« J'ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel avec ma mère et nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. L'hôtel est idéalement situé sur la rue Centrale, à deux pas de l'église Sainte-Sophie. La chambre était propre, confortable et joliment décorée. J'aurais vraiment aimé pouvoir rester plus longtemps. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent et très varié. Nous avons eu une place les deux nuits, idéal si vous voyagez en voiture. La télévision de notre chambre n'avait pas d'internet la première nuit, mais ils ont appelé pour organiser une réparation le lendemain. Comme elle n'a pas pu être réparée, ils nous ont proposé de changer de chambre. Comme nous avions réservé deux chambres ensemble et qu'il n'y avait pas de chambre du même type au même étage, la réception nous a surclassés dans une chambre au même étage. Ça vaut le coup de revenir ! »

L'hôtel est impeccable et bien géré par un personnel poli et serviable qui nous a accompagnés à chaque étape de notre séjour : demandes de renseignements, bagages, réservations, ménage et petit-déjeuner. L'hôtel est conforme aux photos. Le lit et les oreillers sont confortables pour une bonne nuit de sommeil. Son emplacement est idéal : à une minute à pied de la rue Zhongyang et juste à côté du célèbre restaurant Laochujia et de plusieurs autres restaurants. Vous trouverez forcément de quoi vous restaurer et faire du shopping, de jour comme de nuit. « Отличный отель! Останавливались семьёй с тремя детьми, бронировали через приложение двухкомнатный номер с двумя большими кроватями. За 3 ночи вышло 7000 рублей. Новый современный ремонт. Ежедневная уборка, замена полотенец, зубных счеток, тапок. Бесплатное использование стиральных и сушильных машин на 2 этаже отеля. Большая ванная комната с раздельными туалетом и душевой. Завтраки не брали, но перед отъездом пообедали в ресторане отеля, взяли всего по чуть-чуть на 90 юаней. Всё необходимое в шаговой доступности, до хуафу можно дойти и пешком, но с детьми в основном ездили на такси. Из минусов- в номерах нет холодильников, но качество номеров и обслуживания на высоте, что сыграло главную роль при выборе отеля. Ранее останавливался в других отелях города, у этого отеля однозначно первое место, при следующей поездке буду останавливаться здесь. »

The front desk staff is also very friendly and also collects all my taobao parcels even though I have many troubles with couriers before arriving. « Снял самый дешевый номер. Отличный номер с квин сайз кроватью. Расположен прям в центре города, на Арбате, очень удобно выходить на улицу и сразу по кафешкам или в ТЦ. Однако в душевой дверь с ловушкой, открыл не в ту сторону и обратно силиконовая изоляция не позволила открыть дверь, получилось через 5 минут мучений. Отлично, что в отеле сразу через главный холл можно пройти в бани, куча горячих источников, сауна, массажи, зал для отдыха. А так как был постояльцем, было позоволен пройти всего за 48 юаней (нужно было их потратить обязательно или на чай или на массаж) »

Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

DDiastirtaI had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with great hospitality by all the staff. On my first day at the restaurant, I mentioned that I am Muslim and avoid pork. What impressed me the most was that on the following days, the staff remembered my preference and proactively recommended which dishes were suitable for me. That level of attentiveness made me feel truly welcomed and cared for. The location of the hotel is also very strategic, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I would especially like to thank Mr. Lin and all the reception staff for taking such good care of me and my family. They were always helpful, responsive, and ensured that all our needs were met. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
