L'homme au téléphone était très rude, j'ai décidé de faire la réservation en ligne, donc je n'ai pas dû me charger de lui. Lorsque nous avons vérifié le service de l'hôtel, une jeune femme a immédiatement commencé à me faire une attitude. Elle m'a dit que le prix était supérieur à mon prix de réservation. Je m'excuse, c'est une réservation confirmée. Elle m'a fait un petit tour et elle a décidé de ”donner la courtoisie” d'accepter ma réservation ! C'est pour ce que les réservations confirmées sont ! J'ai vérifié ses frais et c'était en fait un pénis moins que ce que j'avais. Elle ne comprenait pas qu'elle payait en fait 1 cent moins que ce que j'avais, et elle pensait qu'elle me devait de l'argent, donc elle a mis un pétrin sur le bureau de front pour moi. C'était ridicule et ridicule. Elle m'a fait passer ma carte de crédit deux fois, affirmant que la première fois ne s'est pas passée. Je lui ai dit que je ne voulais pas être facturé deux fois. Elle m'a encore donné une attitude et a dit pourquoi elle voulait me facturer deux fois ? Je lui ai dit que je ne voulais pas, mais elle semblait que cela se produirait. Elle a rejeté mes préoccupations, même si je lui ai dit à plusieurs reprises que je devais être accusée deux fois. Elle était naïve, condescendante, et rude tout le temps que j'essayais de me rendre compte. Bien sûr, j'ai été accusé deux fois! Ces gens sont rudes, incompétents et ne s'inquiètent pas. Un des pires hôtels de qualité que j'ai jamais séjournés. Un autre employé a réalisé plus tard cette nuit que j'étais correct et ils rembourseront la charge supplémentaire, Mais cela prendra quelques jours pour le remboursement. Faites-vous un service. Trouvez un autre hôtel. Ce lieu est pitié et ils ne s'en fichent pas. Je ne resterai jamais ici et je essaie de vous avertir que ce lieu est terrible. La chambre est ok, Mais qui s'occupe si le personnel vous traite comme si vous n'avez pas d'importance ? Prenez votre entreprise ailleurs.

Cross country trip from Rhode Island to Kansas with my son. Second day of being on the road for 12 hours. Needed a place to stay so we booked a room as near home without staying in the big city west of Vandalia. When we were told what location we were staying at, I looked up the reviews and actually called the hotel to see what the cancelation policy was. Based on other reviews I had a feeling this stay would be a bad one. We decided to stay since it was so late and how bad could it really be? Well we should have gone with our gut and found another location. Like many other reviews the entire ”motel” not hotel... smelled like cigarette smoke masked with 2 to 3 fragrances of Febreze to mask the musty smoke smell that followed us all the way to the room. Upon entering the room 104 the first thing we did was check both beds. Both beds looked like they were the original sheets issued during the grand opening of the hotel back in the 60s. Stains everywhere on the sheets, thin and worn out with those balls you get on cotton when rubbed for to long. We had little crumbs and numerous curly hairs to boot. The room looked as if it could use a deep clean. Debris littered little slot between the bed and the wall. Couple of decades of dust and dead skin for sure. With it being 1030pm and it being so late we brushed the debris in the bed aside and decided we would shower 3 times in the morning. Hotel was very loud. Bed was ok comfort wise. When we woke up we showered 3 times. The bathroom door and the door jamb were filthy, after examination It was Rust not blood... but looked horrible non the less. The shower was caked with that black mold that grows in caulking after years of neglect. The kid joked as he left the 3rd shower saying that the bathroom has asbestos falling from the ceiling. Not asbestos but the paint used to cover up the mold on the ceiling was literally flaking off and falling into the shower with us. The towels in the bathroom were also the original towels that came with the grand opening. This should not be classified as a HOTEL and RAMADA should be ashamed of this location. The Breakfast was EHHHH! I made a waffle since I knew it would be fresh and I made it. As I was making my food, I observed the morning reception lady prepare food while also eating her own free breakfast going back and forth from eating to preparing. We left a message for the hotel inside the room. They will be surprised when they find it. Steam is the Key:) Ramada main office should consider closing this location or remove the Name Ramada from this location. The entire motel needs a complete remodel. The Desk clerks were nice. The GM of the this location did send an email to apologize but I really think more than an apology is required. If you are desperate and absolutely need a place to stay because you have been on the road for 13 hours and you are about to pass out and you don't mind filth, and this is your last room available then grab a

Ceci a été l'un des meilleurs hôtels de notre voyage. Il était plus récent, propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était super! La femme travaillant dans la zone de petit déjeuner a gardé les choses propres et remplies. N'a pas eu accès à la piscine. Très amical staff! Vandalia était une belle surprise. Le CP était directement à côté de la Maison d'Etat.
