Complexes et hôtels à Oulan-Bator avec spa

I stayed there over 7 nights. On the first day I arrived at 12 noon and the check-in time was 2.00 pm. After a 13 hour flight and car ride from the airport to the hotel I just wanted to get into the room and have a hot shower. Usually in all other cities and hotels in Asia, they would have allowed me to check in earlier if they had a room. In this case, they had a room but wanted to charge me the rate of 30% for that two hour stay. I paid for it as I was in no mood to argue over it and as my Mongolian business partners were with me and I did not want to cause a scene. The hotel toilet had a smell from the drainage pipe and they could not clear the smell even after I had complained. The service staff was generally pleasant although some of the restaurant staff need some further training. At the Chinese restaurant when I asked one of the waiter to change to a private room after being seated at the normal dining hall which was noisy, the waiter replied that he was busy. And asked me to go to the reception. Perhaps they are still a bit rough at the edges. Also, the 24 hour room service does not exist as is promoted in their brochure in the room. I had to go to the front desk and then I was directed to go to the coffee house to make my order. I asked why nobody picked up the 24 hour room service line and the front desk asked me what number I dialed. I replied 3222 as was in the brochure in the room and he told me it was 3150. I told him its 3222 as per the room brochure but he insisted it was 3150. I went back to my room to double check after placing the order at the coffee house and it was 3222 in the brochure. So either they have a wrong print or they have not updated with a new number. I was seated in the cafe many times and I noticed a gentleman who would go up to sign for a coffee at the cafe. I assumed he must be a senior staff of the hotel. If he was indeed a senior staff I thought he would be friendly enough to smile to the guests at the cafe and assume some if not all the guests are also guests of the hotel.

Bon côté : La location est la meilleure, est juste à l'opposé de la place sukhbaatar. Les personnels sont utiles et agréables. La salle de bains et la salle de toilette sont énormes. En bas: - Les chambres d'hôtel sont vieux, ont des marques jaunes ou des marques de moulage sur la surface du plafond, très bizarre, car la chambre est une chambre non-fumeur. - le système électrique de téléchargement sur le panneau de tête ne fonctionne pas bien. - les cortines et les aveugles semblent poussières et vieux.

My partner and I recently stayed at Best Western Premier Tuushin Hotel in the heart of the city, and we were blown away by our experience. The hotel had an amazing view of Sukhbaatar Square, which was such a treat to wake up to each morning. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. One of the best parts of our stay was the complimentary breakfast buffet, which had a great selection of tasty options. Our room was also impressively clean and cozy, which made us feel right at home. There were so many other things we loved about the hotel too. The location was super convenient for exploring the city, with lots of great restaurants and attractions within walking distance. And even though the mini bar wasn't fully stocked, it didn't affect our overall experience in any significant way. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the heart of the city.

La location Kempinski Ulanbator est à 20 minutes de marche du centre-ville qui est acceptable. Le check-in et le check-out était facile et facile. La chambre est propre et le lit était confortable. La seule minus, car ma chambre est face à la route principale et il est un peu bruyant quand la fenêtre est ouverte. Le petit déjeuner est aussi délicieux mais le service est un peu lent. J'y suis resté pendant 2 nuits et j'ai aimé.

Comme on peut s'y attendre d'un hôtel haut de gamme, le lobby est très spacieux, propre et sent bon. Le personnel de l'hôtel est également très attentif. Un portier ouvre et ferme toujours la lourde porte d'entrée. Je ne l'ai jamais vu dans aucun autre hôtel en Mongolie. La piscine et la salle de sport sont également bien équipées et, comparées aux autres piscines de l'hôtel, elles étaient plus propres, plus libératrices et très faciles à nager. La chambre est spacieuse et vous pouvez voir les majestueuses montagnes depuis la fenêtre, ce qui la rend très confortable.

A environ 10 minutes de marche de la place principale. L'hôtel est confortable, moderne. Il se trouve à côté d'un grand centre commercial, il y a également une mini-mart 24 heures à côté de la porte. Les bureaux de la première place parlent bien l'anglais, mais ils manquent un peu de connaissances sur les options de transport pour aller à l'aéroport, etc. Les toiles de sol de ma salle de bain ont été brisées et le sol a donc été un peu instable. En général, bien que je me sens relaxé et confortable pendant mon séjour.

Cet endroit est génial ! La chambre était de taille parfaite pour moi. La vue par la fenêtre était minime, mais cela compense en termes d'emplacement. En ville mais pas dans la partie animée. C'est aussi un peu difficile de trouver l'hôtel. J'ai apprécié le petit déjeuner complet et le sauna était également splendide ! Je recommanderais totalement!

The rooms are excellent with great bathrooms. The food food is very delicious with good room service as late as midnight with a wonderful selection. Breakfast is excellent too. Although the room was good size and clean, the air conditioner or fan did keep me awake all night on both times I stayed there. I asked room service, they said someone would come to sort out but unfortunately they never did and so I couldn’t sleep each time - for light sleepers like me, this could be a problem . But overall, I would still stay here again

Les installations de l'hôtel sont plus vieilles et l'ensemble semble encore plus propre et propre. Mais cette expérience n'est pas bonne! La gestion de l'hôtel est plus chaotique. La réception a ouvert la même chambre à deux groupes de personnes. À minuit, les autres ont ouvert la porte avec leur carte de chambre! La porte est fermée ou mauvaise! Jissi! La réception de l'hôtel est mauvaise, pas mal chinoise, pas plus que la traduction par le guide coréen. J'espère que la gestion et la normalisation des opérations seront renforcées. Les femmes vivent seules dans l'hôtel et doivent encore porter un bon appareil d'entrave.
