Le personnel de la réception était très utile et aimable. La lobby n'a pas l'air très invitant. Le tapis dans la chambre ou l'étude était complètement pollué. La boîte à poches dans la salle de bain était vide - si une boîte était remplie, s'il vous plaît. La porte de la terrasse ne pouvait pas être ouverte. Comme notre séjour à l'hôtel était très court, on pouvait y regarder, mais je ne réserverais pas l'hôtel. Le matin nous avons décidé de ne pas prendre le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel. Les tables semblaient extrêmement inconfortables et généralement inconvenantes.

This is a fine modern hotel located just across the Schönbrunn Palace, at the Zoo entrance. It’s a fairly new hotel with modem furniture and superb location. There were some comments criticizing the hotel’s breakfast, but honestly and in my opinion, their breakfast is a standard international breakfast with wide varieties that I’ve enjoyed having daily during my stay. For those who are arriving by car, there’s a payable car parking nearby; walking to the hotel from the parking is a bit tricky, so you need to know your way to the hotel. All in all, I’ve enjoyed my stay, and the welcoming staff were very helpful and hospitable. Unfortunately I haven’t taken any photos but the hotel’s website photo gallery speaks for itself.

La chambre et la fenêtre étaient spacieuses et confortables, donc je ne me sentais pas étouffée même si je restais longtemps. J'avais l'impression qu'il y avait beaucoup d'espace même avec toute la valise ouverte. En particulier, il faisait beau et chaud car je pouvais contrôler directement la température interne. +C'était un endroit où l'eau de base n'était pas fournie. À l'exception du personnel de la réception qui s'est occupé de l'enregistrement et du départ, tout le monde était sympathique ! Des chaussons et des couverts étaient également disponibles sur demande. Cependant, le personnel de la réception qui m'a personnellement enregistré m'a enregistré et j'ai été gêné car ils m'ont demandé de vérifier même si c'était probablement l'erreur de l'hôtel que j'ai été traité comme une non-présentation.

La chambre est située dans l'aile est du château de Schönbrunn. Auparavant, la salle servait à recevoir des chefs d'État et des invités étrangers. Peu importe les équipements de la chambre, l'emplacement ou la vue depuis la fenêtre est impeccable. S'il faut dire les inconvénients, l'espace douche est un peu glissant, et le petit déjeuner doit aller au parkhotel non loin, ce qui est relativement moyen. Bien que le prix soit très élevé, mais la chambre peut accueillir quatre personnes, compte tenu du rapport qualité-prix absolu.
