Impression générale : Cet hôtel ressemble à un mélange entre un hôtel d'affaires et une résidence hôtelière. C'est un choix pratique idéal, notamment pour les voyageurs en voiture qui ont besoin d'un hébergement confortable pour une ou deux nuits. Emplacement et accessibilité 📍 Emplacement privilégié : L'hôtel est situé en bordure de route principale, ce qui le rend très facile à trouver. Clientèle : Pendant mon séjour, la plupart des clients semblaient être des locaux ou des personnes assistant à des événements comme des mariages et des fêtes à proximité. Distance du centre-ville : Le centre de Bruxelles est à environ 20 minutes en voiture. Attention cependant, de nombreux travaux routiers sont actuellement en cours, ce qui peut entraîner des embouteillages. Services et arrivée 🔑 Réception : Il y a une réception, mais elle n'est tenue que par une seule personne et ses horaires d'ouverture sont limités (généralement jusqu'à 20h00). Départ autonome : Le départ est très simple : il suffit de déposer sa carte magnétique dans la boîte prévue à cet effet. Service de ménage : Le personnel de ménage travaille aux heures de bureau habituelles et n’est donc pas disponible 24 h/24. Parking 🚗 Parking sur place : Un grand parking se trouve à l’arrière du bâtiment. Tarif : 16 € par jour. Il est conseillé d’enregistrer votre véhicule à la réception lors de votre arrivée afin de pouvoir y accéder à volonté. Restauration et commodités 🍴 Repas : Veuillez noter que le petit-déjeuner n’est pas inclus. Un restaurant se trouve en face, mais ses horaires d’ouverture sont variables. Commerces : Un grand supermarché est accessible à pied (dans la ruelle voisine), ce qui est très pratique. Équipements en chambre : La chambre dispose d’une kitchenette avec micro-ondes, idéale pour préparer des repas rapides. À qui s’adresse cet hôtel ? ✅ Idéal pour : Les voyageurs d’affaires, les personnes souhaitant faire une halte entre deux villes ou celles qui ont besoin d’un hébergement fonctionnel pour un court séjour. À éviter si vous recherchez une ambiance de vacances de luxe ou une expérience digne d'un complexe hôtelier : ce produit n'est peut-être pas fait pour vous. Il est conçu pour être pratique et fonctionnel.

Pour un Novotel le standing m’a semblé vraiment inférieur. L’hôtel faisait un peu vieillot pas rénové au goût du jour sans parler de l’odeur qui était très important en sortant de l’ascenseur . Cet hôtel mérite clairement un rafraîchissement.  Pour le prix je trouve que ça ne vaut pas le coup . Le personnel en revanche est très pro et réactif .

Une très belle expérience Je tenais à remercier tout le personnel pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur professionnalisme. La chambre était d'un propre impeccable et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. On se sent tout de suite à l'aise.

Very disappointing stay We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Brussels Airport with my wife and our two children, and unfortunately the experience was far below what you would expect from a Hilton property. The room itself was spacious, modern and nicely designed, which is the only positive point of this stay. However, I had clearly booked the room for four people, and this was also confirmed in my booking. Yet when we arrived, there was only one double bed and a sofa bed — without any bedding provided for the sofa bed. With two children, this immediately became a problem. To make matters worse, the coffee machine in the room had only one paper cup and no proper mugs, which feels very cheap for a Hilton hotel. The TV in the living area was not working at all, which added to the frustration after a long day of travel. When I called the front desk to explain these issues, the staff member was rude and dismissive. He even claimed I had only booked for two people, despite me having the confirmation clearly showing four guests. There was no apology, no willingness to help — just an unpleasant attitude. Overall, this stay felt unprofessional and poorly managed. For a Hilton Garden Inn near an international airport, this level of service is simply unacceptable. I would not choose this hotel again and cannot recommend it to families.

L'hôtel est très proche de l'aéroport, à environ dix minutes. Les installations sont bonnes, le petit-déjeuner est copieux et le service est attentionné. Le parking est gratuit, ce qui est parfait si vous avez un vol le lendemain. Pas besoin de s'inquiéter de perdre du temps pour se rendre à l'aéroport.

We traveled with a car and need to go to Brussel Midi on next day to pick up someone. So the location is perfect! Only 10 min drive. And they offer secured parking in front of the building for free. Check-in only open for 4 hours. But the hotel and trip.com have clear introductions in advance, so it’s not an issue. Reception are friendly. Room has no AC but it cooled down after we opened the window. The only reason for low score is the bed and the pillow. There is some protection cover underneath the bed linen, which is hard and feels like plastic or PVC. It didn’t breathe. Lying on top of such thing, our back start to sweat. Our solution for this one night is to lie on top of the duvet, so we could stop sweating. The pillows were also not standard.. when touching it, the filling are little fluffy balls… something like a normal pillow filling after hundreds years the cotton or microfibres stick to each other forming those little balls. (See picture what was under pillow case) For one night stay it was basically okay. We all had shower (water pressure was brilliant). There was strong light outside our window. So we didn’t need to turn on room light.

Excellent séjour en Belgique, hôtel proche de l'aéroport. L'accueil est sympathique et le tarif est abordable. À proximité, un express attentionné permet d'acheter des chocolats en guise de souvenirs.

I enjoyed my stay at the Pentahotel, Leuven. The ambience is retro chic on entry. The checking in & out processes were easy. I requested for a quiet room and it was honoured so I had a good rest on days I stayed in. The location is great, close to most of the sights and a good walking distance from others. I walked to and fro the tours but I could see the buses and lots of cyclists moving around. Customer service was great. Liza was really helpful and friendly. She was mostly at the reception and always had a smiling face when responding to questions/enquiries. My room was clean and since they have gone eco green, you only request for cleaning services when needed, which I think is a great way to reduce waste. The basics were available in my room but I would suggest adding a tiny vanity kit for emergency situations. Also, the discounted coins they give upon checking in for drinks at the bar or in the lounge was a nice touch. In summary, Pentahotel is a nice place to stay and enjoy the beautiful city of Leuven. I did.
