Je suis venu dans cette zone chaque année pour une croisière de voiture classique et visiter la famille. C'est l'hôtel le plus proche de ma famille. J'ai séjourné ici depuis des années et elle a été moyenne. Rien de spécial, mais je ne passe pas beaucoup de temps à commencer avec. La chambre a été surmontée par un odeur de merveille. Overall, as a diamond member in the Hilton, I felt pretty good to stay in this hotel for 12 nights. The location of this hotel is good with quiet room, the standard Home 2 breakfast were good too. Most of the front staffs are friendly. For first couple of days, I had really bothered by some issues especially room services in the hotel. I talked to the front desk worker, but it’s seemed go nowhere as their manager was on the vacation by that time-frame. Things changed until their general manager—Ivin Tella showed up in the hotel. We had a conversion related to my concerns. Very amazing, he acted very quickly and effectively to solve those issues right after our discussion. I were glad to see the differences and everything were good after talking. Another manager---Nita Gibson that I met in the lobby few times is great and helpful too. She volunteered to offer printing my urgent document when the printer was done in the lobby. Very appreciated her enthusiastic supports. Combining with Ivin and Nita, I considered that high level management in this property were responsive. Also, the front desk worker, Sam, is a very helpful and friendly.

I had a poor experience at the Sheraton in Novi while staying with a family member to celebrate a belated Christmas as we weren't able to get together around Christmas proper. While I was upgraded to a room on the club lounge floor, the guest room I received was not clean by any definition of clean. There was hair on the desk and desk chair, hair on the toilet, hair under the toilet seat, hair on the wrapped bar of soap and soap dish, stains on the desk, and stains on the face tissue container. The single bathrobe hanging in the closet appeared to have been previously worn and didn't have a cincture. On my reservation I specifically requested only 100% feather pillows. My reservation also requested a bathrobe, slippers, extra pillows and extra towels. I didn't receive any of those things. The four pillows were four polyester down-alternative pillows. Those pillows are horrible. They always feel like someone stuffed cotton balls in a pillowcase. During check-in I noticed a sign at the front desk saying daily housekeeping is not provided, unless specially requested. The major cleanliness issues that I experienced are a direct result of what happens when hotels don't clean rooms and other spaces each and every day. I received zero Marriott Bonvoy elite status recognition. Specifically, I was not offered the choice at check-in of breakfast in the restaurant, an amenity or points. I complained to the general manager, who to his credit acknowledged the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable, fully apologized and took responsibility. To resolve the issue, he offered to comp my stay and ensure that the room was thoroughly cleaned while we were out of the room and off-property at a nearby shopping mall. He also apologized for the lack of Bonvoy recognition and provided the $100 cash compensation that is required by Marriott for not offering guest with platinum or higher Bonvoy status the choice at check-in of breakfast in the restaurant, an amenity or points. When we returned, the room was properly cleaned. The pillows were replaced with feather pillows, although none of the feather pillows had pillow protectors or pillowcase liners. Two clean bathrobes and two pairs of slippers were placed in the closet. The general manager was also kind enough to leave a bottle of wine in the room. My family member was really appreciative of that gesture. Despite the issues, the staff that I encountered throughout the stay were polite, welcoming and hospitable. That aside, there was zero excuse for the cleanliness issues or the lack of attention to what was specified on the reservation The club lounge was open with an average evening offering that included a selection of assorted cheeses, crackers, grapes, fruit and some basic canapés. Besides free nonalcoholic drinks, an honor bar featured cheap house wine ($5 retail bottles of wine) selling for $5 a glass. The club lounge is a nice smaller space. L'hôtel est très bien, la chambre est plus confortable que les 4 étoiles où j'ai séjourné en Californie, la décoration est très récente, toutes les installations de soutien sont très bonnes, le restaurant en bas, le petit déjeuner est très copieux, les fruits sont très frais, et le parking est pratique.

Le personnel est enthousiaste, abordable et abordable. Le premier étage comprend une piscine et une salle de sport.

Lorsque nous étions descendus au lobby peu après avoir vérifié dans elle se moquait le sol et je dois dire qu'elle était heureuse de le faire. Elle avait toujours un sourire sur son visage. Les hôtels ont besoin de plus de GSA comme elle. Vous avez une vraie bijoux sur vos mains. Nous l'aimons juste.

The outside of this hotel makes it look quite clean and accommodating however, looks are deceiving. I was booked a room for 2 nights, (not cheap) and was assigned a room at the back of the hotel. The room was not as clean as it should be. The lamp in the corner was broken, there is a distinct lack of accessible plugs for laptops and cell phone. The carpet looked like it needed a good shampoo and the chair by the bed definitely needed an upholstery clean. The bathroom was far from clean with a dirty tissue dispenser, a portable mirror on the vanity was absolutely filthy underneath and the tile calking on the floor was brown with heavy staines. Even the room number on the telephone did not match the actual room number. The room safe was unable to be opened as the previous guest had locked it and left it with their own combination. Don't waste your hard earned money on this place. I decided to only stay the one night.
