L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon, la chambre est très propre. De Détroit aux chutes du Niagara, arrêtez-vous. La petite ville est très européenne et les commerces et restaurants à proximité sont très pratiques. Nous avons trouvé un restaurant japonais à proximité, à seulement quatre minutes en voiture.

Stationnement gratuit sur le parking. Le petit déjeuner est très simple : café et petits gâteaux. Bon emplacement : station service devant la porte, tourner sur l'autoroute. La configuration habituelle d'un motel, vous en avez pour votre argent.

Décidé de passer la nuit dernière minute après la conduite 1.5 heures au nord de Olmsted pour acheter une voiture. C'était le seul hôtel bien noté à proximité amicale. Plus nous restons habituellement dans les propriétés Hilton de toute façon. Premièrement, le taux AAA de $164 a semblé élevé. La chambre est très bien située, et nous avons été très bien placés pour le moment. Le service d'entretien est venu vérifier et dit qu'il a été vérifié que vous n'avez pas fait la merde et que le nettoyage ait dû faire un meilleur travail. Personne n'a proposé de déplacer notre chambre, nous a fait dormir dans la salle sale. Nous nous sommes penchés le matin suivant et nous nous plaignons du problème et du fait que personne n'a proposé une compensation ou un changement de chambre et il y avait plus de chambres. Le bureau de front a dit : ”Il n'y avait rien qu'ils pouvaient faire et le gestionnaire ne serait pas en place pendant 2 jours” Aucun gestionnaire pour des jours n'est que partie du problème!

Nous avons séjourné ici pour l'emplacement du centre de conférences de Huntington. La chambre était propre et entièrement stockée pour notre séjour. Les lits étaient très confortables. Les chambres étaient calmes et la vue était grande.

This was the worst hotel I have stayed at. Ever. Not kidding. On arrival the first thing you encounter is a filthy exterior door that is covered in fingerprints. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the start of covid. Inside, the lobby felt cluttered and it had an overall smell of stale mustiness and faint cigarette smoke. Front desk was unattended and it took a few minutes for the staff to check me in. Took a minute to find the elevator - no directions posted on the walls. The floor inside the elevator was dirty and the rubber flooring was lumpy and worn. Finally made it to the room. Once I made it into the room my experience did not improve at all. The room smelled - stale mustiness and old cigarettes again. The carpet was extremely stained - in one place it looked like drops of blood. The walls were sticky with food and grease stains, especially in the kitchen area. There were two desk chairs in the room, one at the kitchen area table and the other at the desk. One of the chairs had significant stains on the seat, the other had edging around the back rest broken away with staples sticking out. In the bathroom the towel rack was broken, the sink was incredibly small, underneath the sink was filthy, and there was some kind of questionable substance on the side of the toilet tank. The towels smelled like they had been on a shelf for several months, absorbing that by now familiar musty cigarette smell. Back out in room - the phone was stained, there were no cups, dishes, cookware, utensils in the kitchen area, the bedding was threadbare, and there was just an overall sense of stickiness to the entire room. There was also a spot on the floor where the carpet meets the laminate where the molding/trim was damaged. This exposed the carpet tack beneath creating a significant hazard. There was no way I was walking barefoot in this room. I would have cut my foot. I was grateful I packed flip flops. I know you are all asking why I didn't ask for a different room Two reasons here - first, I didn't think it would make a difference. I think the entire facility would have the same problems no matter what room I was in. Just old, dirty, sticky, and smelly. And secondly, when I went back down to the lobby to speak to someone about all of this I was met with a sign on the counter saying ”Welcome, I'll be right back” with directions to dial ”0” for immediate assistance, likely taking you to the unoccupied front desk or the national reservation line for the hotel chain. This sign on the counter thing happened twice, both times I went looking for someone to talk to about my issues. All this can be yours, too, and only for $170... Never. Again.

Je ne sais pas sur quel hôtel les autres personnes écrivaient. J'ai trouvé tout à travailler. L'homme qui m'a vérifié était ami et utile. Le check-out était également très facile. La chambre était sans spot. La salle de bain était très agréable pour le point de prix. La seule chose que je changerais est qu'il n'y a pas de micro-ondes dans la chambre. C'est une amenité que je profite souvent pour réchauffer les restes de mes repas. En plus de cela, je resterai ici la prochaine fois que mes voyages me seront dans la région de Strongsville.

Le personnel est toujours très utile et amiable. Nous demandons généralement une chambre et quand elle est disponible, ils la fournissent toujours. Si la chambre n'est pas disponible, ils fournissent pour nous une chambre similaire. Vous n'aurez pas la place de l'hôtel.

This is a standard quick service hotel. That is quite well-maintained. The facility is a bit older, but has been refreshed. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, in the air conditioning works well. The bathrooms are modest in size, but have excellent water, pressure, clean towels, and the bathtub and area around it were absolutely spotless. There is a small pool, a fitness center that was essentially treadmills and some weights; nothing fancy but what you need. Check-in and check-out were quick and friendly. For road warriors: there is coin laundry. They also have grab and go items. If you’re visiting this area this I’d a safe bet for a clean room.
