Le nouveau gestionnaire est beaucoup plus gentil que le précédent. Une bougie de lumière a été brûlée quand je suis arrivé. Le gestionnaire était très gentil, le lendemain, il a été remplacé. Le petit déjeuner est fondamental mais vous pensez honnêtement que vous recevriez un repas complet pour ce prix plus une chambre ? Prenez votre famille pour un bon repas et regardez le prix pour juste la nourriture ? Les chances sont que vous payez plus pour ce repas que pour rester ici. Vous avez aussi une micro-ondes et un réfrigérateur. Le pro est que c'est si loin des magasins et d'autres hôtels que vous avez moins de chances d'obtenir des déverseurs regardant votre voiture, etc. Le con est que vous devez conduire vers des endroits pour faire des courses ou dîner. Je suggère d'essayer et dire bonjour ou bonjour au personnel. Ils sont aussi humains.

Nous avons séjourné au Seacliff Inn quand il était un Best Western. Comme je n'ai pas fait mes réservations par Hilton et il m'a été très clair que mon Hilton Honors ne semble pas avoir de sens ici, pas même la normale bouteille d'eau de bienvenue et il a pris plusieurs essais pour ma connexion Internet sans frais; Il m'a fait payer pour l'internet ou m'avoir rejoint Hilton Honors. Si j'avais fait des réservations sur le site Hilton Honors, les choses ont pu être différentes. L'extérieur est peint d'une couleur brune profonde avec un trim bleu à une couleur grise avec un trim bleu. Le restaurant a changé son nom et la décoration intérieure est maintenant très sp**** et sévère. Le dîner extérieur est toujours très bon. Les jardins sont bien entretenus et la cuisine extérieure est près d'un beau puits et d'une égoutte. J'ai mangé au restaurant une fois pour le dîner et une fois pour le déjeuner, le service et la nourriture étaient très bons. Je ne me souviens pas de la zone de la table principale avant, mais elle est très bien équipée avec un siège, le personnel de la table a été utile et agréable pendant mon séjour. Les chambres sont mélangées, sans douche ni lavage de corps et seulement un bar de soap pour le tube et le plongeur, mais bon café Starbucks pour le café-magasin, un petit réfrigérateur et une grande télévision. L'internet est sorti plusieurs fois pendant mon séjour, qui, malheureusement, élimine aussi la télévision. Il peut être juste mon fournisseur, mais la couverture cellulaire est peu à personne, alors quand l'internet sort, je ne peux même pas utiliser mon téléphone comme point de chauffage. Il n'y avait pas d'ascenseurs quand il était un Best Western et il n'y a pas encore d'ascenseurs dans les chambres du deuxième étage, pas sûr si c'est dans les plans de mise à jour de la propriété, mais il y a 6 bâtiments séparés pour qu'ils ne soient pas dans les plans immédiats. Les couloirs et les portes peuvent être lourdes, sur une soirée occupée qui peut être perturbante, car les gens sont plus susceptibles de se déplacer en pleine état à toutes les heures. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables, mais elles sont très fonctionnelles. Il y a deux personnes dans la chambre et les deux très fermes. Le lit est bon et conforme aux normes habituelles de Hilton. Je suis surpris de savoir qu'ils facturent le parking, bien qu'il soit totalement insécurisé. Il m'a dit que je pouvais nettoyer tous les 4 jours, mais seulement si j'avais appelé à l'organiser. Le système de chauffage/réfrigération est toujours l'ancienne unité de mur de style motel. Il avait un signal que l'unité était contrôlée par le thermostat de mur.

I stayed from March 31-April 2. The room is reserved to accommodate two adults. When I checked in the front desk I was given door hanger that if I wanted to re-use the towels that there is a points credit to do so. First thing I notice - I was not offered any drinks/snack but instead I got my welcome amenity in points. When I enter the room the first thing I noticed was the chipped tub (really big ones) . The room was clean overall. On April 1, after a long work day, I returned to my room (around 9:30pm) and found the bed was not made up and the towels were not replaced. I called the front desk (Shery - white female) and she told me that since I get the points for not getting the towels wash that I will not get my new towels. I said I did not hang the green door hangar because I want new towels I also asked why the bed is not made up. She said I must have put the do not disturb sign. I told her I did not put any sign at the doors at all and when we left that morning , the cleaners are right outside. I asked her what I need to do to get new towels (trying to overlook the non made up bed). Disdainfully, she said I will not get any towels since I receive points (the points I received btw are for the amenity - not the towel re-use). I told her take away the points she said she can’t and that I will not get any more towels —- I asked for the manager and she said she is the only one there. Instead of trying to be a good host to customer, she refuse to acknowledge my request for a long time before she finally gave in and told me to come down the front desk and pickup the towel (not even ordered to deliver them). This is the worst service I received from Holiday Inn Express that is considered as 4 stars accommodation). I have always stayed with Holiday Inn on business trips but I have not been treated this bad from a front desk manager. I had the choice to go to Hampton inn in the area but I chose to stay at Holiday Inn and now I fully regret choosing Holiday Inn at Watsonville. I am hoping this is just one bad front desk manager and not the norm on how paying customers are to treated. Very very disappointed. I strongly NOT recommend going to this Holiday Inn in Watsonville. I often not give any bad review and try to understand the situation but this one i just cannot ignore. - Brigitte

La ville est très bien située, et le centre de la ville est très bien situé. Il y a plusieurs restaurants à pied pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner. Notre chambre était très propre et bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont toujours prêts à être aidés si nécessaire. Nous prévoyons certainement de revenir à l'Hôtel du Capitaine et nous le recommanderions très fortement aux autres.

Le petit déjeuner est très riche dans l'hôtel américain. La chambre est très grande. Nous avons réservé des chambres doubles, deux lits 1.5 mètres, spécialement adaptés à la famille avec des enfants, et le lit est également très confortable. En résumé, très satisfait.
