Belmond Hotel est ma marque hôtelière préférée, personne ! Bien qu'il soit relativement niche par rapport à d'autres hôtels cinq étoiles, c'est définitivement une expérience de séjour aristocratique ! De l'enregistrement au départ à la réception, l'hôtel a vraiment prêté attention à chaque détail. Le Belmond Hotel Machu Picchu est situé à la porte du Machu Picchu, ce qui économise beaucoup d'efforts pour les touristes qui viennent tôt le matin. J'ai réservé un type de chambre tout compris avec trois repas. Le choix de trois repas est très riche, ce qui est assez bien pour un hôtel de montagne avec peu de provisions. L'hôtel propose toujours un service de lavage après le départ, ce qui est très intime. Après avoir passé deux nuits, Machu Picchu est une expérience formidable ! Le prix de Ctrip est bien moins cher que la réservation, très puissant !

Hôtel superbe, avec une jolie vue, des chambres modernes et bien décorées, un magnifique jardin très bien entretenu. Le personnel est très agréable, de la réception à la restauration - les serveurs et serveuses sont tous au petits soins (la personne de la boutique est quant à elle assez désagréable mais cela n'a pas gâché notre séjour). Attention : Les prix sont en rapport avec la catégorie de l'hôtel. Point faible (mais qui ne m'a pas donné envie d'enlever une étoile à mon appréciation) Le Spa et la piscine me semblent (pas sûre) être fréquentés par des personnes de l'extérieur : en conséquence, il faut s'attendre à un calme tout relatif... dommage !

Hôtel situé dans un très beau site avec de belles prestations : piscine, billard, cinéma et surtout le passé d’une hacienda : église, maison de maître : unique😍. Très beau petit déjeuner. Nous avons loué une villa : un très grand moment : beaucoup d’espace, jacouzie, cuisine, salon : au TOP. Dommage que le soir il n’y ait qu’un brasero pour tout l’hôtel 😩.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. While it wasn’t anything fancy, the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the property had a tremendous amount of charm. Breakfast could have been a little more extensive, but the food was fine, and the dinner we had at the restaurant was quite good. This hotel was a little out of the way, but after seeing the ‘city centre’ we far preferred this walk out of the way than staying in the dusty centre of Urubamba.

We are a family of four traveling with 2 young adult children. We spent two nights at the Amaru Valle Hotel in July 2022. What a magical, fairy-tale like place! There are around 30 accomodations in a series of alpine style buildings scattered across the grounds. Ours was perfect - four beds in a spacious room with a view of the mountains and a very nice bathroom. The grounds are lovely with gardens, cobblestones, and views of the mountains. The staff so friendly and helpful. A lovely breakfast of eggs, bread, fresh fruit and coffee/tea is included. The place is located a short 8 - 10 minute walk from town housed behind a large wooden door. Our room for 4 was very comfortable and reasonable. Highly recommend!

The twin room had 3 double beds and was massive. It was clean and good quality. We arrived in the dark and did not appreciate the surroundings. It is lovely with hills to look out on. Breakfast starts at 5am as most people go on tours and of course Macho Picchu and start early. Ate in the Italian and main restaurant all food and service very good. Breakfast has a nice omelette bar. We went outside our tour to visit some attractions and then onto our next stop. It was no trouble and worked seamlessly. Wished we had more time here.
