, but in the room we moved to, there was body lotion instead. The water pressure was low, so it took a long time to shower and it was very uncomfortable. The bidet was smaller than the toilet itself, so it was unstable, and the toilet lid kept closing, so I had to hold the lid to do my business. I travel abroad about 4-6 times a year and only stay in 5-star hotels. This is my 3rd time in Guam. The room size, service, food, and staff attitude of this hotel are 2-3 stars. I will never stay in this hotel again. This new Crown hotel should change the system asap otherwise IHG glory won't last.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza, and it was an outstanding experience. The hotel boasts modern and well-maintained facilities, with a spacious and elegantly designed lobby that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art machines, and the clean and inviting pool area was a highlight of my stay. I particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which offers a breakfast. The bedding in my room was incredibly comfortable, with a supportive mattress, fresh and soft linens, and pillows that allowed me to customize my sleeping experience. The service at Crowne Plaza was exceptional; the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived, going above and beyond to meet my needs, whether by providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any requests. Overall, I highly recommend Crowne Plaza for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, as the combination of excellent facilities, comfortable bedding, and outstanding service makes it a top choice for travelers.

the hotel has just renewed and everything is clean and neat, but the beach gate is in reconstruction, and it takes time and distance to the beach.

I think this is the cleanest/newest hotel in Guam. The room was pleasantly dry in the humid weather outside, the bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. Everything about the room was great. Only downside I found was there were very limited smoking areas. No smoking in balcony, only 2 designated smoking areas in the entire resort. If I knew that no smoking in balcony, I would rather book the regular room with mountain view. Another downside was limited stuff you can rent for playing in the water. Others have more fun stuff to borrow but this resort has few stuff and kids pool was closed. If you are with kids, this resort may not be a great option for your kids unless the kid's pool opened. If you are looking for a clean room with nice ocean front, this is the best choice.

Immediately greeted by staff upon entry. We were quickly informed of the IHG free membership and given our room cards. We were then kindly directed by staff to the elevator. Elevator controls are on the outside of each floor so you need to keep in mind if chosen wrong floor by accident. We had selected the Premium King bedroom with ocean view on the 4th floor. View is nice but would recommend higher floor if you’d like to take pictures of the scenery better. Big Samsung 55 inch wall mounted TV. The TV had options for shoes, hotel information etc. I was hoping to use my Roku to stream but I could not access the HDMI port behind the TV. Free high speed wifi was very convenient. No Password so easy to use. The room itself was great! Many USB and power ports both near bed and desks. You’ll also be pleased with how many light options there are for this room. Great to choose the perfect ambience you want. Very clean and plentiful freebies within. The Robes were high quality and very comfortable. Aircon controls were easy and very good. Bathroom was immaculate with cold and hot water with many small and large towels. We had ordered room service and were amazed by the quality of the food. Staff called a few times to confirm the contents of our order when prepping. We were told 45-1hr but food came well within 30 min from kind staff. I was keen to see the gym amenities. You need your card to access the room in 1st floor. The gym is small and mainly has cardio machines, dumbbells and 1 master tower band weight machine. All you need for a full workout but may be inconvenient if there are multiple guests wanting to use the room. An extended gym with more equipment would be my biggest recommendation. Overall we were very happy with our stay! I would visit again in the future for sure. Highly recommend the new Crowne Plaza Hotel.

I think it is best hotel in guam. If i visit guam again i will stay here again

酒店各方面都非常好。房間面朝大海，景色一流；房間設施都比較新，令人舒心；我們是夫婦二人，訂了早晚餐，餐食豐富，餐廳環境優美；酒店有自己的海難，可以浮潛，我們看到不少魚兒，很開心；酒店服務很好，無論是前台還是餐廳或是客房服務都很好，我們想少許推遲些退房，前台就幫我們註冊了會員，可以下午2點退房，我們需要多幾條浴巾，一個電話就送過來了，餐廳服務員主動來問要什麼飲料，有各種果汁、可樂、啤酒、葡萄酒等，先生要了啤酒，我因為不太想喝冷的就沒要，結果大概先後有三位服務員來問我：要喝點什麼嗎？哈哈，太周到了。總之，皇冠假日酒店真是不錯，下次還會再來哦。

タモンから離れたとこなので、買い物メインならやはり不便です。 レンタカー借りていたので車でいけましたが、駐車場はDFSやホテルのが使えます！ このホテルの駐車場がなかなか停めるスペースがなく困った！ホテル側も対応が悪くかなりいらつきました！

뷰는 예쁘고, 수영장도 좋았음 마루바닥이라 방도 깨끗했고 샤워기 필터 가져갔는데 4일내내 색 안변했음 다만 직원들 서비스는 별로 좋지 않았습니다
