Nous avons assisté à un mariage familial et d'autres membres de la famille étaient au Home Inn & Suites, nous avons aussi réservé une chambre. Contrôle était super et il y avait un grand parking. Notre chambre était proche d'une autre famille et était confortable et confortable. Les chambres sont très confortables, les chambres sont très confortables et les chambres sont très confortables. Le seul tournoi de hockey semblait avoir lieu et plusieurs familles/joueurs restaient ici aussi. Les chambres et les halls qui nous sont entourés de la chaleur semblent avoir essayé de contrôler les activités et le bruit, mais n'ont eu qu'un succès partiel.

En général, je n’écris pas de critiques, mais c’est l’un des meilleurs hôtels où j’ai séjourné durant tout mon séjour à Montréal, le personnel était très sympathique et très gentil, il m’a aidé à bien parler. Je voulais arriver tôt. Même s'ils étaient occupés par des équipes la nuit précédente, ils ont fait de leur mieux pour nous faire entrer dans une chambre 4 h avant l'heure de Check Inn en nous offrant un surclassement gratuit dans une suite coûteuse. L'espace barbecue était génial pour faire griller du poulet frais comme à la maison. La chambre était vraiment propre et calme. La cheminée était agréable et confortable le jacuzzi a rendu ma longue journée très relaxante. Appelé la réception pour se renseigner sur les chaînes de télévision, le personnel est venu en quelques secondes pour me guider à travers toute la télévision. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment génial, de nombreuses variétés, y compris du bacon et du kiwi, que je n'avais jamais vues dans un hôtel auparavant. Le directeur général était dans la salle de petit-déjeuner. Réapprovisionnant en café et discutant avec tout le monde. La concierge du petit déjeuner est vraiment adorable et gentille. Le monsieur paul à la réception était exceptionnel. Nous nous sommes sentis très très à la maison comme le personnel était exceptionnel. Je reviendrai ici et je le recommanderai à tout le monde. La seule chose que je n’ai pas aimée, c’est que les travailleurs qui traversaient les couloirs avec leurs chaussures boueuses étaient très irrespectueux envers l’autre client et le personnel de nettoyage.

We are a family who travels often for hockey and ball for our son. I can’t even begin to explain how horrible our experience was at this hotel. This is the first time I’ve ever written a bad review for a hotel I’ve stayed at for sports. I know some teams can be a handful, however none of our issues had anything to do with disorderly kids. 1. Staff: Hotel manager was rude, condescending and argumentative. The lifeguard or pool attendant (whatever she was) was so incredibly rude to us and the kids.. shut the slide down randomly 20 mins early while kids were still going down it, dropped F bombs, was on her phone 90% of the time. 2. One of the families was charged $30 more per night even though she booked within our block. She was told sorry… I couldn’t imagine how you feel but we cannot fix this. It wasn’t until I went with her and together we wouldn’t take no for an answer that they accommodated her. 3. The pool: We were told the age was 16 in order to swim without an adult per child. We stay at a lot of hotels and our 13 year old kids are always allowed to swim, we usually have a couple parents who will do a shift, however one adult per child is outrageous. She changed it to 3 kids per adult. One of our kids is 16 and a lifeguard but she wouldn’t allow him to count as a parent. I called other hotels in Yorkton and their age is 13 to swim without an adult. She continually changed her story.. wrote ‘16’ in marker over the ‘13’ on the regulations. 4. Late check out: When we asked about a late check out due to our team playing a 2:00 pm game and we live 5 hrs away… the hotel staff didn’t even look to see if our room was booked for tomorrow she simply said ‘no’. 5. At 8:45am on our last day we had room service come in to clean and ***** the room down. I was like… we are just going to eat… and will be checking out before 11, the checkout time… please come back then? 6. We asked for a boardroom or meeting room for the team. We were told yes, however only 10 ppl are allowed at a time. Lol All in all, I wouldn’t stay here again or any Quality Inn for that matter. We stay at tons of hotels for both sports and leisure and things happen, but wt this hotel it seemed like the manager and staff went out of their way to treat us horribly. They gave 35 people who are unhappy and shocked at the way they run a hotel. Save yourself some money and stress and book somewhere else if your in Yorkton! The city itself was great!
