L'hôtel est très bien situé pour une courte promenade dans le centre-ville, mais assez loin pour ne pas être bruyant la nuit. Le petit déjeuner n'a pas de choix sur le buffet mais vous pouvez commander des suppléments du menu. Les chambres sont incroyablement spacieuses et la salle de bain est propre et moderne. J'avais une baignoire à coins, pas sûr si toutes les chambres sont les mêmes. Valeur décente pour l'argent et le personnel parle bien anglais (meilleur que mon polonais limité) Je recommanderais certainement

I just had another wonderful stay in this wonderful hotel which has become my second home If I feel so good in this hotel it is for sure due to the entire team who does a remarkable job The whole team was fantastic as usual but this time of the year the atmosphere had a really Christmas spirit, everyone was happy and in a good mood as usual , even if it is not Christmas the team have always a lot of joy and of kindness I booked my stay at last minute and it was a sensational surprise to discover this city during the seasons holidays In fact Wroclaw , have one of the most popular Christmas markets in Europe. Start from middle of November and ends on 7 January The decorations are magical and there is a very good atmosphere throughout the city, and I was very lucky during my stay. I had blue skies and sunshine every day The Hotel received five stars this year as unique in the world as AC Hotel by Marriott If this hotel has five stars of course it is in relation to the standard, the historical buildings, the location in the city ,the decoration and the extremely comfortable Rooms and facilities , I always enjoy the pool 29 degrees and jacuzzi 34 degrees all year around. but what makes the big difference is the professionalism of the whole team For example at the front desk, the team is always very nice and professional I would like to thank Daria who was there for our check-in she was as always nice and kind On top of all Marlena did an exceptional job during our stay, she is very responsive and efficient, extremely professional and always smiling I would also like to take this opportunity to thank and congrats the housekeeping teams who are making an exceptional job, the rooms are always very clean. L'hôtel est juste en face de la gare et il est facile à trouver. Mais la réception de l'hôtel est à l'entrée latérale. Pas de petit déjeuner à l'hôtel. Si vous voulez prendre le petit-déjeuner, vous devez ajouter 30 PLN par personne séparément et vous devez traverser la rue pour manger. La salle est relativement grande et l'intérieur est relativement propre. La carte de la maison est la carte et la clé ensemble. Parfois, les cartes ne fonctionnent pas, la porte ne s'ouvre pas et une clé est nécessaire pour ouvrir la porte. La réception était agréable. Globalement rentable.

Nous avons réservé trois chambres ici par un site de réservation pour un prix sans remboursement, sans changement de contrat. C'était une excellente valeur pour de l'argent. Puis, l'un des groupes voulait changer la date. Nous avons traité directement l'hôtel et il n'y avait aucun problème. Les chambres étaient chaudes, confortables et calmes. Vérifiez l'entrée efficace et amicale. Nous n'avons pas eu le petit déjeuner. Le parking est à environ 300m. Pour le prix, c'est un excellent endroit pour rester. Je l'aurais certainement choisi de nouveau.

The elevator was broken and nobody repair it. My stay is in the 4th floor which means I moved my luggage from underground to the top floor then move back . It was a big trouble. I checked with the receptionist and received “ sorry” only but without any solution. During stay, all of guest can only use the stairs with big luggage. So did me. And the receptionist didn’t know when the elevator can be recovered. If I knew the elevator broken, I wouldn’t chose this apartment. A terrible stay !

La chambre à petit déjeuner est très compacte pour un grand hôtel, vous devez donc choisir votre temps. Une des questions que nous avons eue était l'absence d'un bar pour un verre de soir. Le bar n'a apparu ouvert que pendant que le restaurant était servi le soir. Bon prix pour l'argent et nous retournerions certainement, mais avec la cour face chambres.
