It's a very nice hotel in the heart of the Tashkent city. I stayed total 4 days in 2 times in this hotel with 4 days interval. First time stayed in front view standard room. This room has nice front city view. Second time stayed in back side pool+city view room. Both the rooms were excellent, comfortable, spacious equipped with all the standard amenities. In buffet breakfast, during first visit I found limited menu and guest was also less, but during second visit in next week I found very good menu with lot of guest in the hotel. So, assuming their breakfast menu depends on hotel occupancy. The swimming pool is very nice. They have other facilities but as I did not avail those, so could not comment on those. Customer service is average but but cordial to assist.

I don`t know where to start from but probably breakfast was the most memorable one in terms of food and quality of service. Variety, quality and consistency was just amazing. Turkish manager with big smile( I cant remember his name) was super proffesional and asked If we need something in the room etc. this was something I haven`t experienced before in Tashkent. I very often visit this amazing city and I will definitely stay here again and again without any doubt. Little bit expensive because of the season.

I travel a lot for business - about 150 days pa in all parts of the world - and this is among my top 5 hotels anywhere. Clean spacious room. Great bathroom with large tub and separate rainfall shower. Plenty of workspace. V comfortable bed. Club lounge excellent - different food choices every night. Service excellent - thanks especially to Javohirbek and Javoh. Front desk service v attentive too. Strongly recommend

En ce qui concerne le niveau général de l'ensemble de l'hôtel de Tachkent, le Ramada est à un niveau moyen à élevé et les installations d'insonorisation dans le hall, le restaurant et la chambre sont toujours bonnes. En termes de prix et de positionnement hôtelier, les lacunes sont nombreuses. La première est que les équipements de la chambre sont vétustes et qu'il n'y a jamais de prise en tête de lit ; la chambre standard est trop petite, et une boîte est posée sur le sol. Il n'y a fondamentalement pas de place pour les pieds sur le sol ; la conception des toilettes a également de gros bugs, le lavabo est super petit et il est toujours bloqué par la porte. À; le restaurant de l'hôtel propose des prix extrêmement bas. En basse saison, on constate que de nombreux petits déjeuners ne sont pas frais du jour au lendemain. Commander seul n'est pas délicieux et le niveau du cuisinier n'est pas aussi bon que dans n'importe quel restaurant de la rue.

Cet hôtel est très bon, au centre de la tache, où vous pouvez obtenir un service très bon et des gens amis travailler. Mme Intizor, une des personnes du restaurant et du café de l'hôtel, n'a pas rejeté notre demande de glace américain, même si elle n'était pas sur le menu et qu'elle avait préparée. Je voudrais également remercier ici, et je voudrais également remercier le gestionnaire de l'hôtel pour avoir choisi les personnes qui sont les mieux placées pour choisir les employés.

Le petit déjeuner est un petit déjeuner très bon, mais avec quelques désavantages importants : 1. Les ventilateurs de la salle de bain ne sont pas proches (!!) Alors il y a un bruit constant dans la salle - la profondeur technique dit qu'ils ne peuvent pas le corriger est la même dans chaque salle- 2. Il y a un désordre dans la chambre qui change de mouvement pour vous conduire dans la salle de bain pendant la nuit, mais il réveille l'autre invité!!! Big deluxe room; out dated furniture, carpet with dirty stains, broken sofa bed, furniture is so old it looks haunted. To the point we slept in one room. This was for me, my wife and 13 year old son. We arrived at 4am. No bed for my son; sofa bed broken no bed lining or blanket. The night shift staff promised to fix in morning. My son slept on the floor with one blanket on floor and one blanket for him. In the morning I reminded the owner Ammir and he said he would resolve. Came back requested Aziz again. After 4 calls still nothing. Then I went downstairs and demanded this and with 10mins a mattress was bought to the room. Aircon - not working as it’s winter season so only fan. So room is uncomfortably warm. Breakfast Really rubbish selection and quality of food. The staff was rude and didn’t speak a word of English and even with sign language he was NO No. Staff Try their best hence the extra 2nd Star. Idris(?) and Aziz did try their best. Wi-Fi in room connects and then disconnects. Rubbish Wi-Fi Hotel pickup from Airport I pre booked and paid $20 as I was landing at 3am. But spoke to other guests and they paid $10. I wanted a tour guide with a car price started at $100, negotiated to $50 which was worth it for 4 hours. (Thanks to Aziz) Location Rubbish. Have to get a taxi nearby. Overall I had two separate booking. After my first 2 nights. I cancelled my 2nd booking for my return. Seriously avoid. My fault as it was a last minute booking; I should have researched. Do not book this hotel. I did it thinking quick short stay cant be bad; but it was bad. I have travelled the world and stayed in 100s of hotels. This is the worst one. One star rating; 2nd star for staff.

Hotel is super clean. Rooms are well heated during winter time. Among all the hotels I have stayed in so far, in 10 countries with multiple cities, their hospitality sits at the top with no competition whatsoever. Lastly, the generosity and the support we have received from the owner himself cannot be explained in few words. Best housekeeping and friendly receptionist and support staffs, it felt like we have visited them before. A must stay hotel if you ever visit Tashkent. Ask them anything they will help you.

Mirzo is a newly built, quaint little hotel, centrally located in Tashkent. It’s is a short walk from the metro station and Chorsu bazaar on one side and a beautiful area called ‘the circus’ on the other. Flanked by many eateries and restaurants, Mirzo is central to a lot of the sights tourists aim to see in Tashkent. They have 15 rooms which means they give each guest the attention and care they deserve. Each of the rooms are clean and well equipped The manager Abdulvali is the most gracious and hospitable person. We were given a beautiful room overlooking their perfectly manicured garden. And Abror and Abdulaziz were most helpful, going out of their way to make us comfortable. If you are looking for a boutique experience hosted by people who really care, and a location that is most convenient- Mirzo is the right choice.

Inspira -S is a modern, clean hotel with many extras such as a wonderful boutique w/ traditional Uzbek art and clothing. My stay was made extra special because of the helpfulness of Chengris. He works at the front desk. Chengris helped me with room assignment, where to change currency, wake-up calls, and much more. He was very professional and is a gift to all who stay at Inspira-L. I have travelled for 50 years, and Chengris is one of the best. Also, the food was good. Breakfast offered a large assortment of food. The room was large and clean.

I stayed for a little over a week and was very happy with the experience. The nicest, most helpful staff ever. Everyone speaks Uzbek, Russian, English. Great breakfast, with a variety of fruits and berries, local sweets, as well as salads, fresh local dairy, eggs and a selection of meats and cheeses. Quick laundry service. The clothes were brought back clean within hours when turned in by 11 am. The hotel is located next to Amir Temur Square and a Bazaar, as well as within the walking distance from The Great Prince Romanov Palace. A block away from the hotel is a very nice coffee shop called Beans and Brews. Great food, great coffee. There's also a KFC right next door. One little wrinkle is that when you order a cab via local app Yandex Taxi, the drivers don't always know they should come to the hotel entrance; they tend to stop at a KFC or across the street. It's useful to message them separately about where you need to be picked up.
