Bons points: 1. L'hôtel est situé au cœur de la ville, en particulier la place de la République. Il était donc idéal pour se déplacer et aussi pour cuisiner pour la nourriture. 2. S'il était 3 étoiles, la chambre était assez bonne pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Bad points: 1. Chambre: La chambre, en particulier le toilette, n'a pas été nettoyée pendant les 3 nuits de notre séjour. Lorsque nous nous plaignions, juste le dustbin a été pris. 2. Facilités: Pas d'ascenseur à l'hôtel. Notre chambre était au niveau 4 et nous devions transporter nos bagages à la main. Le site de la ville est très bien situé. Le lit double était un peu petit, mais il était bon. Le lit extra était comme un étireur. Même une personne pendant le sommeil tombe hors du lit, s'il se tourne. Nous étions allés en Géorgie et en Serbie. Mais le lit supplémentaire (largeur du lit) qui a été fourni était assez bon pour deux enfants pour dormir confortablement. 4. Le petit déjeuner est un menu qui nous a été accompagné de la même façon.

Bel endroit au centre d'Erevan. Le personnel était très sympathique (surtout Lili), m'a donné des recommandations de restaurants et m'a aidé à commander un taxi pour l'aéroport quand je suis parti. Je le recommanderais particulièrement aux étrangers qui ne parlent pas russe ou arménien comme moi.

Good stay. Hotel was good. Close to city center. Staff professionalism varies. Rooms were clean. I was in a single room but my friends rooms caries alot it seems their is individuality in the each room and suite . Breakfast was decent and staff there were lovely Unfortunately there was no view from the rooms. Security lock in my room wasnt working honestly couldnt bother to complain. Soundproof was too poor. Some nights i couldn’t sleep because of slamming doors Grocery store near by and many nice restaurants within walking distance Tv channels can be improved with better english language entertainment channels

We stayed at the Royal Hotel in June 2023 as part of a tour group. Positives - Great location right in the middle of restaurants and easy walking distance to Republic Square, the Cascades park - Rooms are a good size Negatives - We stayed 4 nights and had some sort of wifi issue every day. Some days we had no reception at all. Reception was best in the hotel reception and even then the quality was low - Staff had loud arguments in the front reception - Another guest who checked in for the first time early one morning came back down to tell the staff that her room had not been cleaned. She needed to be moved - Fruit offered at breakfast was bruised and poor quality - The chairs in the dining room were stained and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years - Secure lock up for your luggage when you check out was just putting luggage behind the bar in the reception area. It wasn't tagged or securely stored - Reception was not continuously staffed. On the day of checkout, I had to go to the kitchen to find someone to help. They ended up having to call the reception staff as they couldn't be found - We had a coffee station and no kettle. Only one person in our group of 30 had a kettle in their hotel - The bathroom has been remodeled but there is no sealant under the glass shower panel so your bathroom floor gets wet While the hotel is rated 4 stars, be aware that you probably won't experience this but will pay the price of a 4 star hotel

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à deux pas du quartier animé des affaires. Cependant, il n'y a pas de bouillotte dans la chambre d'hôtel, et seules deux bouteilles d'eau sont fournies le premier jour du séjour, et le lendemain est parti. Le lit dans la chambre est également en état général. Mais le petit déjeuner dans cette maison est délicieux. Pour le repas du jour, vous devrez ajouter 1000 pièces locales. Vous devez acheter le petit-déjeuner un jour à l'avance.

Appartements confortables au centre de Yerevan. Nous sommes arrivés jusqu'à l'heure recommandée et les gars nous ont pris juste une heure après que les anciens clients quittaient. Dans le même temps, il était propre. Communications un peu odeur, vous devez utiliser l'extrait. Vous vous rapprochez de l'hôtel pour vérifier votre chambre, et vous êtes entouré de Kind et de personnel attentif tout au long de l'hôtel. Ils vous font sentir à la maison, ils sourient tout le temps, ils vous servent avec grand respect et professionnalisme. Je ne peux pas dire assez sur ce qu'est un grand hôtel, pour les affaires ou pour les vacances personnelles.

This is everything you would expect of a modern Luxury Collection property. The rooms, the pool, the gym, breakfast... all top notch. Location is also perfect. There were, however some problems. Some serious. Some minor. Serious: - there is no way to contact the hotel electronically prior to arrival. There is no published email. I contacted them by Facebook Messenger, and they gave me an email address.... to which they did not reply. I recontacted via Messager... and they did not reply. No email address for a hotel in 2023 is not acceptable. - I was arriving ahead of the check-in time (10am vs 2pm) and checking out well before the check-out time (6am vs 12 noon). I explained the situation, said that I did not need my room early but i) if it was available great but ii) if it wasn't I would freshen up and change my travel clothes in the gym changing room. The answer - 'if you want the room before 2pm, you pay 50% of the daily rate. You may access the gym only after 2pm'. I was shocked. I understand that they are under no obligation, but refusing to allow someone to use the changing room?? I insisted. Eventually they relented. The changing room was perfect (and empty). But not good first impressions. - Returning from dinner, I was surprised that there is no evening turn-down service. I went to bed just before 10pm (I had been travelling) and did not think to put up DND sign because I was getting up at 6am and receiving room service breakfast. The turn down service came into my room just after 10pm when I was in bed. That is bizarrely late IMO (note that Yerevan is a late city with limited morning activity). - Room service breakfast was delicious except that orange juice was in a bottle. In Armenia, fresh OJ is available from any roadside stall. Surely the kitchens of the Alexander can produce it for breakfast? The hotel is expensive. It seems to be priced with the diaspora in mind who will not be surprised by NYC or Paris prices. For example, the $200 per hour for a massage is really extreme in this part of the world. I have no doubt about their claim to be the best hotel in Armenia, and I appreciated the luxury and service after some challenging travels through the Caucuses. However, I do think the management should get a grip on the service/value balance.

Nous avons aimé l' hôtel ! Prenez le monde des cartes , il y a un ATM . Vous pouvez enlever de l' argent ! Personnel très poli ! Administrateur supérieur Ashot nous a montré les numéros et nous avons choisi le plus convenable pour nous . Et conseillé des cafés très cool à Yerevan ) Toutes les demandes ont été remplies immédiatement ! À partir du bas ... choisissez une chambre non sur le côté du soleil et vous ne serez pas chaud Un petit-déjeuner étrange avec des pommes de terre purée ( mais vous êtes à Yerevan et ici votre couleur ) Le service de la cuisine est très intéressant . Pas loin de l' hôtel est le marché GUM où vous pouvez acheter des fruits secs , le marché de l' or , la Foire de Vernisage , la place de la République , l' avenue du Nord ( local Arbat ) et la Cascade ( où il y a beaucoup de cafés frais )

En tant que clients de l'hôtel, le récepteur de l'hôtel nous a aidé à imprimer des documents de courrier électronique, comparé, tous les hôtels de la Chine même pas d'hôtel public de courrier électronique pour les clients. Parking gratuit. Piscine est à l'extérieur pour profiter du soleil .
