I don`t know where to start from but probably breakfast was the most memorable one in terms of food and quality of service. Variety, quality and consistency was just amazing. Turkish manager with big smile( I cant remember his name) was super proffesional and asked If we need something in the room etc. this was something I haven`t experienced before in Tashkent. I very often visit this amazing city and I will definitely stay here again and again without any doubt. Little bit expensive because of the season.

I travel a lot for business - about 150 days pa in all parts of the world - and this is among my top 5 hotels anywhere. Clean spacious room. Great bathroom with large tub and separate rainfall shower. Plenty of workspace. V comfortable bed. Club lounge excellent - different food choices every night. Service excellent - thanks especially to Javohirbek and Javoh. Front desk service v attentive too. Strongly recommend

Good location in downtown. Rooms are large with dark timber furniture. Good sized bathroom but with a shower over the bath. Large queen size bed but too soft for my liking. For some strange reason only had a single duva for a queen size bed which was too hot anyway. Aircon was inadequate even on the lowest temperature it was still warm. TV did not have many channels & only one English. Wifi was adequate but patchy & quite slow. Breakfast was included which had a choice of hot & cold dishes which was okay but not great. The takeaway breakfast on our last day was pathetic. There were 4 lifts but only two were working so long waits. No room safe, lock on room door didn’t work. Not enough bathroom amenities. The staff don’t seem to care. This place could do much better.

Cet hôtel est très bon, au centre de la tache, où vous pouvez obtenir un service très bon et des gens amis travailler. Mme Intizor, une des personnes du restaurant et du café de l'hôtel, n'a pas rejeté notre demande de glace américain, même si elle n'était pas sur le menu et qu'elle avait préparée. Je voudrais également remercier ici, et je voudrais également remercier le gestionnaire de l'hôtel pour avoir choisi les personnes qui sont les mieux placées pour choisir les employés.

Les installations de l'hôtel sont relativement anciennes, peuvent être au plus Samsung dans le pays, le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel est correct, des caractéristiques très locales, une riche variété de fruits, une prise en charge à l'hôtel pour payer 15 dollars supplémentaires, très peu économique, l'hôtel est très proche du l'aéroport, le prochain L'avion peut également trouver une voiture pour se rendre à l'hôtel. Dans l'ensemble, plus de cent dollars la nuit pour vivre dans cet hôtel n'est pas rentable. Non recommandé

Nous ne pouvons pas penser aux normes européennes, mais compte tenu de la moyenne en Ouzbékistan, les chambres étaient propres et spacieuses, les infrastructures fonctionnelles (luz et eau, froide et chaude) et le petit déjeuner le meilleur en variété. Les bains méritaient alors d'être renouvelés (la peinture était écrasée) et nous aurions préféré un lit matrimonial aux deux personnes en français.

En ce qui concerne le niveau général de l'ensemble de l'hôtel de Tachkent, le Ramada est à un niveau moyen à élevé et les installations d'insonorisation dans le hall, le restaurant et la chambre sont toujours bonnes. En termes de prix et de positionnement hôtelier, les lacunes sont nombreuses. La première est que les équipements de la chambre sont vétustes et qu'il n'y a jamais de prise en tête de lit ; la chambre standard est trop petite, et une boîte est posée sur le sol. Il n'y a fondamentalement pas de place pour les pieds sur le sol ; la conception des toilettes a également de gros bugs, le lavabo est super petit et il est toujours bloqué par la porte. À; le restaurant de l'hôtel propose des prix extrêmement bas. En basse saison, on constate que de nombreux petits déjeuners ne sont pas frais du jour au lendemain. Commander seul n'est pas délicieux et le niveau du cuisinier n'est pas aussi bon que dans n'importe quel restaurant de la rue.

You stay here for the experience not the quality of the hotel! This place is kitsch and a wonderful relic of the cold War! Stayed here twice as part of a group tour and was charmed by the haphazard nature of the place! Reception is a vast space with plenty of seating and a bar at one end. You can get cold beer here that you can take away to your room. Both rooms we had were large with twin beds at one end and a loungue type area at the other. The major bonus was we had a balcony each time; great views from the higher floors and a good place to hang out some washing! The first room the balcony was accessible from two doors, the second room had one door blocked with a chest of drawers and the handle removed! Bathrooms are a bit dated and you sometimes have to wait for hot water! Not all rooms have balconies so you might need to request. The money exchange was really useful, although they wouldn't change local currency back again. The rooftop bar is actually the top floor as opposed to on the roof but the windows open in and you get great city views. Breakfast buffet is excellent, especially the omlette chef! Location of the hotel is also strong, metro just to right of entrance and lots of attractions, bars and restaurants in walking distance. A couple of reviews say Reception staff don't speak great English - you can get round this with Google translate so not a big deal. We also had two people on our two given each others passports - the onus is definitely on you to check!If you don't mind quirky this hotel is for you!

