À seulement 5 minutes de route à l'hôtel, l'hôtel a un parking simple légèrement coûteux et le parking est très tensionné. Nous n'avons pas trouvé de place après le paiement, et nous avons arrêté à l'extérieur de l'hôtel. Les installations de la maison sont essentiellement accessibles et faciles à utiliser.

I had a reservation done on 07.07.2022 for the night of 08.07.2022, but on 30.06.2022 I have received an email from V Hotel informing me that the reservation was canceled, and no other details. After a fast investigation, I came to the conclusion that it was canceled because of a failed attempt of payment on 30.06.2022, due to an insufficient balance on my Revolut account. A couple of hours after getting the email (around 17:00), I called the hotel to understand what was the possibilities of recovering the booking as I added enough funds on my Revolut account. I was told by the receptionist that probably it was possible, however the manager was not in the hotel, he had no idea on how to do it and that I would get a phone call one the manager would be on the hotel. I've waited until the next day, but got no call. I decided to call on the next morning (09:40) and another receptionist told me that the manager would be arriving in 20 minutes, and they would call me when that would happen. I waited 4 hours and had no contact whatsoever. So, I decided to call them again (at 13:30). I was greeted by another receptionist, that simply suggested that I would create another booking. Which I replied that I would like to have the old booking back has now the price would be much higher. Then I was told that no other rooms were available on the hotel, contradicting the previous suggestion. After showing my disappointment for the lack of flexibility and effort to try to solve the issue in good terms, I was told once again that they would call me when the manager would come back. I asked when that would be and I was told that it would be on 05.07 or 06.07 (so I would be waiting for a reply until 2 days before the date of check in - assuming that they would call me). Obviously, I refused that since I would have to start looking for another hotel room right away. In the end of the call, I asked for the name of the person to which I was talking to and in return the receptionist hanged the phone on me (I was never rude or indelicate). Prime example of professionalism! To consider that 08.07 is the day of a concert of Coldplay in Warsaw and the demand for hotel rooms is very high for that day, and the hotel canceled my reservation on the first try to get the payment, in order to get another booking that would give them more money. In result, I lost my reservation and had to book a much more expensive hotel room elsewhere. My main complaints here are: - I only got one email, without any details on why the reservation was canceled; - There was no attempt to contact me over the phone in order to proceed with the payment on a different way; - The attempts of just make wait for their call until I would forget or give up; - The utterly unprofessional atitude of the last receptionist with whom I spoke, that didn't do any effort to solve the issue, gave me contradictory information and hang up the phone in my face. Les personnels de la réception sont chaleureux et amicals, surtout Victoria et Julia, ils sont agréables et utiles

Mon conjoint avait besoin de glace pour garder son insuline. Le personnel a gentiment trouvé un sac de glaçons pour lui. Tellement gentil! De même à l’accueil et au restaurant le soir, les gens sont prêts à tout pour rendre le séjour agréable. L’hôtel est bien situé, non loin de la vielle ville. Merci à vous tous !

I stayed here for three nights last September. As Marriott platinum member, I was automatically upgraded to junior suite. Thank you! This property is stunning! It’s a former palace and I feel like I was a royal. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The property is only 5 minutes walk from old town Warsaw. I simply love this property and has booked my 2024 visit to Warsaw in this property.

Visited with my wife for a weekend break and was very pleased we chose this hotel. The hotel is situated 2 metro stops from the Old Town and 3-4 stops away from the New town or city centre. The hotel is very contemporary and offers good location, very friendly staff, clean, hygienic and quirky hotel in Warsaw. The hotel is located 8mins walk from nearest train station Wschodnia/Warsaw east station hat has direct link from the Chopin Airport and costs PLN10 pp one way and takes about 30mins from the airport to this station. The metro/under station Dworzec Wilenski is only 5 mins walk from the hotel that takes you to old town ( station Nowy Swiat Uniwersytet) . The line is M2 that also interlinks with line M1. You only need to buy a 20min ticket that costs PLN3.40 each one way. The check in staff is very friendly and efficient, the check in is carried out at the bar and offered us room earlier than the time. The hotel offers bar service, breakfast at a charge PLN60 each, also offered complimentary welcome drink, bar food, locker in the main hallway/restaurant to leave your bags on the day of departure if your flight departs later than the check out time. As the hotel is built in an old Vodka factory, but is all well maintained and at the back of hotel the square has some cafe and restaurant should you wish to eat out here. Our rooms were spotless but do not offer tea/coffee facilities but can grab at the bar/lobby for a charge. The housekeeping does a good job to maintain the room and the shower room to perfection. I would highly recommend this hotel for the location, reasonably priced with friendly staff and very warm atmosphere, always with a smile.

Bonjour. Je n'ai pas démissionné depuis longtemps, mais maintenant j'ai décidé de démissionner. L'hôtel est excellent, pour obtenir un bon agrément, la propreté partout, tout sera écrit et dans la chambre et les halls, le plombing de qualité décente, tout frais, la perine est confortable (bruit la vérité du fan de l'extrait, travaille avec l'éclairage). La chambre standard était petite, mais pour un court séjour suffit. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, y compris les plats chauds et froids, le café de la voiture est également décent!!! Le personnel de la réception est très accueillant, sans connaissance de la langue polonaise facile à parler. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables.

Je ne compte plus le nombre de séjours dans cet hôtel et à chaque fois l’expérience est magique. Je reviens la tête pleine de beaux souvenirs. J’ai visité de nombreux autres hôtels à Varsovie et celui-ci est incontestablement le meilleur. Chaque saison le charme y est différent. Malgré la crise, les prestations sont restées au top. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, la literie est très confortable. La propreté est impeccable. Parfaitement situé et très facile d’accès pour visiter tous les sites de la capitale, l’hôtel reste comme dans un écrin de tranquillité tout en étant en plein centre ville. Je remercie tout particulièrement Madame Aleksandra dont le sens de l’accueil à l’image de l’hospitalité polonaise. Toujours souriante, toujours bienveillante, c’est un vrai plaisir de la revoir à chaque visite! Enfin, je terminerai en soulignant la qualité des repas servis. Les petits déjeuners sont gargantuesques, la carte du restaurant est variée, toujours de saison. Le chef aime servir des plats délicieux et cela se voit dans les quantités généreuses et la qualité des repas servis. Je suis impatiente de mon prochain séjour ❤️

What a great place to stay! Good location, fantastic breakfast, huge room, enormous bathroom, and a gym and a pool/spa to die for. Couldn't ask for anything more. The breakfast was a bit pricey, but the choice of food was out of this world. Also, you can get a smaller breakfast and pay three times as less. Overall though, a lovely stay.
