Je pense qu'il y a un problème de salle de bain, l'espace entre la douche et toilette est trop oetit, je peu à peine rentrer. Je suis grand de 1m90. Il y a des tâches sur les lampes, rayures sur les portes. Lit très confortable, éclairage fonctionne très bien. Il manquait les brosses à dents et peignoir ! Housekeeping devrait vérifier les chambres avant les clients. La piscine est très bien, bonne installation ! Petit déjeuner très bon. Je dirais que les standards d'un hôtel 5 étoiles ne sont pas là, même au niveau du service d'accueil reste très basique mais sans plus, je m'attendais à un meilleur service quand-même. Le repas au ATI était très bon, mais la serveuse est très jeune et très aimable doit approfondir ces connaissances en F&B. Le chef est venu nous expliquer son plat, très professionnel.

I booked ' Deluxe King Room' and the first night I realised that I was not sleeping on a single king size mattress as in the middle of the bed it was not flat. In the morning and for the benefit of the doubt, I removed matress cover & bedsheet and I found out that my matress was not single but two twin beds zipped together. Next morning I asked politely reception whether my booking was for deluxe king room and they confirmed that it was indeed. When I showed them a photo evidence with the twin beds the answer was ' Oh you felt it?'. When I asked whether they gave me a twin bed instead of king bed the answer was ' Oh the designer made it like this for convenience'. Obviously I did not buy what reception answered to me as an excuse and I was deeply disappointed. I felt mislead also because while I was walking in the corridor I glimpsed into the room next to mine - the door was open and cleaning lady was in. The room was much bigger than mine ( my deluxe room was 23 m2 but i doubt it) and I'm pretty sure that the bed was not two matresses zipped together. In a addition to my story I will agree with b) carpet is full of stains/dirty which is unacceptable for a new hotel c ) reception is not really welcoming for a 5 star hotel ( as advertised) d) There is no Smeg fridge as shown in the booking pictures. I was expecting much better treatment, provided I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights!!! 2 Stars for the positive attitude of breakfast room staff and for its convenient location. Next time in Tbilisi somewhere nicer and friendlier!

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cette propriété avec les premières impressions sont excellentes le foyer est très élégant . Nos chambres (204 et 409 ) étaient spacieuses et bien présentées , ainsi que les salles de bains et reflètent l' élégance globale de l' ensemble de la propriété . Les installations étaient comme vous l'attendais dans un établissement de cinq étoiles, la connectivité était bonne, les niveaux de bruit de qualité du sommeil étaient faibles malgré les travaux de construction sur les sols inférieurs. Le personnel en général était très agréable , ce qui n' est pas toujours le cas en Géorgie , en particulier dans les restaurants , tous les personnes que nous avons traités avaient un commandement raisonnable d' anglais , en particulier sur la réception et les portes d' hôtel . Le service de l' hôtel de l' aéroport était superbe et le conducteur était très utile et poli et conduisait très en toute sécurité. J'ai oublié mes bagages de main dans la voiture de l'aéroport après notre mise en panique, mais heureusement un appel téléphonique à l'hôtel avait fait le chauffeur revenir à nous dans 15 minutes . Malgré quelques commentaires peu bons , nous avons pensé que cet hôtel était coûteux pour la Géorgie , mais il était néanmoins raisonnablement coûté pour le niveau de service qu' il fournit . Ce point de vue est basé sur vingt ans de séjour dans cinq hôtels étoiles pour une durée allant de cinq à sept mois par an dans un large éventail de sites dans le monde entier.

This is NOT a 4 stars hotel, more like 3 stars! 1. The cleaning service of the hotel was very bad, there was spider web in the corner of the ceiling. The bathroom floor was never mopped during our stay. 2. We requested a calm room, we received a room on the forth floor (#419) that directly faced the fan of the ventilation system of the restaurant located in the lobby. The operation sound of the system made it impossible to open the window due to the blowing sound and the cooking smell coming up. 3. The AC is a different story in this hotel; it was very hot and we couldn't control the temperature inside of the room. It was set on 27 degrees! When we addressed this issue with the receptionist, he explained that the AC system is central and many other customers complained about the same issue, and there's nothing that he can do about it. 4. The bathroom utilities had an EXPIRED SHAVING CREAM that caused us a skin rush. 5. The first day that we arrived, the weather was very bad, it was heavily raining. Upon check-in, the receptionist (Mariam) refused to let us do the check-in before paying the full amount. We went under the rain looking for a place to exchange money. They even gave us a wrong location for an exchange office. Later on, during our stay, we discovered that the receptionist offered free umbrellas to the guests when the weather was bad, while in our case she didn't bother herself to! 6. The mattresses and the pillows were not as comfortable as it should be for a 4 stars hotel. 7. The lobby has always cooking and deep frying smell coming from the restaurant located at the ground floor. 8. The room is always dark even when you turn all the lights on, and the TV has only Georgian and Russian channels. 9. The shower head was leaking water, it was fixed later on by the staff. With every shower the bathroom floor was flooding due to the lack of a glass barrier. The towels were replaced by torn ones several times during our stay. 10. The gym is not located inside of the hotel as advertised on booking. 11. The minibar was empty, and when we checked in we found an open sugar sachet left from the pervious guests.

Stayed here for 1 night before our flight return and it was a nice hotel with a green garden area around the property. Hotel staff seemed very busy with their own conversations among themselves in the restaurants when we tried to order coffee. The female staff at the reception was not able to recommend any areas nearby however during our check-out we were very pleased with the male staff who was able to recommend me and my friend a local restaurant nearby and more places in the city near by.

Ana et Oto étaient à la place de la visite à mon postérieur arrivée et ils ont terminé le contrôle des formalités de manière efficace et sans heurts en me informant de l'hôtel et des choses à faire. En ligne avec les avantages de l'Hilton Diamond, j'ai été offert une mise à niveau à une chambre absolument fantastique sur un étage supérieur, qui avait un balcon aussi grand que la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon, et il est très bon. Si je veux expliquer mon expérience de voyage avec mes maris en quelques mots, je dois dire que tout était super, l'atmosphère était très calme et le petit déjeuner était raisonnable, le personnel était très utile et partout était propre. I and my husband had a very nice stay in this hotel for about 5 nights. The breakfast was amazing, and the kitchen was serviced by great staff, especially Mariam and her colleague (sorry but I forgot his name) who greeted us every morning with a warm smile 😊… However, we had a small problem with the selected room upon arrival (supposed to be our standard room with a terrace). They checked us in in a very small room with a French balcony (which is basically just a window), and it was totally unacceptable for us. When we questioned the room selected for us, they showed us another room with a small balcony and facing the construction area in the back of the hotel. They advised that the superior room with a terrace and city view is occupied and we have to pay extra amount to have one with city view and a decent balcony instead. We had no option but to pay and stay! We are not sure who is playing the game of providing the wrong information about the hotel rooms here, the hotel’s staff or Agoda?! Perhaps both. Other than that, the stay was great. We were able to locate nearby groceries and restaurants to dine in for lunch or dinner (as the hotel provided only breakfast).

Небольшая гостиница, уютные, комфортные номера. Очень чисто, убирали комнату каждый день, меняли постель, полотенца. Завтраки вкусные, разнообразные, интересный дизайн ресторана с возможностью наблюдать приготовление еды через панорамное окно прямо на кухню. На крыше есть бар с шикарным видом на прекрасный Тбилиси. Персонал очень услужливый, всегда были рады помочь и охотно предлагали свою помощь. Рекомендую остановиться в этом отеле и оценить сервис .
