La qualité de l'hôtel est équivalente à celle d'un hôtel économique domestique, les installations sont générales, le petit-déjeuner est moyen. Le service à la réception est bon. Il y a un Auchan à côté de vous, vous pouvez manger ou acheter quelques nécessités quotidiennes. L'hôtel est à la périphérie de la ville, à une demi-heure du centre-ville.

I had a reservation done on 07.07.2022 for the night of 08.07.2022, but on 30.06.2022 I have received an email from V Hotel informing me that the reservation was canceled, and no other details. After a fast investigation, I came to the conclusion that it was canceled because of a failed attempt of payment on 30.06.2022, due to an insufficient balance on my Revolut account. A couple of hours after getting the email (around 17:00), I called the hotel to understand what was the possibilities of recovering the booking as I added enough funds on my Revolut account. I was told by the receptionist that probably it was possible, however the manager was not in the hotel, he had no idea on how to do it and that I would get a phone call one the manager would be on the hotel. I've waited until the next day, but got no call. I decided to call on the next morning (09:40) and another receptionist told me that the manager would be arriving in 20 minutes, and they would call me when that would happen. I waited 4 hours and had no contact whatsoever. So, I decided to call them again (at 13:30). I was greeted by another receptionist, that simply suggested that I would create another booking. Which I replied that I would like to have the old booking back has now the price would be much higher. Then I was told that no other rooms were available on the hotel, contradicting the previous suggestion. After showing my disappointment for the lack of flexibility and effort to try to solve the issue in good terms, I was told once again that they would call me when the manager would come back. I asked when that would be and I was told that it would be on 05.07 or 06.07 (so I would be waiting for a reply until 2 days before the date of check in - assuming that they would call me). Obviously, I refused that since I would have to start looking for another hotel room right away. In the end of the call, I asked for the name of the person to which I was talking to and in return the receptionist hanged the phone on me (I was never rude or indelicate). Prime example of professionalism! To consider that 08.07 is the day of a concert of Coldplay in Warsaw and the demand for hotel rooms is very high for that day, and the hotel canceled my reservation on the first try to get the payment, in order to get another booking that would give them more money. In result, I lost my reservation and had to book a much more expensive hotel room elsewhere. My main complaints here are: - I only got one email, without any details on why the reservation was canceled; - There was no attempt to contact me over the phone in order to proceed with the payment on a different way; - The attempts of just make wait for their call until I would forget or give up; - The utterly unprofessional atitude of the last receptionist with whom I spoke, that didn't do any effort to solve the issue, gave me contradictory information and hang up the phone in my face. À seulement 5 minutes de route à l'hôtel, l'hôtel a un parking simple légèrement coûteux et le parking est très tensionné. Nous n'avons pas trouvé de place après le paiement, et nous avons arrêté à l'extérieur de l'hôtel. Les installations de la maison sont essentiellement accessibles et faciles à utiliser.

Visited with my wife for a weekend break and was very pleased we chose this hotel. The hotel is situated 2 metro stops from the Old Town and 3-4 stops away from the New town or city centre. The hotel is very contemporary and offers good location, very friendly staff, clean, hygienic and quirky hotel in Warsaw. The hotel is located 8mins walk from nearest train station Wschodnia/Warsaw east station hat has direct link from the Chopin Airport and costs PLN10 pp one way and takes about 30mins from the airport to this station. The metro/under station Dworzec Wilenski is only 5 mins walk from the hotel that takes you to old town ( station Nowy Swiat Uniwersytet) . The line is M2 that also interlinks with line M1. You only need to buy a 20min ticket that costs PLN3.40 each one way. The check in staff is very friendly and efficient, the check in is carried out at the bar and offered us room earlier than the time. The hotel offers bar service, breakfast at a charge PLN60 each, also offered complimentary welcome drink, bar food, locker in the main hallway/restaurant to leave your bags on the day of departure if your flight departs later than the check out time. As the hotel is built in an old Vodka factory, but is all well maintained and at the back of hotel the square has some cafe and restaurant should you wish to eat out here. Our rooms were spotless but do not offer tea/coffee facilities but can grab at the bar/lobby for a charge. The housekeeping does a good job to maintain the room and the shower room to perfection. I would highly recommend this hotel for the location, reasonably priced with friendly staff and very warm atmosphere, always with a smile.

Je suis le plus choqué par le comportement du récepteur qui a traité horriblement le vieil Seigneur de l'origine ukrainienne, qui a essayé de lui expliquer qu'il avait payé une réservation pour un autre nom. Le récepteur a crié qu'il ne comprenait pas ce que disait l'homme âgé, mais sans sa connaissance du Ukrainien, il était facile de goûter.

Je dois admettre que ma visite a été au bar de lune d'or affilié qui, malheureusement, manque une page de conseiller de voyage - une erreur que j'espère bientôt sera corrigée Nous étions initialement sceptiques de l'homme de rue qui promout le bar, même dismissif. Le grand spectacle de la ville est un spectacle de la ville, mais il est très important de se rendre à l'extérieur de la ville. Nous avons été faits pour nous sentir comme des routines par certaines dames locales. Une femme grosse et douce était particulièrement hospitalière Malheureusement, elle a dû couper une étoile, car la plus ronde de la garde a apporté un tour de tirs de GHB que nous n'avons pas commandé.

Nuestra experiencia fue mala pero lo mismo fue principalmente por mala suerte. Como cosa más subjetiva, yo tengo problemas de espalda y la cama me pareció horrible, me despertaba todas las mañanas dolorido (mi pareja, que no tiene ningún problema de espalda, también se quejó). Pero lo que me ha hecho ponerle mala nota es que una tarde llegamos a nuestra habitación y la puerta estaba abierta de par en par (no faltaba nada pero como limpiaban por la mañana tenía pinta de que se había tirado todo el día abierta). Bajamos a pedir que tuviesen más cuidado y la persona en recepción no parecía entender mucho inglés (yo no soy precisamente un máquina hablando inglés pero tengo que hablarlo habitualmente y ademas estuve un rato intentando hacerme entender): su respuesta fue un gesto de incomprensión y no se disculpó. Para que no todo sea malo, he de decir que el hotel está muy bien comunicado con el centro (metro y tranvía) y es un barrio muy agradable. La habitación era muy amplia. De forma gratuita ofrecían un calentador de agua con tés y también botellas de agua.

L'hôtel ne répond pas aux standards d'un hôtel 5 étoiles, les chambres sont soignées mais n'impressionnent pas par leur décoration, la télévision ne peut pas être regardée car l'image saute et se coince, la climatisation ne peut pas monter au-dessus de 22,5 degrés Celsius. Le lit est très moelleux, assez petit pour deux personnes. Le mobilier de la chambre rappelle à juste titre l'époque révolue. Un gros plus est le personnel qui essaie d'aider. Petit déjeuner varié mais pas de délicatesses exquises.
