« Idéalement situé près de la rivière Songhua, la chambre était spacieuse et propre, avec un grand lit de 2 mètres où toute la famille de trois a dormi très confortablement. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et l'environnement magnifique et agréable. Les installations sont complètes et les services associés sont excellents. Le petit-déjeuner est servi jusqu'à 12h00, ce qui est parfait pour les familles avec enfants. Il y avait aussi du yaourt imprimé en 3D et une salutation spéciale comme ”Princesse, montez dans la voiture”. Le service de la réception, le service de chambre et le service du restaurant étaient tous excellents. Nous choisirons à nouveau le Harbin Shangri-La la prochaine fois. »

« This apartment unit is apparently not part of the hotel management although it seems that the property is part of hotel building, hence location was a bit confusing at the beginning. However the host was very efficient and communication was clear. Service was excellent and room amenities were good. No issues at all. Location is very strategic. Highly recommended. »

« I was a little unhappy as when I arrived they could not help me with a top floor room. I was on the 2nd floor. When I entered the room there were a lot of mosquitos. I connected the mosquito machine but it did not help. The carpet was not in a good condition. Some of the plugs under the TV are not working so it was inconvenient when I wanted to charge my laptop. The TV only worked for a short time and then it displayed a Grey screen. It was also very noisy in front of my room late in the evening and early morning. The remote of the TV also did not work. »

« La chambre d'hôtel était très propre et offrait tout le confort nécessaire. Le lit et la douche étaient excellents ! Cependant, la chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre et la climatisation était en panne, ce qui la rendait vite insupportable, surtout la nuit. Le panneau de commande s'est détaché du mur lorsque nous avons essayé de baisser la température. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu dormir de la nuit à cause d'un bruit de cognement constant. Nous soupçonnons que ce soit les canalisations d'eau dans les murs qui produisaient des bruits irréguliers, très forts et continus. Même avec des bouchons d'oreille, impossible de trouver le sommeil, la nuit a donc été très perturbée. Je vous conseille donc d'insister pour changer de chambre ou de chercher un autre hôtel ! »

The front desk staff is also very friendly and also collects all my taobao parcels even though I have many troubles with couriers before arriving. « C'est la première fois que je visite Harbin pour une semaine. Je résume mon séjour en quatre points : Emplacement/Commodité : L'hôtel se trouve à 150 mètres du début de la rue ZhongYang et à environ 400 mètres de la station de métro de la rue Shangzhi. Propreté : Les serviettes et les poubelles sont changées quotidiennement. Les draps ne sont pas changés quotidiennement par souci de protection de l'environnement. One of the best homestay ever! Recommended to stay here. Both of the host are very nice and accomodate each of their guest. Even though we communicate using translator that’s not an issue. We have super fun stay and honestly we fell in love with snow village and sad to leave. The host arrange everything from transportation to our snow activities and even recorded and capturing video/photo for us. Just talk to them and they’ll arrange for you. They also offer warm tea/coffee and fruits! Very warm hospitality provided to the guest (feels like home). The bed and floor also warm. Great because the weather outside is super duper cold! Have a nice sleep ever. Deserve more than 5 stars!

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

Le nom est Central Street Railway Station Store. En fait, il y a une assez grande distance à pied jusqu'à Central Street. En hiver, il est impossible d'y accéder en dix minutes. La salle de bain de notre La pièce est très grande et semble à peine plus petite que la chambre. La séparation humide et sèche est pratique et facile à utiliser. Cependant, la porte de la salle de bain (pas de la salle de douche) est transparente. Je ne sais pas si vous sera gêné. Il y a des casiers à bagages gratuits dans le hall pour le petit-déjeuner. Je ne sais pas si nous sommes arrivés en retard. De nombreuses variétés n'ont été laissées qu'au fond et n'ont pas été ajoutées à temps. Il faisait encore froid. After taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village. Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀 They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries. Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear. Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time. Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu. Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam. Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼 I wish to come again with my family, and i will stay here

Le personnel est très sympathique. Ils ont même surclassé mon logement gratuitement !! ^ _ ^ Le membre du personnel sur la photo m'a aidé lorsque je ne pouvais pas payer au restaurant !! Merci beaucoup. Il y a un magasin sur place et les serviettes sont fournies gratuitement. Il est très proche de Jungang-daero et le logement est propre. I don't know how much I can thank the staff of this hotel for giving me the best treat for my birthday, especially by upgrading my room with a window-view and a bath-tub, thank you so much, because you put me gave me a window-view, I saw snow falling, on the day of my birthday! Everything about the hotel is very commendable for me: location (near Central Street), cleanliness, service, and facilities! Their services are even over the top for giving me snacks for my overnight flight! Thank you so much for the very nice experience on my first visit in Harbin! ^_^

Idéalement situé près de la rivière Songhua, la chambre était spacieuse et propre, avec un grand lit de 2 mètres où toute la famille de trois a dormi très confortablement. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et l'environnement magnifique et agréable. Les installations sont complètes et les services associés sont excellents. Le petit-déjeuner est servi jusqu'à 12h00, ce qui est parfait pour les familles avec enfants. Il y avait aussi du yaourt imprimé en 3D et une salutation spéciale comme ”Princesse, montez dans la voiture”. Le service de la réception, le service de chambre et le service du restaurant étaient tous excellents. Nous choisirons à nouveau le Harbin Shangri-La la prochaine fois.

We love staying at Snow Village so much and decided to stay there for 4D3N. Chosen Xinfu Inn after long consideration. We are family of 6 with young kids so we prioritize a place where kids can enjoy playing snow to the fullest. The view was so nice. There is frozen river in front of the inn and a hill at the back of the inn with the snow slides made by the host with a nice landscaping. The host really helpful and treated us like their family-guest. Communication before the stay and during the stay was using WeChat and Google translate 😅. They helped to book bus from Harbin-Xuegu (Snow Village), pay direct to them (CN¥80 one way) using Alipay. They have 2 inns. The first room we booked was the new inn which around 800metres from the main inn. The new inn has modern kang bed and toilet but no play area and lawn to play snow, we have decided to move to the main inn and the host and hostess are happy to move us to the main inn. But the room in the main inn more traditional. The kang bed using old fashioned heating method - wood-burning-stove with bricks that retain the heat. It was very hot with just a layer of thick quilts. Feels like a hot sauna when laying on it. So we can't really sleep at night when the heat still ”fresh”, especially at the side of the bed where the wood is burned. If you sleep at the end of the bed it is much better. And for us personally with one layer of quilt the bed is so hard and not comfortable but it is good experience to live like the locals. The kids really love the snow slides built by the host at the back of the inn. Since we are Muslim, we informed the hostess to prepare food that we can eat - rice, eggs and tofu. The hostess all really understanding and always friendly and loves to play with the kids. The host helped took a nice picture of us with firework but we missed to have a picture playing hot water turned ice. The host helped to book a bus to Snow Town on the third day. Departed at 1pm and back to the Snow Village at 8pm. All the charted bus from Harbin or to Snow Town will come pickup at the front of the inn. Really convenient. We did not go to Wusonglin, instead we went to the local play area where we can play anytime anyday with only one time entrace fees. It just besides the new inn and there are skis, snowboard, snow mobile, ice skating and many mores. With kids, it is really recommended. We truly enjoyed staying at Xinfu inn and will come back in future maybe in other seasons to enjoy the view of the river.
