Avis : Yichang Airport Taohualing Hotel

Strangely, this is by far the best hotel I've stayed during my 21 days travelling in China on a USD 100-125 per night budget. It has electronic face scanner at the door (for Chinese speaker only tho, or just use the keycard like me as usual) and in-room Ai (Chinese language only) and the room size is generous, high ceiling, very well-appointed and maintained. Bathroom is super clean (aka. no corner mould). They're a bit far from the Yichang downtown, but then Didi taxi is cheap in China so we just hail a Didi for meals. They also have free airport shuttle for my 5.30am check out. Will stay here again when I'm at Yichang.

No doubt, superb location, just minutes to Yichang Airport. What make 桃花岭 different are service minded staff, cleanliness, amentities (washing machines and dryers) and relaxing environment. I will definitely stay at this hotel again whenever I am about to take off from Yichang Airport and will book for one more night to enjoy its facilities and atmosphere.

Great hotel. Very clean and rooms are quite sizable. Love the atmosphere and the staff were very helpful trying to sort out our flights which was rescheduled. Friendly staff as well. Airport is a 500m walk but they provide airport drop off.

Apparently hotel is not on airport grounds. Needed to walk 500m along main road to reach hotel. Route to hotel is not sheltered and part of the route is on the main road (as no pedestrian pavement) and some parts of the pedestrian pavement is uneven making it difficult to drag luggage along. Hotel room is again on a different building on hotel grounds, away from the main lobby. Part of the walk way is uneven and entirely unsheltered, making access on rainy days unpleasant.

Only hotel close to the airport. Staff unable to communicate in English very well. Had to stroll to airport to get a meal. Breakfast options very limited Proximity to airport and absolute win

The Staff all very good, polite and especially, I think the Manager, Ms Tam. It would have been nice, if massages could be arranged by previous bookings. Thank you.

Excellent service by the hotel manager. Large room with good views. Free transport to airport for our early morning flight.

The hotel is clean, modern with state of the art technology. The lobby manager Ms Ma was marvelous. She helped us to get the shuttle car to send us the airport the day we left. She then made some follow up call to tell us that they found a cosmetic brush in the room of my colleague. She offered to keep it for us until our next stay. We thanked her for her kindness but told her to dispose of it. We really appreciate her friendliness and professionalism. We will stay there for our next trip.

Very good and large rooms

The location is very close to the Sanxia Airport, the hotel offered free airport drop off service and it only took about 5 minutes to reach the airport. The front desk was not experienced enough and her service attitude and quality need improvement especially the way how she talks. But the service of the manager 大堂副理小江 was good and even helped to deliver our luggage to the room himself. During winter, heater is essential. Unfortunately, the heating system of entire hotel was not working on that day and a portable heater was given. The power of the portable heater was not enough to warm the entire room and the room was still freezing cold after 2 hours. I feedback to the front desk that it was way too cold for us and requested for a stronger heater or additional heater. However, my request was turned down and the front desk replied that the heating system was not working and there was nothing she could do. I was so angry and told her off that the malfunction of the heating system was hotel's problem and it was not my problem. I further requested that she better figured out how to make the room warm enough unless she wanted to be responsible for us if we fall sick. Finally, 大堂副理小胡and客户副理小江came with free fruits and snacks for apology and offered to change the current heater to a stronger heater for our room and then finally the entire room is warm enough. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was good but the varieties of breakfast needs improvement.

被評分騙過去的。看上去很漂亮的樣子，本質上是一家在機場附近的快捷酒店。很多旅行團入住。給了我一個臨近馬路的房間，完全不隔音，車來車往聽得清清楚楚，尤其是車子軋過減速帶時的響聲非常大。結果是一晚上沒睡着，非常痛苦。拿房卡的時候還特意問了前台，前台説隔音效果很好的。另外，房間沒有通風設備，關了窗户後很悶。 環境：差

不得不説，機場旁這個酒店確實驚艷到了。首先説環境美，園林小院帶着優雅，酒店設計穩重大氣，房間特別大，舒適度高。乾淨衞生沒的説。我們入住親子房，三張獨立1.2的床還有不小活動空間，兩大兩小感覺不侷促。忘了拍照，酒店圖片和實際温和可以借鑒。關鍵在於細節把控很到位，衞生間配備一次性馬桶墊，小童洗漱用品，還有針線包。房間燈帶還有小鐘表，方便客人看時間。 服務温馨宜人 辦完入住有位戴眼鏡的小姑娘一直引領我們到房間，當我們感覺床品發潮，因為這幾天宜昌一直下雨，霧氣很重，客服部的一位戴眼鏡的女經理及時來和樓層服務員進行解決，讓我們也非常滿意。走的時候一位姓馬的經理主動詢問服務滿意度並送上車。這個酒店的服務讓我們的宜昌之行獲得滿意收官。 送機接機二選一服務:我選擇免費送機

酒店環境真的沒話説，而且還給我免費升級了。就是隔音效果不太好，可能是十一，入住人太多太多。這個是沒法避免的，除非一個人住一棟樓，哈哈！下次再來宜昌還會首選這裏，停車非常方便，電車充電也很方便
