The hotel is very neatly maintained, breakfast buffet is elaborate and very tasty. Their Arabian grape juice was yummy. The housekeeping staff is very good, they are very responsive. I tried a few food items from the hotel they were very good too. Another advantage to this hotel is that it has the famous A2B in the ground floor, so you can enjoy great food without stepping out of the hotel. The hotel is at a walkable distance from Kapila teertham and closer to the Alipiri circle. I used their travel desk to go to Kalahasti, the driver and car were very good though it was a bit expensive. You can book Uber to travel to Tirumala and other local site seeing. The staff at the reception and dining area are not very communicative, they only respond to a question if you ask them. A bit more polish and proactiveness could make the experience great. I am in no way saying their service was bad, but these are minute areas that need improvement.

L'hôtel est étonnant, avec des membres d'équipe très décents - Mme ***atri est très utile et m'a donné toutes les informations nécessaires qui ont facilité mon voyage/Tirupati Darshan. La nourriture au restaurant était trop yummm ... Le chef qui a fait du soupe pour moi était étonnant, donc j'ai commandé deux fois ... Tous les services du restaurant étaient très attentifs et proactifs ... Laksh*** E****a .... Mes plus sincères remerciements à l'équipe de garde-fous pour fournir les meilleurs services .... Dans l'ensemble, j'ai eu une grande expérience, la valeur pour moi

L'hôtel est très bon emplacement. La chambre est très propre et propre. Le lit est confortable et a bien dormi. La toilette était très propre et bien entretenue. L'eau chaude était toujours disponible. L'air était très bien fonctionnant. L'hôtel est sécurisé. Le petit déjeuner est simple et adorable. Le personnel est ami et utile. Le parking a été donné dans les environs de l'hôtel. Très bon hôtel si vous allez pour Darshan à Tirupati. Dans la rue, utilisez donc des cartes Google pour trouver.
