Situation à 600 m de la gare, dans un environnement peu attrayant. Les chambres sont très propres, modernes et confortablement équipées. Le WiFi dans la chambre est insuffisant: un signal faible et (probablement) un échange trop faible entraînent des délais nerveux lors de l'utilisation du Wi-Fi. L'achat d'un billet simple de ÖBB via l'application ÖBB s'est révélé impossible à temps - avec succès dans le corridor (!). Du côté de la visite, on a tenté (bien que inépuisable) de résoudre le problème des clients. Une autre difficulté est la réception permanentement non occupée: l'exploitant d'hôtel brille par l'absence et l'inaccessibilité, il se détourne de sa responsabilité vis-à-vis de l'hôte.

Après un premier séjour improvisé l’année dernière nous sommes revenus ce mois d’août pour un grand bol d’air… nous avons enchaîné les randonnées au plus haut sommet. C’était royal ! Tout était parfait ! L’accueil, les lieux, les points de vue inoubliables sur le lac, les paysages aux alentours, le spa, le restaurant, les terrasses, le confort de l’appartement et la qualité des matériaux. Vraiment nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel !!

Le restaurant est très confortable, très confortable et très confortable. La cuisine était assez dégustée et pas une très grande variété. J'ai fini par avoir faim. Il y a un bon chemin du jardin vers Bad Aussee. Il est un très fort monté. La première nuit de séjour ici à midi, un train de enfants se sont fait passer pour une fête dans le parc de voiture. Ils ne restaient pas à l'hôtel, mais nous ont gardés jusqu'à 2 heures. C'était une nuit très perturbée. Le personnel n'était pas très aimable. La sauna que nous avons pas gênée d'utiliser, vous devriez attendre 30 minutes pour le réchauffer. Vous devez payer dans votre total qui n'était pas conscient de nous jusqu'à payer en personne même si vous ne voulez pas l'utiliser. Les toilettes dans nos chambres n'ont pas flussé correctement et il y avait un son de l'eau qui secoue constantement toute la nuit. Si vous voulez jouer à la piscine de table, il est 2 euros par jeu. Il y a 2 chambres pour manger Petit-déjeuner/Dîner. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Nous n'aurions probablement pas choisi cet hôtel si nous restions dans la région. Veuillez ne pas comparer cette évaluation à l'hôtel JUFA Grundlsee. Je voyagerais 5 milles seulement pour rester à l'hôtel si vous visitez Bad Aussee.

L'hôtel est situé juste sur le lac. Les chambres ont une vue magnifique sur le lac et les montagnes. Les chambres sont petites mais très propres. Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre quadruple avec un lit double en haut. L'espace était un peu étroit et il était assez chaud là-bas les jours à hautes températures. Le repas était excellent. Nous avons eu le petit déjeuner et le dîner et c'était l'un des meilleurs aliments que nous avons fait à l'hôtel. Le personnel était très aimable et utile.