Checking in was a nightmare I booked the hotel to stay 2 night before flying back to London. I checked in with my new wife as we just got married and the hotel reception demanded that we need a marriage certificate to stay at their hotel as my wife was Uzbekistan citizens and me being Uk. The reception was very rude unhelpful and even I was telling them that I am with my wife they didn’t want to check me in I found this very upsetting as I said if my girlfriend or female friend, wife was another nationality they won’t ask me for anything after talking to some fake managers that came to the reception they had to make so many phone calls to some places and after 45 minutes of waiting at the reception desk finally they checked us in was terrible no apologies was offered from 4-5 staff that had dealt with us 2 we’re supposed to be management which am not sure I feel they lied. I wasn’t happy at all with this from such a large hotel chain which I have used them in other locations. Room was good sized clean but service in general was poor for such a new hotel. Even morning breakfast staff no one ever said good morning or anything. There was no security at the front door ever when we came in or left the hotel to see local tourists attractions. Avoid the bar too expensive and cocktails weren’t great head to local restaurants for cheaper drinks. It’s a shame I can’t rate the service less than 1 stars if I could I would rate the service 0 stars. We stayed at the Wyndham in Tashkent as well with my wife didn’t have issues and staff there were fantastic.

Останавливаемся в этом отеле второй раз. Оптимальное соотношение цены и предоставляемых услуг. Удобно добираться из аэропорта, а ж/д вокзал в пешей доступности. Очень нравится улица, на которой находится отель, новая застройка, много кафе и ресторанов (французской, итальянской, японской кухни), но не дешёвые как для Узбекистана. Сам отель турецкой сети, интерьер в соответствующем стиле - пышно декорирован. Всё новое, номера просторные, есть всё необходимое. Отель без звёзд, но лучшее некоторых 4- звездочных. Белые махровые халаты, тапочки, в ванной все необходимые принадлежности. Очень высокие кровати с матрасами, даже для моего роста 175 см, людям маленького роста придётся запрыгивать:) Завтраки прекрасные, блюда каждый день менялись. Дополнительно можно заказать яйца в любом виде, кашу. Хороший кофе из кофемашины, что не в каждом отеле в Узбекистане. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал отеля. И работников ресепшена, и ресторана. Очень доброжелательные, сразу откликаются на любую просьбу. Обязательно буду рекомендовать этот отель. P. S. Сбоку от отеля началась стройка жилого комплекса, но если вы не будете целыми днями сидеть в отеле, то вам не помешает.

L'hôtel n'est pas mal en général. Clean, commande, intérieur. Location confortable, près du centre. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très divers, mais je ne demande pas quelque chose de spécial donné 3*. Il y a une piscine dans la cour, se posant (mais il est pour une période plus chaude). Avant de clarifier le coût de l'hébergement, la fille du hijab sur les recettes rapportées et a écrit sur la feuille le montant 30008000. Je l'ai préparé, et le jour avant le départ est venu calculer. Il semble que le coût de l'hébergement n'est pas de 3 et 5 millions de dollars. Merci à un collègue qui était avec moi à ce moment et la partie manquante du paiement que nous avons couvert de sa carte. Le chèque n'a pas été donné, ils ont dit qu'ils attacheraient la facture au départ. La facture n'a pas été donnée à l'instant, ils ont dit que tout serait arrangé immédiatement avant de quitter. OK. Avant de quitter, à 6 heures, je suis venu à la remise en état. Et je suis demandé : ”Et vous avez payé? hm ... étrangement. Dans le système n'a pas été marqué.” J'ai un puzzle ... Bien, le jeune homme m'a rappelé de la soirée. OK, ok, j'ai eu. Puis j'ai fait la facture ... et je cheque.. ... 20 minutes . Je suis la seule personne qui quitte à ce moment. Je suis en presse à l'aéroport. Et voici la phrase couronne d'un des employés : ”Vous auriez dû demander à partir de la soirée de la facture, vous auriez été commandé!” Si cela n'avait pas été dit, Je n'aurais pas été silencieux, mais ici je n'ai pas fait de contraintes et tout dit! Cher ADMINISTRATION! Veuillez discuter avec votre personnel ! Cela n'est pas possible ! simplifier le système de conception de la facture ou enseigner à votre personnel de le faire rapidement ! Le résumé est : l'hôtel est bon, tout est bon. Mais l'impression est détruite.
